&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;Estas retribuciones se han incrementado en los mismos términos que los incrementos retributivos del personal del Ayuntamiento de Alaró hasta el 2024.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;2.&amp;nbsp;Dada la tarea realizada por el señor Andreu Homar en les diferentes áreas de la suya regidoría, sobre todo en el área de contratación, y de otras encomendadas, se hace necesario establecer una dedicación exclusiva para poder desarrollar su labor de manera efectiva.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Fundamentos de derecho&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;1. El artículo 75 de la Ley 7/1985, de 2 de abril, Reguladora de las bases de régimen local (LRBRL) y el artículo 13 del Reglamento de Organización, Funcionamiento y Régimen Jurídico de las Entidades Locales, aprobado por Decreto 2568/1986, de 28 de noviembre, los miembros de las Corporaciones Locales tienen derecho a percibir retribuciones por el ejercicio de su cargo, así como a percibir indemnizaciones en la cantidad y condiciones que establezca el Pleno de la Corporación, en concepto de asistencias por la concurrencia efectiva en las sesiones de los órganos colegiados de los cuales formen parte.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;2.&amp;nbsp;El artículo 75 bis de la Ley 7/1985 y la disposición adicional veintisieteava de la Ley 31/2022, de 23 de diciembre, de Presupuestos Generales del Estado para el año 2023, dispone que el límite máximo total que pueden percibir los miembros de las Corporaciones Locales por todos los conceptos retributivos y asistencias será, para los ayuntamientos de entre 5.001 y 10.000 habitantes, de 52.272,61 € anuales.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;3.&amp;nbsp;El artículo 75 ter LRBRL determina que en el caso de ayuntamientos de municipios con una población comprometida entre 3.001 i 10.000 habitantes, el número máximo de miembros que podrán prestar sus servicios en régimen de dedicación exclusiva será de tres.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="text-align:center"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Acuerdo&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;1.&amp;nbsp;Establecer, con efectos desde día 1 de junio de 2025, el régimen de dedicación exclusiva al señor Andreu Homar Campins, regidor delegado de contratación, recursos humanos y fiestas, con una retribución de 29.998,00 €, importe anual bruto distribuido en 14 pagas.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;2.&amp;nbsp;Las condiciones laborales y el régimen de seguridad social será el mismo que los otros miembros de la corporación que ejercen cargo en régimen de dedicación exclusiva según el acuerdo de pleno publicado en el BOIB núm. 103, de 22 de julio de 2023. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;3. Publicar este acuerdo en el Boletín Oficial de la Comunidad Autónoma de las Illes Balears y en el tablón de anuncios de la Corporación”.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:107%"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:107%"&gt;Contra este acto, que pone fin a la vía administrativa, se pueden interponer, alternativamente, los recursos siguientes:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:107%"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:107%"&gt;a) Directamente el recurso contencioso administrativo delante el Juzgado Contencioso Administrativo de Palma, en el plazo de dos meses, contadores a partir del día siguiente de la notificación de este acto.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:107%"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:107%"&gt;b)&amp;nbsp;El recurso potestativo de reposición delante el mismo órgano que ha adoptado el acto, en el plazo de un mes, contador a partir del día siguiente de la notificación de este acto. Si se interpone el recurso de reposición no se podrá interponer el recurso contencioso administrativo hasta que no se haya adoptado y notificado la resolución expresa del primer o haya transcurrido el plazo de un mes para hacerlo. Contra la desestimación por silencio del recurso de reposición, que se producirá por el transcurso de un mes desde su presentación sin que se haya adoptado y notificado una resolución expresa, se podrá interponer el recurso contencioso administrativo delante el Juzgado Contencioso Administrativo de Palma en cualquier momento.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:107%"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:107%"&gt;No obstante, lo anterior, se puede ejercitar, si es el caso, cualquier otro recurso que se estime pertinente. Todo esto de conformidad con el que dispone la Ley 29/1998, de 13 de julio, reguladora de la jurisdicción contenciosa administrativa y la Ley 39/2015, de 1 de octubre, del procedimiento administrativo común de las administraciones públicas.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="text-align:center"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;Alaró, en la fecha de la firma electrónica&lt;em&gt; (2 de junio de 2025)&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
