Beneficiarios</strong></span></span></span></p> <p><span style="color:#000000"><span style="line-height:1"><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px">Según las diferentes líneas de ayudas, pueden ser beneficiarias: </span></span></span></p> <p style="margin-left:40px"><span style="color:#000000"><span style="line-height:1"><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px">- Línea 1. Restauraciones de bienes del patrimonio histórico</span></span></span></p> <p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:80px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"><span style="color:#000000"><span style="line-height:1"><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px">1. Pueden ser beneficiarias las personas físicas o jurídicas o agrupaciones de personas físicas o jurídicas que sean titulares de un bien mueble o inmueble integrante del patrimonio histórico de Menorca, o que tengan autorización del titular.</span></span></span></p> <p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:80px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"><span style="color:#000000"><span style="line-height:1"><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px">2. Los beneficiarios que hayan obtenido una ayuda anterior del Consejo Insular de Menorca para la restauración de bienes muebles o inmuebles deben justificar la finalización de los trabajos o presentar el compromiso de entrega a que hace referencia la base 7.3.B letra <em>c</em> correspondiente a la Línea 1.</span></span></span></p> <p style="margin-left:40px"><span style="color:#000000"><span style="line-height:1"><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px">- Línea 2. Intervenciones arqueológicas y paleontológicas</span></span></span></p> <p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:80px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"><span style="color:#000000"><span style="line-height:1"><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px">1. Pueden ser beneficiarias las personas físicas o jurídicas, o agrupaciones de personas físicas o jurídicas, las comunidades de bienes, o cualquier otro tipo de unidad económica o de patrimonio separado sin personalidad jurídica que presente un proyecto firmado por un arqueólogo profesional con experiencia que asuma la dirección de los trabajos de acuerdo con lo que establece el Reglamento de intervenciones arqueológicas y paleontológicas de las Illes Balears.</span></span></span></p> <p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:80px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"><span style="color:#000000"><span style="line-height:1"><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px">2. Los que hayan sido beneficiarios de una ayuda anterior para intervenciones arqueológicas deben haber entregado al CIM el informe o la memoria de la campaña anterior o presentar el compromiso de entrega a la que hace referencia la base 7.3.B letra <em>e</em> correspondiente a la Línea 2.</span></span></span></p> <p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:80px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"><span style="color:#000000"><span style="line-height:1"><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px">3. Una misma entidad o equipo no puede solicitar más de una ayuda para el mismo yacimiento.</span></span></span></p> <p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:80px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"><span style="color:#000000"><span style="line-height:1"><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px">4. No haber sido sancionado con carácter firme por incumplimiento de las obligaciones o condiciones establecidas en el otorgamiento de intervenciones arqueológicas o paleontológicas anteriores, de acuerdo con lo que establece el art. 109 de la Ley 12/1998, del patrimonio histórico de las Illes Balears.</span></span></span></p> <p style="margin-left:40px"><span style="color:#000000"><span style="line-height:1"><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px">- Línea 3. Investigaciones de tipo histórico</span></span></span></p> <p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:80px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"><span style="color:#000000"><span style="line-height:1"><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px">1. Pueden ser beneficiarias las personas físicas o jurídicas, o agrupaciones de personas físicas o jurídicas, las comunidades de bienes, o cualquier otro tipo de unidad económica o de patrimonio separado sin personalidad jurídica que presente un proyecto firmado por una persona responsable con titulación superior universitaria especializada en la materia objeto de la investigación histórica, arqueológica o paleontológica.</span></span></span></p> <p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:80px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"><span style="color:#000000"><span style="line-height:1"><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px">2. También pueden optar las asociaciones vinculadas al estudio, la salvaguardia y la difusión del patrimonio histórico.</span></span></span></p> <p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:80px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"><span style="color:#000000"><span style="line-height:1"><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px">3. Los solicitantes de la ayuda únicamente pueden presentar un proyecto por convocatoria.</span></span></span></p> <p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:80px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"><span style="color:#000000"><span style="line-height:1"><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px">4. Los beneficiarios que hayan obtenido una ayuda anterior del Consejo Insular de Menorca para investigaciones de tipo histórico, arqueológico y paleontológico deben justificar la finalización de los trabajos o presentar el compromiso de entrega a que hace referencia la base 7.3.B letra <em>g</em> correspondiente a la Línea 3.</span></span></span></p> <p style="margin-left:40px"><span style="color:#000000"><span style="line-height:1"><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px">- Línea 4. Publicaciones científicas</span></span></span></p> <p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:80px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"><span style="color:#000000"><span style="line-height:1"><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px">1. Pueden ser beneficiarias las personas físicas o jurídicas, o agrupaciones de personas físicas o jurídicas, las comunidades de bienes, o cualquier otro tipo de unidad económica o de patrimonio separado sin personalidad jurídica que presenten un proyecto firmado por una persona responsable con titulación superior universitaria especializada en la materia objeto de la investigación. </span></span></span></p> <p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:80px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"><span style="color:#000000"><span style="line-height:1"><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px">2. Los solicitantes de la ayuda únicamente pueden presentar un proyecto por convocatoria.</span></span></span></p> <p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:80px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"><span style="color:#000000"><span style="line-height:1"><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px">4. Los beneficiarios que hayan obtenido una ayuda anterior del Consejo Insular de Menorca por publicaciones científicas deben justificar la finalización de los trabajos o presentar el compromiso de entrega a que hace referencia la base 7.3 B letra <em>f)</em> correspondiente a la Línea 4.</span></span></span></p> <p style="margin-left:40px"><span style="color:#000000"><span style="line-height:1"><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px">- Línea 5. Organización y realización de jornadas y actividades de difusión</span></span></span></p> <p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:80px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"><span style="color:#000000"><span style="line-height:1"><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px">1. Pueden ser beneficiarias las personas físicas o jurídicas, o agrupaciones de personas físicas o jurídicas, las comunidades de bienes, o cualquier otro tipo de unidad económica o de patrimonio separado sin personalidad jurídica que presente un proyecto firmado por una persona responsable con titulación superior universitaria especializada en la materia objeto de la realización de las jornadas y/o actividades de difusión.</span></span></span></p> <p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:80px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"><span style="color:#000000"><span style="line-height:1"><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px">2. También pueden optar las asociaciones vinculadas al estudio, la salvaguardia y la difusión del patrimonio histórico que presenten el mencionado proyecto.</span></span></span></p> <p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:80px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"><span style="color:#000000"><span style="line-height:1"><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px">3. Quedan excluidas de esta convocatoria las actividades que hayan recibido una ayuda dentro de otra convocatoria del Departamento de Cultura, Educación, Juventud y Deportes del CIM.</span></span></span></p> <p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:80px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"><span style="color:#000000"><span style="line-height:1"><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px">4. Los solicitantes de la ayuda únicamente pueden presentar un proyecto por convocatoria.</span></span></span></p> <p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:80px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"><span style="color:#000000"><span style="line-height:1"><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px">5. Los beneficiarios que hayan obtenido una ayuda anterior del Consejo Insular de Menorca para organizar y llevar a cabo jornadas o actividades de difusión deben justificar la finalización de los trabajos o presentar el compromiso de entrega a que hace referencia la base 7.3.B letra <em>c</em> correspondiente a la Línea 5.</span></span></span></p> <p style="margin-left:40px"><span style="color:#000000"><span style="line-height:1"><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px">- Línea 6. Acciones de salvaguardia, conocimiento y difusión del patrimonio cultural inmaterial</span></span></span></p> <p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:80px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"><span style="color:#000000"><span style="line-height:1"><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px">1. Pueden ser beneficiarias las asociaciones y entidades vinculadas al estudio, la salvaguardia y la difusión del patrimonio cultural inmaterial que presenten un proyecto que se adecue a lo que establece la base 4 para esta línea.</span></span></span></p> <p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:80px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"><span style="color:#000000"><span style="line-height:1"><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px">2. También pueden optar las personas físicas o jurídicas, o agrupaciones de personas físicas o jurídicas, las comunidades de bienes, o cualquier otro tipo de unidad económica o de patrimonio separado sin personalidad jurídica que presente un proyecto firmado por una persona responsable con titulación superior universitaria especializada en la materia objeto de la realización de la acción de salvaguardia o difusión, o con experiencia demostrable en la gestión del patrimonio cultural inmaterial de Menorca.</span></span></span></p> <p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:80px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"><span style="color:#000000"><span style="line-height:1"><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px">3. Quedan excluidas de esta convocatoria las actividades que hayan recibido una ayuda dentro de otra convocatoria del Departamento de Cultura, Educación, Juventud y Deportes del CIM.</span></span></span></p> <p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:80px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"><span style="color:#000000"><span style="line-height:1"><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px">4. Los solicitantes de la ayuda únicamente pueden presentar un proyecto por convocatoria.</span></span></span></p> <p><span style="color:#000000"><span style="line-height:1"><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"><strong>Segundo. Objeto</strong></span></span></span></p> <p><span style="color:#000000"><span style="line-height:1"><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px">Mejorar el conocimiento, la salvaguardia y la difusión del patrimonio cultural inmaterial (PCI) de Menorca promoviendo la elaboración de planes de salvaguardia para los elementos del PCI en riesgo de desaparición, así como también apoyar económicamente a las actividades que significan ampliar y mejorar el conocimiento y la salvaguardia del patrimonio histórico a través de intervenciones arqueológicas, paleontológicas, investigaciones de tipo histórico, restauración de bienes y la difusión de los mismos.</span></span></span></p> <p><span style="color:#000000"><span style="line-height:1"><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"><strong>Tercero. Bases reguladoras</strong></span></span></span></p> <p><span style="color:#000000"><span style="line-height:1"><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px">Esta convocatoria se rige por las bases aprobadas por el Consejo Ejecutivo del Consejo Insular de Menorca en sesión de carácter ordinario de 8 de abril de 2024, publicadas en el BOIB n.º 58 de 2 de mayo de 2024.</span></span></span></p> <p><span style="color:#000000"><span style="line-height:1"><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"><strong>Cuarto.
