    <env:contingut rdf:parseType="Literal">![CDATA[&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:106%"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:106%"&gt;Se hace público que el Pleno de la Corporación, en sesión ordinaria de 29 de mayo de 2025, ha adoptado el siguiente acuerdo:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:106%"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:106%"&gt;1. Aprobar el Acuerdo regulador del precio público por suministro de recarga eléctrica en puntos de recarga municipales, con el siguiente tenor literal:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="text-align:center"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:106%"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:106%"&gt;Acuerdo regulador del Precio Público por el suministro de recarga eléctrica en puntos de recarga municipales del Ayuntamiento de Campos.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:106%"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:106%"&gt;Artículo 1º Fundamentación&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:106%"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:106%"&gt;De conformidad con lo previsto en el artículo 127, en relación con el artículo 41, ambos del Real Decreto Legislativo 2/2004, de 5 de marzo, por el que se aprueba el texto refundido de la Ley Reguladora de las Haciendas Locales, el Ayuntamiento de Campos establece el precio público por el suministro de recarga eléctrica para vehículos eléctricos.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:106%"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:106%"&gt;Artículo 2º.- Objeto.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:106%"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:106%"&gt;Constituye el objeto del siguiente Acuerdo regulador establecer el precio público por el suministro de recarga eléctrica del Ayuntamiento de Campos a los usuarios interesados ​​en recargar su vehículo eléctrico en los puntos de recarga municipales habilitados.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:106%"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:106%"&gt;Artículo 3º.- Obligados al pago&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:106%"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:106%"&gt;Están obligados al pago del presente precio público los usuarios que soliciten y realicen la recarga.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:106%"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:106%"&gt;No se emitirá carta de pago o recibo, siendo justificante suficiente para el usuario el cargo en cuenta y para el Ayuntamiento la liquidación mensual de pagos por uso a través de la MELIB.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:106%"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:106%"&gt;Artículo 4º.- Cuantía.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:106%"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:106%"&gt;Las tarifas establecidas para cada estación de descarga serán:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:106%"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:106%"&gt;1. Conexión para suministros de potencia: 0,25 €/kWh&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:106%"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:106%"&gt;2. Por cada hora o fracción de hora a partir de las 4 horas de carga: 3 €&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:106%"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:106%"&gt;Artículo 5º.- Normas de gestión del cobro.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:106%"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:106%"&gt;Los interesados ​​en recargar su vehículo eléctrico en los puntos de recarga municipal tendrán que acceder al suministro a través de las plataformas habilitadas, identificándose y utilizando la pasarela de pago habilitada por la MELIB.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:106%"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:106%"&gt;La pasarela de pago será el único medio autorizado para realizar el pago de la carga.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:106%"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:106%"&gt;El Ayuntamiento de Campos no será en ningún caso responsable de las incidencias o&amp;nbsp;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:106%"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:106%"&gt;discrepancias que puedan existir entre los medios utilizados para la gestión de las cargas y el propio usuario.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:106%"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:106%"&gt;Las deudas por los precios públicos aquí regulados podrán exigirse por el procedimiento administrativo de apremio, de conformidad con el artículo 46.3 del Texto Refundido de la Ley Reguladora de las Haciendas Locales, aprobado por Real Decreto Legislativo 2/2004 de 5 de marzo y la normativa de recaudación que sea de aplicación.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:106%"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:106%"&gt;Artículo 6º.- Exenciones y bonificaciones.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:106%"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:106%"&gt;Quedan exentos del pago de ese precio público los vehículos de titularidad municipal.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:106%"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:106%"&gt;Artículo 7º.- Modificación.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:106%"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:106%"&gt;La modificación del Acuerdo regulador del Precio Público corresponderá al Pleno de la Corporación, en virtud del artículo 47.1 del Real Decreto Legislativo 2/2004, de 5 de marzo, por el que se aprueba el texto refundido de la Ley reguladora de las Haciendas Locales, todo ello sin perjuicio de la revisión dentro del primer mes de cada ejercicio atendiendo a la misma.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:106%"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:106%"&gt;Artículo 8º.- Legislación aplicable.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:106%"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:106%"&gt;En todo lo no previsto en este acuerdo regulador se estará a lo dispuesto en Real Decreto Legislativo 2/2004, de 5 de marzo, por el que se aprueba el texto refundido de la Ley reguladora de las Haciendas Locales; la Ley 8/1989, de 13 de abril, de Tasas y Precios Públicos; el Real decreto ley 6/2010, de 9 de abril, de Medidas para el Impulso de la Recuperación Económica y el Empleo; la Ley 24/2013, de 26 de diciembre, del Sector Eléctrico y la Ley 39/2015, de 1 de octubre, del Procedimiento Administrativo Común de las Administraciones Públicas.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:106%"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:106%"&gt;Disposición final&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:106%"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:106%"&gt;El precio público regirá a partir del día 1 de junio de 2025, una vez publicada su aprobación en el BOIB y se mantendrá en vigor mientras el Ayuntamiento de Campos no acuerde su modificación o derogación.”&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;2. Publicar el acuerdo regulador del precio público en el Boletín Oficial de las Illes Balears, así como en el tablón de anuncios de la sede electrónica del Ayuntamiento de Campos.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:106%"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:106%"&gt;3. Comunicar este acuerdo a la MELIB.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
