    <env:contingut rdf:parseType="Literal">![CDATA[&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:&amp;quot;Times New Roman&amp;quot;,Times,serif"&gt;El Ayuntamiento de Sant Llorenç des Cardassar en Pleno, en sesión ordinaria de fecha 15 de mayo de 2025, ha aprobado la convocatoria y las bases reguladoras de las subvenciones para la realización de actividades extraescolares deportivas que se insertan a continuación:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:&amp;quot;Times New Roman&amp;quot;,Times,serif"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;PRIMERO&lt;/strong&gt;. - Aprobar las bases de subvenciones para la realización de actividades extraescolares deportivas para el curso escolar 2024-2025 como se transcribe a continuación.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="text-align:center"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;"CONVOCATORIA DE SUBVENCIONES PARA LA REALIZACIÓN DE ACTIVIDADES EXTRAESCOLARES DEPORTIVAS PARA EL CURSO ESCOLAR 2024-2025&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;1. Objeto y finalidad de la convocatoria&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;El objeto de estas bases es promover y facilitar el acceso a las actividades extraescolares deportivas organizadas por el Ayuntamiento y dirigidas a los niños y jóvenes del municipio menores de edad para el curso escolar 2024-2025.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;2. Beneficiarios de la convocatoria&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;Podrán ser beneficiarios de la subvención los niños/as y jóvenes, menores de edad, que acrediten residencia en Sant Llorenç des Cardassar y hayan asistido a las actividades extraescolares organizadas por el Ayuntamiento de Sant Llorenç des Cardassar.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;3. Gastos subvencionables&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;Serán objeto de subvención el 30% de la cuota abonada para la realización de las actividades extraescolares deportivas organizadas por el Ayuntamiento de Sant Llorenç des Cardassar durante el curso escolar 2024-2025.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;4. Crédito presupuestario&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;El crédito presupuestario aparece recogido en la partida 341.489001 *SUBV. ACTIVIDADES EXTRAESCOLARES para el curso 2024-2025.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;5. Naturaleza de la subvención&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;Las subvenciones de esta convocatoria son de carácter voluntario y eventual y anulables, revocables y reintegrables en todo momento por las causas previstas en la ley o en estas bases. No generan ningún derecho a obtener otras subvenciones en años posteriores y no se pueden alegar como precedente. Son compatibles con otras ayudas o subvenciones siempre que el cómputo total no supere el coste del proyecto.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;6. Régimen de la concesión&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;El procedimiento de concesión se hace mediante concesión directa, con sistema de evaluación individualizada.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;7. Tramitación&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:40px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;a) Solicitudes&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:40px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;El Ayuntamiento de Sant Llorenç des Cardassar facilitará un modelo único de solicitud para esta convocatoria. Para cualquier información o apoyo en la tramitación y seguimiento de las solicitudes hay que dirigirse a las dependencias del ayuntamiento.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:40px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;La presentación de la solicitud se tendrá que hacer de manera telemática, mediante la sede electrónica, de acuerdo con lo previsto a la Ley 39/2015, de 1 de octubre, del procedimiento administrativo común de las administraciones públicas, y tienen que ir dirigidas al Alcalde-Presidente del Ayuntamiento de Sant Llorenç des Cardassar.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;div style="page-break-after:always"&gt;&lt;span style="display:none"&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/div&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:40px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;b) Plazo&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:40px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;El plazo para presentar las solicitudes acabará el día 31 de agosto de 2025. Si el último día de este plazo es sábado, domingo o festivo, se entenderá prorrogado hasta el primer día hábil siguiente. No se puede presentar ningún modelo de solicitud de subvención fuera del plazo establecido.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:40px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;Si la solicitud no reúne los datos de identificación, tanto de la subvención solicitada como de la persona solicitante, o algunos de los requisitos previstos en el artículo 66 de la Ley 39/2015, de 1 de octubre, del procedimiento administrativo común de las administraciones públicas, se tiene que requerir a la persona solicitante de acuerdo con el que establece el artículo 68 de la ley mencionada porque, en un plazo de diez días hábiles, enmiende la falta o acompañe los documentos preceptivos con indicación que, si no lo hace así, se tendrá por desistida la petición, previa resolución.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:40px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;c) Comunicación &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:40px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;Las bases que rigen esta convocatoria de subvenciones serán publicadas en el BOIB. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;8. Documentación&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;a) Solicitud firmado por el padre, madre o tutor legal indicando que quiere optar a la subvención, así como qué actividad extraescolar ha realizado.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;b) DNI o pasaporte del representante legal.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;c) DNI, pasaporte o libro de familia del participante.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;d) Declaración responsable del cumplimiento de los requisitos de la Ley 38/2003, de 17 de noviembre, General de Subvenciones. BOE n.º 276 de 18 de noviembre de 2003.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;e) Declaración responsable de otras ayudas o subvenciones.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;f) Certificado de estar al corriente de pago de las obligaciones tributarias con la AEAT.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;g) Certificado de estar al corriente de pago de las obligaciones tributarias con la Seguridad Social.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;h) Certificado de titularidad bancaria firmado por la entidad.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;9. Órgano instructor, comisión evaluadora y procedimiento de concesión de la subvención&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:40px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;a) El secretario del ayuntamiento es el órgano competente para instruir el procedimiento y formular las propuestas de resolución de la concesión de las subvenciones.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:40px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;b) El procedimiento de concesión de la subvención previsto en estas bases se hace mediante concesión directa mediante el sistema de evaluación individualizada.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:40px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;c) La comisión evaluadora estudiará las solicitudes presentadas y determinará las solicitudes que cumplen los requisitos para acceder a la convocatoria de subvenciones. De esta reunión se tiene que levantar acta, el contenido de la cual tiene que servir al órgano instructor para elaborar la propuesta de resolución.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:40px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;La Comisión evaluadora que estará integrada por los miembros siguientes:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:80px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;•&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;La Regidora de Deportes&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:80px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;•&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;El Regidor de Hacienda &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:80px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;•&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;Secretario o persona en quien delegue&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:80px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;•&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;Técnico de deportes del Ayuntamiento de Sant Llorenç des Cardassar.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:40px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;d) El órgano instructor formulará a propuesta de la comisión evaluadora, la propuesta de acuerdo. Esta propuesta de acuerdo tiene que contener las solicitudes admitidas, denegadas y desestimadas, así como los desistimientos y las renuncias de los solicitantes, con indicación del nombre, DNI e importe propuesto.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:40px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;e) La comisión evaluadora elevará a la Junta de Gobierno Local la propuesta de otorgamiento de las subvenciones para su aprobación definitiva.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:40px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;f) La resolución de la solicitud se notificará a los interesados siguiendo aquello que se ha establecido en los artículos 40 y 41 de la Ley 39/2015, de 1 de octubre, del procedimiento administrativo común de las administraciones públicas.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;div style="page-break-after:always"&gt;&lt;span style="display:none"&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/div&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;​​​​​​​&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;11. Justificación de la subvención&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;El Ayuntamiento podrá solicitar a las entidades que realizan las extraescolares un listado de asistentes y pagos, que se usará para calcular el importe de la subvención. La documentación presentada tendrá que coincidir con esta información.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;​​​​​​​&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;12. Obligaciones de las personas beneficiarias&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;Las personas beneficiarias tienen que cumplir las obligaciones mínimas detalladas a continuación:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;a) Estar empadronadas en el municipio.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;b) Haber asistido y abonado la actividad.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;c) Comunicar otras ayudas recibidas.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;d) Facilitar información complementaria.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;e) Someterse a controles administrativos.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;f) No incurrir en ninguna de las prohibiciones del artículo 13 de la Ley de Subvenciones.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;13. Disposición final&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;Las subvenciones objeto de esta convocatoria se rigen por el que dispone la Ley 39/2015, de 1 de octubre, del procedimiento administrativo común de las administraciones públicas,; por la Ley 38/2003, general de subvenciones; por la normativa de régimen local que esté de aplicación y teniendo en cuenta la Ley 6/1994, de 13 de diciembre, de atribución de competencias a los consejos insulares; por las bases de ejecución del Presupuesto del Ayuntamiento de Sant Llorenç des Cardassar; y por el resto de normativa que legalmente pueda ser de aplicación.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
