font-size:12px"><span style="line-height:105%">«Vista la propuesta del Tribunal calificador del proceso selectivo, mediante sistema de concurso, para la creación de una bolsa de trabajo de personal laboral auxiliar administrativo (BOIB n.º 15 de 1 de febrero de 2025)</span></span></p> <p><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"><span style="line-height:105%">Vistos los resultados definitivos de los aspirantes que han formado parte del proceso, conforme orden de puntuación y atendido lo que disponen las bases reguladoras del procedimiento selectivo, y conforme el artículo 21.1.h) de la Ley 7/1985, de 2 de abril, de Bases de Régimen Local, mediante la presente,</span></span></p> <p style="text-align:center"><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px">Sa Pobla, a fecha de firma electrónica »</span></p> <p><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px">Contra la presente resolución, que pone fin a la vía administrativa, se puede interponer alternativamente recurso potestativo de reposición, en el plazo de un mes a contar desde el día siguiente a la publicación de la presente resolución, ante la Alcaldía de este Ayuntamiento, de conformidad con los artículos 123 y 124 de la Ley 39/2015, de 1 de octubre, del procedimiento administrativo común de las administraciones públicas, o recurso contencioso-administrativo, ante el Juzgado de lo contencioso-administrativo de Palma, en el plazo de dos meses a contar desde el día siguiente a la publicación de la presente resolución, de conformidad con el artículo 46 de la Ley 29/1998, de 13 de julio, de la Jurisdicción contencioso-administrativa. Si se optara para interponer el recurso potestativo de reposición, no podrá interponer recurso contencioso-administrativo hasta que aquel sea resuelto expresamente a se haya producido su desestimación por silencio.
