Mediante Resolución de la Dirección Gerencia de la Escuela Balear de Administración Pública de 16 de mayo de 2025 se aprobó la convocatoria del curso de capacitación para acceder a la categoría de oficial de policía local para el año 2024 (BOIB núm. 64, de 22 de mayo).<span style="display:block; line-height:1.6; margin-bottom:0px; margin-top:0px"> </span></span></span></p> <p><span style="line-height:1"><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px">De conformidad con la base segunda del anexo 1 de la resolución referida, el número de plazas del curso básico de capacitación previsto en la convocatoria es de 30.</span></span></p> <p><span style="line-height:1"><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px">2. En el plazo de presentación de solicitudes se han presentado varias solicitudes por parte de los ayuntamientos de las Illes Balears que han finalizado un proceso selectivo, las cuales cumplen los requisitos establecidos en la base quinta de la convocatoria.</span></span></p> <p><span style="line-height:1"><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px">3. Dado que el curso está previsto que comience el 16 de junio de 2025, se deben adjudicar las plazas a las personas expresadas en el anexo de esta resolución, las cuales deben ser nombradas en prácticas por sus respectivos ayuntamientos con anterioridad al inicio del curso.</span></span></p> <p><span style="line-height:1"><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"><strong>Fundamentos de derecho</strong></span></span></p> <p><span style="line-height:1"><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px">1. Los artículos 34.3 y 28.3 de la Ley 4/2013, de 17 de julio, de Coordinación de las Policías Locales de las Illes Balears.</span></span></p> <p><span style="line-height:1"><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px">2. El artículo 159 del Reglamento marco de coordinación de las policías locales de las Illes Balears, aprobado por el Decreto 40/2019, de 24 de mayo, por el cual se aprueba el Reglamento marco de coordinación de las policías locales de las Illes Balears y se modifica el Decreto 55/2017, de 15 de diciembre, del Fondo de Seguridad Pública de las Illes Balears.</span></span></p> <p><span style="line-height:1"><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px">3. Los artículos 177 y siguientes del Reglamento marco de coordinación de las policías locales de las Illes Balears.</span></span></p> <p><span style="line-height:1"><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px">4. Resolución de la Dirección Gerencia de la Escuela Balear de Administración Pública de 22 de marzo de 2024 por la que se aprueba la convocatoria del curso de capacitación para acceder a la categoría de oficial de policía local para el año 2024 (BOIB núm. 41, de 26 de marzo).</span></span></p> <p><span style="line-height:1"><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px">5. Los artículos 4.1 y 5.9 de los Estatutos de la Escuela Balear de Administración Pública, aprobados por el Decreto 31/2012, de 13 de abril, así como la letra c) del artículo 10.2, el artículo 12.1 y las letras j) y m) del artículo 12.5 de los Estatutos.</span></span></p> <p><span style="line-height:1"><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px">Por todo ello, dicto la siguiente</span></span></p> <p style="text-align:center"><span style="line-height:1"><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"><strong>Resolución</strong></span></span><span style="line-height:1"><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"><span style="display:block; line-height:1.6; margin-bottom:0px; margin-top:0px"> </span>&nbsp;&nbsp;</span></span></p> <p><span style="line-height:1"><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px">1. Aprobar la adjudicación de plazas para el curso de capacitación para acceder a la categoría de oficial de policía local para el año 2025, de conformidad con lo establecido en el anexo de esta Resolución.</span></span></p> <p><span style="line-height:1"><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px">​​​​​​​</span></span><span style="line-height:1"><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px">2. Publicar esta Resolución en el Boletín Oficial de las Illes Balears y en la sede electrónica de la EBAP.</span></span></p> <p><span style="line-height:1"><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"><strong>Interposición de recursos</strong></span></span></p> <p><span style="line-height:1"><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px">Contra esta Resolución, que no agota la vía administrativa, se puede interponer un recurso de alzada ante la presidenta de la EBAP, en el plazo de un mes contado a partir del día siguiente al de la notificación de la Resolución, de acuerdo con los artículos 121 y 122 de la Ley 39/2015, de 1 de octubre, del Procedimiento Administrativo Común de las Administraciones Públicas, en relación con el artículo 58.4 de la Ley 3/2003, de 26 de marzo, de Régimen Jurídico de la Administración de la Comunidad Autónoma de las Illes Balears y el artículo 21.2 de los Estatutos de la EBAP,
