&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Primero. Objeto de la convocatoria&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;El objeto de la convocatoria es impulsar la transición de las producciones audiovisuales de la isla de Mallorca hacia la sostenibilidad, con la reducción y tratamiento adecuado de los residuos de los servicios de bebidas y comidas, de acuerdo con el sistema europeo de puntuación para valorar la sostenibilidad de las producciones audiovisuales “Green Film Rating System” y en el marco del Plan&lt;span style="display:none"&gt;&amp;lt;A[Plan|Plano]&amp;gt;&lt;/span&gt; de Recuperación, Transformación y Resiliencia financiado por la Unión Europea – NextGeneration.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;La finalidad es impulsar la transición verde y sostenible del destino Mallorca, como destinación&lt;span style="display:none"&gt;&amp;lt;A[destinación|destino]&amp;gt;&lt;/span&gt; turística cinematográfica y audiovisual, responsable y sostenible.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Segundo. Importe y crédito presupuestario&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;El crédito es de ciento cincuenta mil euros (150.000 €), a cargo del presupuesto de la Fundació Mallorca Turisme, con fondo europeo de Next Generation. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;Si el crédito presupuestario no es suficiente para cubrir el 100% de las solicitudes, el último beneficiario tiene que recibir, como máximo, el importe remanente. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Tercero. Compatibilidad de las ayudas&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;Estas subvenciones son compatibles con la obtención de otras ayudas o contratos de la Fundació Mallorca Turisme, siempre que sean por&lt;span style="display:none"&gt;&amp;lt;A[por|para]&amp;gt;&lt;/span&gt; actividades diferentes a la finalidad de esta convocatoria.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;Son compatibles con otras subvenciones, ayudas, ingresos o recursos para el mismo objeto, procedentes de otras entidades diferentes de la Fundació Mallorca Turisme, ya sean del sector público o privado, siempre que la suma de las ayudas no supere el coste total de la actividad, proyecto y/o rodaje subvencionado. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Cuarto. Régimen de concurrencia&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;El procedimiento de concesión es de concurrencia no competitiva, por orden de entrada en el registro electrónico de la Fundació Mallorca Turisme, siempre que el expediente sea correcto y se aporten todos los documentos preceptivos.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Quinto. Beneficiarios&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;1. Pueden ser beneficiarios: &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;- Personas físicas o jurídicas dadas de alta en los siguientes epígrafes del IAE: 961 (producción audiovisual) y 844 (servicios de publicidad, relaciones públicas y similares, con sede social en Mallorca al menos un año antes de la presentación de la solicitud.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;- Tienen que cumplir los requisitos y límites establecidos en el Reglamento (UE) 2023/2831, de 13 de diciembre de 2023, de la Comisión, relativo a la aplicación de los artículos 107 y 108 del Tratado de Funcionamiento de la Unión Europea a las ayudas de minimis.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;- Estar al corriente de obligaciones con: la Seguridad Social, la Agencia Estatal de la Administración Tributaria, la Agencia Tributaria de las Islas Baleares, el Consell Insular de Mallorca y ente dependientes y la Fundació Mallorca Turisme.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;2. No pueden ser beneficiarios:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;- Personas o entidades en las cuales se presente alguna de las circunstancias previstas a los artículos 8.2, 8.3 y 8.4 de la Ordenanza general de subvenciones del Consell Insular de Mallorca, y el artículo 13 de la Ley 13/2003, de 17 de noviembre, general de subvenciones.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;- Sociedades públicas o entidades de derecho público, así como cualquier empresa u organización en que la participación pública sea mayoritaria.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;- Las personas o entidades que han recibido ayudas otorgadas en concepto de mínimis, por un importe superior a trescientos mil euros (300.000 €), a los tres últimos ejercicios fiscales, desde la fecha de presentación de la solicitud a esta convocatoria. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Sexto. Plazo de presentación solicitudes&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;El plazo para presentar la solicitud y toda la documentación anexa es de 20 días a partir de las 9.00 horas del día siguiente a la publicación de este extracto en el BOIB. El último día para presentar la solicitud concluirá a las 14.00 horas. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Séptimo. Plazo subvencionable&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;El plazo durante el cual se tiene que realizar la actividad es a partir del 1 de enero del 2025 y hasta el 30 de noviembre del 2025, ambos incluidos.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Octavo. Lugar&lt;span style="display:none"&gt;&amp;lt;A[Lugar|Sitio]&amp;gt;&lt;/span&gt; de presentación de la solicitud&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;Las solicitudes, anexos y documentación requerida se tienen que presentar a través del registro electrónico de la sede electrónica de la Fundació Mallorca Turisme:&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp; &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;https://fundaciomallorcaturisme.sedelectronica.es/info.0, mediante el trámite «solicitud subvención para reducir residuos de bebidas y comidas en los rodajes&lt;em&gt;»&lt;/em&gt;. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;La presentación electrónica de las solicitudes se tiene que hacer mediante el certificado digital de la persona interesada o con el certificado digital de un representante de la entidad con poder suficiente en la entidad que representa y que se acredita con su certificado digital como representante. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Noveno. Subvención y gasto subvencionable&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;1. Los beneficiarios pueden presentar más de una solicitud siempre que se cumplan las siguientes condiciones:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;- La actividad, proyecto y/o rodaje subvencionable para los cuales solicita la subvención se tienen que producir en fechas distintas.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;- La actividad, proyecto y/o rodaje subvencionable tiene que ser diferente en cada solicitud.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;- En una misma solicitud se pueden incluir uno o varios proyectos o rodajes.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;2. El importe máximo subvencionable es hasta el 75% del importe total de cada actividad subvencionable y hasta un máximo total de veinte mil euros, IVA no incluido (20.000 € + IVA) por&lt;span style="display:none"&gt;&amp;lt;A[para|por]&amp;gt;&lt;/span&gt; beneficiario y convocatoria. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;3. Gastos subvencionables:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;- La instalación de sistemas de osmosis uno homólogos que purifiquen el agua de la red local en las instalaciones de la sede social del beneficiario, en aplicación del criterio C1 del Green Film Rating System.&amp;nbsp; &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;- El alquiler y/o compra de dispensadores de agua independientes y su suministro, siempre y cuando el suministro no incluya menaje (vasos) de un solo uso, en aplicación del criterio C1 del Green Film Rating System.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;- El alquiler y/o compra de menaje reutilizable por&lt;span style="display:none"&gt;&amp;lt;A[por|para]&amp;gt;&lt;/span&gt; al servicio de bebidas, catering y/o comidas de rodaje, en aplicación del criterio C2 del Green Film Rating System. Se incluyen, específicamente, cantimploras y/o termo de uso individual.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;- El suministro de catering y/o comidas al rodaje, siempre y cuando este sea con menaje reutilizable. Queda expresamente excluido de esta convocatoria el suministro de catering y/o comidas al rodaje con menaje no reutilizable y/o fiambreras de un solo uso, en aplicación del criterio C2 del Green Film Rating System. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;div style="page-break-after:always"&gt;&lt;span style="display:none"&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/div&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;- El alquiler y/o compra de menaje reutilizable por&lt;span style="display:none"&gt;&amp;lt;A[por|para]&amp;gt;&lt;/span&gt; al servicio de bebidas calientes (tazas y mezcladores rentables), en aplicación del criterio C3 del Green File Rating System. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;- El alquiler y/o compra de dispensadores de bebidas calientes y el suministro de las mismas, siempre y cuando el suministro no incluya: &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:80px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt; &lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:80px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;o Menaje (tazas y mezcladores) de un solo uso; y si lo son, sólo serán válidos aquellos hechos con celulosa, en aplicación del criterio C4 del Green Film Rating System.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:80px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;o Cápsulas. El café tiene que estar mucho o en bolsitas de gasa, en aplicación del criterio C4 del Green Film Rating System.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt; &lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;- La compra de menaje reutilizable para la actividad habitual de los beneficiarios en su sede social (fases de pre y producción de proyectos), sin estar ligada a un proyecto o rodaje concreto, es subvencionable, pero está limitada a una cantidad máxima de 250 € (IVA no incluido) para&lt;span style="display:none"&gt;&amp;lt;A[para|por]&amp;gt;&lt;/span&gt; beneficiario y convocatoria. &amp;nbsp;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:&amp;quot;Times New Roman&amp;quot;,Times,serif"&gt;- El alquiler y/o compra de contenedores para la recogida selectiva y adecuada de residuos en el siete de rodaje y/o a la sede social del beneficiario, en aplicación del criterio E1 del Green Film Rating System. Se incluye, específicamente, el alquiler y/o compra de compostadores para el tratamiento de los residuos orgánicos derivados de las bebidas y comidas en los rodajes o en la sede social del beneficiario.&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;- Si se contrata un servicio de recogida de basura selectiva o se especifica en el contrato del servicio de limpieza que la recogida de basura se hará respetando la selección y tratamiento específico de los residuos, será subvencionable. El mencionado contrato tiene que ser específico para el rodaje/s o la sede social del beneficiario.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;El Green Film Rating System se puede consultar en castellano en el siguiente enlace:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;La entidad beneficiaria tiene la obligación de hacer difusión de la ayuda obtenida, haciendo mención específica a la ayuda de la Fundació Mallorca Turisme y la financiación de la Unión Europea, como sigue: &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:40px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;- «Financiado por la Unión Europea, fondo NextGenerationEU&lt;em&gt;»&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:40px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;- Y adjuntar los logotipos siguientes:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

En la convocatoria especifica cómo se tiene que hacer la publicidad de la ayuda.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Undécimo. Justificación&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;Los beneficiarios han de presentar la documentación justificativa de la subvención una vez realizada la actividad objeto de la subvención y hasta el 31 de diciembre de 2025 incluido, como máximo. &amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;Si una factura es igual o superior a 15.000 € se tienen que aportar al menos tres presupuestos y se tiene que justificar el motivo de la elección si no fuera lo que tiene el precio más bajo.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;Se tiene que aportar una memoria de actuaciones, una memoria económica (facturas y pagos), justificar la publicidad de la ayuda, justificar que se está al corriente de obligaciones, los anexos, todo de acuerdo con lo que establece la convocatoria.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Duodécimo. Otros datos &lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
