    <env:contingut rdf:parseType="Literal">![CDATA[&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Se hace público que el pasado 28 de mayo de 2025 se dictó la siguiente Resolución de Presidencia, mediante la cual se nombra un nuevo vocal por parte de la Dirección general de Territorio y Paisaje para participar en la CTA y, como consecuencia, se indica la nueva composición de este órgano:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;(...)&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;NOMBRAMIENTO DE NUEVO VOCAL POR PARTE DE LA DIRECCIÓ GENERAL DE TERRITORIO Y PAISAJE DE LA CONSEJERÍA DE VIVIENDA, TERRITORIO Y MOVILIDAD, PARA FORMAR PARTE DE LA COMISIÓN TÉCNICA ASESORA DE URBANISMO, ORDENACIÓN DEL TERRITORIO, PATRIMONIO HISTÓRICO Y ACTIVIDADES DEL CONSEJO INSULAR DE FORMENTERA (CTA).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Óscar Portas Juan, Presidente del Consejo Insular de Formentera, islas Baleares.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Visto el escrito de la &lt;/span&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Consejería de Vivienda, Territorio y Movilidad&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt; de fecha 8 de abril de 2025, mediante el cual se cesa a las anteriores vocales y se designan nuevos representado por parte de aquella Consejería para formar parte de la CTA del Consejo de Formentera.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Visto que la CTA es un órgano de carácter permanente, deliberando y consultivo destinado a asegurar la coordinación administrativa y la participación social en todas las materias relacionadas con el urbanismo y la ordenación del territorio, el patrimonio histórico y las actividades. Sus dictámenes tienen carácter previo y preceptivo, salvo el casos de urgencia apreciados motivadamente por el órgano competente para resolver, en los cuales se sustituirá el informe previo de la CTA por informe de la correspondiente unidad administrativa .&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;En este sentido, la CTA actúa como órgano para el estudio, informe y propuesta en los asuntos de las materias mencionadas en su denominación que sean competencia del Pleno, de la Comisión de Gobierno o de la Presidencia, o de cualquiera otro órgano que actúe por delegación o desconcentración de los anteriores.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Vista la Resolución de Presidencia de 4 de febrero de 2025, mediante la cual se acepta la solicitud presentada por la Sra. Marta Vila Soriano de fecha 30 de enero de 2025, en la cual solicitaba al Consejo Insular de Formentera la renuncia a su plaza de letrada, funcionaria interina.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Dado que según Resolución de Presidencia de fecha 30/05/2024 se nombró de manera provisional y urgente al letrado funcionario de carrera del Consejo de Formentera Sr. David Francés Alonso como vicepresidente de la CTA, toda vez que la Sra. Victoria Toledo Moreno que ejercía este cargo desde el 3 de agosto de 2023 se encontraba en aquel momento en situación de permiso laboral.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Dado que según Resolución de Presidencia de fecha 24/01/2025 se nombraba a la funcionaria de carrera del Consejo de Formentera Sra. Toledo Moreno como vocal para volver a formar parte de la CTA.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Dado que según Resolución de Presidencia de 14/02/2025 sobre designación de competencias a los letrados del Consejo insular de Formentera, constan asignadas las atribuciones funcionales de asesoramiento jurídico interno de todas las competencias del área de Urbanismo y Territorio, y del área de Actividades a la Sra. Toledo Moreno.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Hay que redistribuir el cargo de la Vicepresidencia de la CTA y asignarlo a la Sra. Toledo Moreno en atención al contenido de los expedientes que se tratan a dicha Comisión.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Por todo el anterior, y conforme con las competencias que me atribuyen el artículo 21.1, letras &lt;/span&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;q &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;y r, el artículo 129 y el artículo 133.3 de la Ley 4/2022, de 28 d junio, de consejos insulares, en relación a la disposición adicional segunda de esa misma Ley, sobre personal del Consejo Insular (precepto del tenor literal siguiente&lt;/span&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;: Disposición adicional segunda. Régimen jurídico del personal de la administración insular. El personal funcionario de los consejos insulares y, en aquello que proceda, el personal eventual y el personal laboral, se tienen que regir por el que disponen el Estatuto básico del empleado público, la legislación básica estatal y la Ley de función pública de la comunidad autónoma, teniendo en cuenta el que se prevé en esta materia en la Ley 20/2006, de 16 de diciembre, municipal y de régimen local de las Islas Baleares&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;), y la restante normativa aplicable sobre el régimen administrativo especial del Consejo Insular de Formentera (Consejo insular unimunicipal),&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="text-align:center"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;HE RESUELTO&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Primero&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;.- &lt;/span&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;NOMBRAR&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt; a los siguientes funcionarios representantes de la Consejería de Vivienda, Territorio y Movilidad para formar parte de la &lt;/span&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;CTA del Consejo insular de Formentera&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Sr. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Javier Suárez Fernández, &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;jefe de servicio de Análisis y Planificación Estratégica (suplente) de la Consejería de Vivienda, Territorio y Movilidad del Gobierno de las Islas Baleares.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;/ul&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Segundo&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;.- &lt;/span&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;NOMBRAR&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt; a la funcionaria de carrera del Consejo de Formentera Sra. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Victoria Toledo Moreno&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt; como &lt;/span&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Vicepresidenta de la CTA&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;, en atención al contenido de los expedientes que se tratan a dicha Comisión.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
