Resolución del presidente del Fondo de Garantía Agraria y Pesquera de las Islas Baleares (FOGAIBA) por la que se convocan subvenciones para las inversiones no productivas vinculadas a la realización de compromisos de agroambiente y clima, correspondientes al año 2024.</p> <p>2. Orden del conseller de Agricultura, Medio Ambiente y Territorio de 19 de febrero de 2015, por la que se establecen las bases reguladoras para la concesión de subvenciones en el marco del Programa de Desarrollo Rural de las Islas Baleares 2014-2020.</p> <p>3. Ley 39/2015, de 1 de octubre, derégimen jurídico de las administraciones públicas.</p> <p style="text-align:center"><strong><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"><span style="line-height:100%"><span style="color:#000000">Informe -Propuesta de Resolución </span></span></span></strong></p> <p><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"><span style="line-height:100%"><span style="color:#000000">Visto el apartado duodécimo punto 2 de la convocatoria donde se especifica que, la actuación subvencionada debe haberla efectuado el beneficiario en el período comprendido entre la fecha de comienzo del período de elegibilidad que prevé el apartado cuarto, punto 2.d, (inversiones objeto de ayuda no deben estar iniciadas antes de la fecha de la solicitud de ayuda y de la visita previa) de esta resolución y el plazo que, para justificar las inversiones, prevé el apartado duodécimo punto 1 (el plazo para notificar y justificar la realización de las inversiones que propone la resolución de concesión termina el 14 de agosto de 2025). </span></span></span></p> <p><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"><span style="line-height:100%"><span style="color:#000000">Por todo lo expuesto anteriormente, se informa DESFAVORABLEMENTE de la concesión de un plazo de prórroga por los motivos señalados en el Anexo I, y se propone al vicepresidente del FOGAIBA que dicte una resolución en los siguientes términos: </span></span></span></p> <p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"><span style="line-height:100%"><span style="color:#000000">1.
