Alcalde-Presidente del Ayuntamiento de Santa Eugenia ha dictado la siguiente resolución:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;Dado que por acuerdo de la Junta de Gobierno de fecha 16 de abril de 2025 se aprobaron las bases que regirán la convocatoria para la creación de una bolsa viva de trabajo de director/a de tiempo libre para la escuela de verano 2025, por el sistema de concurso, del Ayuntamiento de Santa Eugènia, con el fin de gestionar la programación, las propias de información y atención a los padres, madres o tutores, que se publicaron íntegramente en el Boib núm. 51 de fecha 24 de abril de 2025.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;Considerando que en fecha 2 de junio de 2025 se publicó en la página web de la Alcaldía la resolución con el listado provisional de puntuaciones obtenidas por la persona aspirante, abriendo un plazo de tres días hábiles para que se pudieran efectuar las reclamaciones y observaciones oportunas sobre la valoración de los méritos.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;Dado que ha transcurrido el plazo establecido sin que se haya presentado alegación alguna sobre la valoración de los méritos.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="text-align:center"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;RESUELVO&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Segundo.-&lt;/strong&gt; Publicar la resolución en el tablón de anuncios en la página web del Ayuntamiento de Santa Eugenia (www.ajsantaeugenia.net), así como en el Boletín Oficial de las Islas Baleares para general conocimiento.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;Contra esta resolución, y de acuerdo con la Ley 39/2015, de 1 de octubre, del procedimiento administrativo común de las administraciones públicas y otras disposiciones concordantes, podrá interponerse recurso contencioso administrativo ante el Juzgado de lo Contencioso Administrativo de Palma de Mallorca, en un plazo de 2 meses a contar desde el día siguiente al de su publicación en el BOIB sin perjuicio del recurso potestativo de reposición que puede interponerse en el plazo de un mes desde la fecha de publicación del acto o resolución ante la presidencia de la Corporación. Si se interpone recurso de reposición, el plazo para su resolución será de un mes, transcurrido el cual puede entenderse desestimado por silencio administrativo y, en este supuesto, puede plantearse el recurso contencioso administrativo en el plazo de 6 meses desde la fecha del acto presunto de desestimación.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;Asimismo, contra las resoluciones definitivas y actas de trámite del Tribunal, si estos últimos deciden directa o indirectamente el fondo del asunto, determinen la imposibilidad de continuar el proceso selectivo, o producen indefensión o perjuicio irreparable a derechos e intereses legítimos, los/las interesados/as podrán interponer, en el plazo de un mes a contar a partir del día siguiente de su publicación, recurso de alzada delante de la Alcaldía.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
