    <env:contingut rdf:parseType="Literal">![CDATA[&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:#ffffff"&gt;El Plan Estratégico de Subvenciones del Presupuesto General del Consejo Insular de Menorca para el ejercicio 2025 prevé, entre los objetivos generales del Departamento de Cultura, Educación, Juventud y Deportes, una convocatoria de ayudas para la mejora de instalaciones privadas gestionadas por entidades deportivas sin ánimo de lucro, la cual tiene como objetivo «apoyar a las entidades deportivas de Menorca para mejorar las instalaciones de ámbito privado que gestionan».&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:#ffffff"&gt;Se justifica la necesidad de las ayudas a las entidades deportivas sin ánimo de lucro vistas las siguientes premisas:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:#ffffff"&gt;- El motivo VI de la Ley 2/2023, de 7 de febrero, de la actividad física y el deporte de las Islas Baleares, en los objetivos propuestos justifica esta convocatoria y justifica la ayuda a las entidades sin ánimo de lucro. Es así porque se marca como objetivos planificar, ordenar y velar por una red básica de instalaciones deportivas seguras, suficientes, sostenibles y accesibles en toda la población en condiciones equitativas. También pretende promover y facilitar la colaboración publico-privada en la gestión de la actividad física y el deporte para mejorar la red de instalaciones deportivas y los servicios y ponerlos al alcance de toda la ciudadanía.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:#ffffff"&gt;- Con esta convocatoria, las entidades deportivas sin ánimo de lucro menorquinas obtienen unos recursos que permiten la mejora y el mantenimiento de las instalaciones privadas que gestionan. Esto supone la mejora del servicio deportivo de Menorca, y más teniendo en cuenta que la actividad física y el deporte fue declarada como actividad esencial en el Congreso de los Diputados en 2021.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;- Las entidades deportivas sin ánimo de lucre forman parte del crecimiento y desarrollo de los deportistas de edad escolar. Por tanto, su trabajo y el espacio donde llevan a cabo esta práctica deportiva es importante para garantizar y favorecer la seguridad y contribuir en la mejora de la salud y el proceso de aprendizage.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:#ffffff"&gt;- Las instalaciones deportivas son espacios de práctica deportiva, pero también espacios de convivencia y socialización entre los diferentes agentes que conforman el sistema deportivo: entrenadores, deportistas, árbitros y acompañantes, padres y madres, familiares y amigos.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:#ffffff"&gt;- La actividad de estos clubes y federaciones es fundamental en la microeconomía de muchos jóvenes y personas adultas vinculadas al sector deportivo. El dinero que gestionan los clubes fomentan la economía local: ingresos por arbitrajes, ingresos por coordinadores deportivos, ingresos por entrenadores, gratificaciones a voluntarios, etcétera.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:#ffffff"&gt;- &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#00000a"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:#ffffff"&gt;Menorca cuenta con una extensa red de equipaciones deportivas municipales. La actividad deportiva de las entidades generalmente se hace en instalación pública, sin pagar ninguna cuota de alquiler o de mantenimiento de la instalación. En cambio, algunas entidades deportivas sin ánimo de lucro gestionan y desarrollan su actividad deportiva en instalaciones privadas. Por lo tanto, asumen los gastos que se derivan de estas instalaciones, como luz, agua, gasóleo, IBI, mantenimiento, limpieza, entre otros, para así mejorar y mantener los espacios de práctica deportiva para entrenar y competir, así como los espacios complementarios como bar, baños, vestuarios, almacenes, gradas y zonas de paso y zonas comunes.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:#ffffff"&gt;- El año anterior ya se aprobó la convocatoria de ayudas para la mejora de instalaciones privadas gestionadas por entidades deportivas sin ánimo de lucro y, vistas las solicitudes, se puede ratificar el gasto de mantenimiento asumida por las entidades y las mejoras conseguidas en las instalaciones en beneficio de los deportistas.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:#ffffff"&gt;Además de todo esto, también hay que tener en cuenta el informe técnico elaborado por el servicio de Deportes y las competencias propias que sobre esta materia tiene el Consejo Insular de Menorca, de acuerdo con los artículos 70.9 y 73 del Estatuto de autonomía de las Islas Baleares y la Ley 6/1994, de 13 de diciembre, de atribución de competencias a los consejos insulares en materia de patrimonio histórico, de promoción sociocultural, de animación sociocultural, de depósito legal de libros y de deportes, modificada por la Ley 4/2022, de 28 de junio, de consejos insulares.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:#ffffff"&gt;Se tiene en cuenta la normativa básica aplicable al Consejo Insular de Menorca en materia de subvenciones y en el marco de aquello que establecen las bases de ejecución del presupuesto de esta administración.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:#ffffff"&gt;Vista la propuesta del consejero ejecutivo del Departamento de Cultura, Educación, Juventud y Deportes, en ejercicio de las competencias atribuidas por el Decreto de la presidencia del Consejo Insular de Menorca n.º 92/2023 de 10 de julio, relativo al nombramiento de los miembros del Consejo Ejecutivo (BOIB n.º 95 de 11-07-2023);&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:#ffffff"&gt;El Consejo Ejecutivo, por unanimidad y en votación ordinaria, adopta el siguiente&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="text-align:center"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:#ffffff"&gt;ACUERDO&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:#ffffff"&gt;Primero.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:#ffffff"&gt; Aprobar la convocatoria correspondiente al año 2025, temporada 2024/2025, que se rige por las bases reguladoras aprobadas por el Consejo Ejecutivo de este Consejo Insular, en sesión de carácter ordinario de 14 de octubre de 2024 (BOIB n.º 147 de 9 de noviembre de 2024) de acuerdo con las condiciones siguientes:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:40px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:#ffffff"&gt;a&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:#ffffff"&gt;) Importe global máximo de las ayudas y crédito presupuestario&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:40px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:#ffffff"&gt;El importe máximo previsto para destinar a esta ayuda, según el Plan Estratégico de Subvenciones es de doscientos sesenta mil euros (260.000,00 €). La fuente de financiación es del presupuesto propio del Consejo Insular de Menorca, de la partida 4.34100.7890000 para la línea 1, de inversión, y 4.34100.4890026 para la línea 2, de mantenimiento.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:40px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:#ffffff"&gt;Esta cantidad se desglosa en los apartados siguientes:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;ul style="margin-left:40px"&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:#ffffff"&gt;Línea 1.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:#ffffff"&gt; Inversión realizada para la mejora de las instalaciones deportivas; espacios de práctica deportiva y zonas complementarias que ha asumido la entidad; ciento ochenta mil euros (180.000,00 €).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:#ffffff"&gt;Línea 2.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:#ffffff"&gt; Mantenimiento preventivo y correctivo de la instalación deportiva realizado por parte de la entidad: ochenta mil euros&amp;nbsp;(80.000,00 €).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;/ul&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:40px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:#ffffff"&gt;El importe máximo que se destina en la convocatoria únicamente se podrá ampliar, sin necesidad de nueva publicación, en el supuesto de aportaciones expresas de terceras personas para contribuir a la financiación del objeto de la convocatoria y que se hayan concretado posteriormente a la aprobación.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:40px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:#ffffff"&gt;* El gasto se puede aplicar en cualquier otra partida adecuada y vinculada.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:40px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:#ffffff"&gt;b&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:#ffffff"&gt;) Importes máximos por beneficiario&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;ul style="margin-left:40px"&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:#ffffff"&gt;Línea 1.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:#ffffff"&gt; Por entidad, el importe máximo es de cuarenta mil euros (40.000 €).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:#ffffff"&gt;Línea 2. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:#ffffff"&gt;Por entidad, el importe máximo es de veinte mil euros (20.000 €).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;/ul&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:40px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:#ffffff"&gt;El importe máximo de la convocatoria por entidad es de 60.000 €. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:40px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:#ffffff"&gt;En el caso de que para la línea 1 no se agote la consignación presupuestaria, la cantidad sobrante se asignará a la línea 2, de acuerdo con lo previsto en la convocatoria, y viceversa.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:40px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:#ffffff"&gt;c&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:#ffffff"&gt;) Plazo de presentación de solicitudes y justificación&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:40px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;El plazo de presentación de solicitudes es a partir del día siguiente de la publicación de la convocatoria en el BOIB hasta el día 31 de agosto de 2025.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:40px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:#ffffff"&gt;d&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:#ffffff"&gt;) Instrucción del procedimiento&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:40px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:#ffffff"&gt;La instrucción de los procedimientos, según cada línea de ayuda, corresponde al Sr. Damià Seguí Pizà, técnico del Servicio de Deportes.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:40px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:#ffffff"&gt;e&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:#ffffff"&gt;) Comisión evaluadora&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:40px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:#ffffff"&gt;Se constituye una comisión evaluadora, cuya composición es la misma para ambas líneas de ayudas:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:40px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:#ffffff"&gt;Presidente: Juan Domingo Pons Torres, consejero del departamento.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:#ffffff"&gt;Donde dice:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:#ffffff"&gt;Tercero.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:#ffffff"&gt; Comunicar estos acuerdos a la Base de datos Nacional de Subvenciones, previamente a la publicación de la convocatoria en el &lt;/span&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:#ffffff"&gt;Boletín Oficial de las Illes Balears (BOIB).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;Contra este acuerdo, que no agota la vía administrativa, puede interponerse un recurso de alzada ante la Comisión de Gobierno, por delegación del Pleno del Consejo Insular de Menorca (Acuerdo de 31-7-2023, BOIB núm. 109 de 5-8-2023), en el plazo de un mes a partir del día siguiente en que se haya publicado, de acuerdo con el artículo 122 de la Ley 39/2015, de 1 de octubre, del procedimiento administrativo común de las administraciones públicas.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;El mencionado recurso se entenderá desestimado, si no se notifica la resolución correspondiente, cuando hayan transcurrido tres meses des de su interposición. Contra la desestimación del recurso de alzada por silencio administrativo se puede interponer recurso contencioso administrativo ante el Juzgado Contencioso Administrativo de Palma.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
