![CDATA[<div class="WordSection1"> <p>Mediante acuerdo de la Junta de Gobierno de 14/05/2025, se aprobó lo siguiente:</p> <p>“<strong>PRIMERO</strong>. - Aprobar la modificación de la Relación de Puestos de trabajo del Ayuntamiento de Palma que figura en la propuesta adjunta MF-962 relativa al incremento de una expansión del puesto de trabajo F30700125, ayudante/a de oficios diversos, del Área de Medio natural, Entornos Saludables, Mercados e innovación, en el sentido que se concreta en la propuesta.</p> <p><strong>SEGUNDO</strong>. - Establecer como fecha de efectos la del día siguiente a su aprobación.</p> <p><strong>TERCERO</strong>. - Publicar el contenido del Acuerdo al Boletín Oficial de las Islas Baleares.”</p> <p>Contra la presente resolución, que agota la vía administrativa, se podrá interponer por parte de los interesados recurso potestativo de reposición en el plazo de un mes ante el mismo órgano que las haya aprobado, de acuerdo con el artículo 123 de la Ley 39/2015, de 1 de octubre, de procedimiento administrativo común de las administraciones públicas.
