    <env:contingut rdf:parseType="Literal">![CDATA[&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Por general conocimiento se hace saber que por Resolución de Alcaldía n.º 2615/2025 de fecha 2 de junio, y de conformidad con la resolución dictada por la consejera de Hacienda y Función Pública del Consell de Mallorca, de listado definitivo de las personas aspirantes que han superado el proceso selectivo por el sistema de concurso oposición, incluido en el proceso de estabilización del empleo temporal que establece la Ley 20/2021, de 28 de diciembre, de medidas urgentes para la reducción de la temporalidad en el empleo público, han sido nombrados como personal laboral fijo, grupo AP del Ayuntamiento de Andratx, las siguientes personas:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Lo que se hace público en cumplimiento de lo dispuesto en el artículo 62, 1.b del Estatuto Básico del Empleado Público, aprobado por Real Decreto Legislativo 5/2015, de 30 de octubre.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;Contra este acuerdo que agota la vía administrativa se puede interponer alternativamente recurso potestativo de reposición en el plazo de un mes a contar desde el siguiente al de la publicación del presente anuncio, ante la alcaldía de este Ayuntamiento, de conformidad con los artículos 123 y 124 de la Ley 39/2015, de 1 de octubre, del procedimiento administrativo común de las administraciones públicas, o recurso contencioso-administrativo, ante el juzgado de lo Contencioso-Administrativo de Palma, en el plazo de dos meses, a contar desde del día siguiente al de la publicación del presente anuncio, de conformidad con el artículo 46 de la Ley 29/1998, de 13 de julio, de la Jurisdicción Contencioso-Administrativa. Si optara por interponer el recurso de reposición potestativo no podrá interponer recurso contencioso-administrativo hasta que aquél sea resuelto expresamente o se haya producido su desestimación por silencio. Todo ello sin perjuicio de que pueda interponerse, cualquier otro recurso que pudiera estimar más conveniente a su derecho.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
