    <env:contingut rdf:parseType="Literal">![CDATA[&lt;p&gt;Mediante la Resolución del Regidor por Delegación núm. 2025-1364 de fecha 14/05/2025 (corregida por Resolución por Delegación num. 2025-1380 se aprueba el expediente de contratación para enajenar el bien inmueble patrimonial situado en la Calle Monsenyor Palmer número 2 5.º 15 de Palma, el Pliego de Cláusulas Administrativas que tiene que regir la contratación.&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;Simultáneamente se anuncia la licitación del referido contrato.&lt;/p&gt;
