    <env:contingut rdf:parseType="Literal">![CDATA[&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:107%"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:107%"&gt;Se publica la resolución del consejero&lt;span style="display:none"&gt;&amp;lt;A[consejero|conseller]&amp;gt;&lt;/span&gt; ejecutivo de Hacienda y Función Pública, por delegación del Consejo Ejecutivo, según el acuerdo de 28 de septiembre de 2022, BOIB núm. 128, de 1 de octubre de 2022, de conformidad con lo que dispone el artículo 45.1 b) de la Ley 39/2015, de 1 de octubre, del procedimiento administrativo común de las administraciones públicas:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:107%"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:107%"&gt;“Hechos&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:107%"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:107%"&gt;1. En el BOIB núm. 34 de 9 de marzo de 2024 se publicó la Resolución del consejero&lt;span style="display:none"&gt;&amp;lt;A[consejero|conseller]&amp;gt;&lt;/span&gt; de Hacienda y Función Pública que aprueba la lista definitiva de personas aspirantes que han superado el proceso selectivo por el sistema excepcional de concurso de méritos para el ingreso como personal laboral fijo del grupo AP turno libre de los Ayuntamientos de Lloseta (personal de limpieza), Manacor (peón), Serveis municipals de Porreres (peón de brigada), Sa Pobla (oficial 3ª servicio de mantenimiento, personal de limpieza edificios), Residència Cas Metge Rei (cocinero-a), Ses Salines (peón limpieza edificios municipales) y Valldemossa (personal de limpieza, personal de limpieza tiempo parcial: 57,14%) y turno de reserva para&lt;span style="display:none"&gt;&amp;lt;A[para|por]&amp;gt;&lt;/span&gt; personas con discapacidad Serveis municipals de Porreres (peón de brigada); con asignación de puestos de trabajo por turnos de acceso&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;2. Posteriormente, se ha advertido un error material en el código asignado y la nomenclatura en el puesto de trabajo correspondiente a&amp;nbsp;la plaza de personal de limpieza convocada por el Ayuntamiento de Valldemossa, en el anexo I de la Resolución del consejero&amp;nbsp;ejecutivo de Hacienda y Función Pública mencionada en el punto anterior, la cual se relaciona a continuación:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;Por todo eso, los miembros del Tribunal calificador han adoptado el siguiente &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="text-align:center"&gt;&lt;span style="font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Acuerdo&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

RECTIFICAR&lt;/strong&gt; el código asignado y la nomenclatura del puesto de trabajo correspondiente a la plaza personal de limpieza convocada por el Ayuntamiento de Valldemossa en el sentido que acto seguido se indica, manteniendo iguales el resto de elementos y fecha de efectos del acuerdo mencionado:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
