    <env:contingut rdf:parseType="Literal">![CDATA[&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Se hace público que la Junta de Gobierno del Consell Insular de Formentera, en sesión de carácter Ordinario de 11 de abril de 2025, adoptó, entre otros, el siguiente acuerdo:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="text-align:center"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;BASES QUE REGIRAN EL CONCURSO-OPOSICIÓN PARA LA CREACIÓN DE UNA BOLSA DE BOMBEROS/AS, PERSONAL FUNCIONARIO, PARA CUBRIR, CON CARÁCTER INTERINO O TEMPORAL, LAS POSIBLES NECESIDADES DE PROVISIÓN DE PLAZAS Y PUESTOS DE TRABAJO DEL CONSELL INSULAR DE FORMENTERA.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;PRIMERA. Objeto de la convocatoria&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;1. Es objeto de esta convocatoria la creación de una bolsa de trabajo, para cubrir, con carácter interino o temporal, las necesidades de provisión urgente de plazas y puestos de trabajo de bomberos/as que sean necesarios en el Consell Insular de Formentera.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;2. Las citadas plazas corresponden a la escala de Administración Especial, subescala Servicios Especiales, clase bombero, grupo C, subgrupo C1.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;3. La presente convocatoria se publicará en el tablón de anuncios del Consell Insular de Formentera, situado en la Oficina de Atención al Ciudadano (OAC) (calle Ramón Llull, nº 6), en la página web de la Corporación www.consellinsulardeformentera.cat, en la plataforma Convoca https://conselldeformentera.convoca.online/ i en el Butlletí Oficial de les Illes Balears (BOIB), siendo la fecha de publicación en el BOIB la que servirá para el cómputo del plazo de presentación de solicitudes.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;4. Este proceso selectivo se regirá por las determinaciones contenidas en esta convocatoria específica y por las Bases Generales de convocatorias de procesos de selección en el Consell Insular de Formentera, publicadas en el BOIB número 46 de fecha 5 de abril de 2008 y será de aplicación supletoria el Real decreto 364/1995, de 10 de marzo, por el cual se aprueba el Reglamento General de ingreso del personal al servicio de la Administración del Estado. Se rige por la Ley 7/1985, de 2 de abril, de bases de régimen local, por la ley 20/2006, de 15 de diciembre, municipal y de régimen local de las Illes Balears, por el Real decreto legislativo 5/2015, de 30 de octubre, texto refundido de la ley del Estatuto Básico del Empleado Público, por la Ley 20/2021 de 28 de diciembre, de medidas urgentes para la reducción de la temporalidad en el trabajo público, por la Ley 39/2015, de 1 de octubre del procedimiento administrativo común de las administraciones públicas, y por la Ley 40/2015, de 1 de octubre, de régimen jurídico del sector público.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;5. El órgano competente para la solicitud de redacción de las presentes bases, es el presidente del Consell Insular de Formentera, en base a lo establecido en el artículo 21 de la Ley 4/2022, de 28 de junio, de consells insulars, y el artículo 21.1.h de la Ley 7/1985, de 2 de abril, de bases de régimen local, y el órgano competente para aprobar las citadas bases, es la Comisión de Gobierno del Consell Insular de Formentera, que a partir de la nueva ley de consells insulars pasa a ser la Junta de Gobierno, según lo establecido en Decreto de presidencia de 27 de diciembre de 2024, de atribuciones y régimen jurídico de la Junta de Gobierno, publicado por BOIB número 19, de 11 de febrero de 2025 y de conformidad con el artículo 28 y 132.2 de la Ley 4/2022, de 28 de junio de Consells Insulars.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;SEGUNDA. Requisitos y derechos de examen de los aspirantes.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Para participar en esta convocatoria, las personas interesadas deben cumplir en la fecha de finalización del plazo para presentar las solicitudes y durante todo el proceso selectivo, la base tercera de las bases generales de convocatorias de procesos de selección en el Consell Insular de Formentera, publicadas en el BOIB núm. 46 de fecha 5 de abril de 2008, y los siguientes requisitos:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;a) Tener la nacionalidad española o la de los demás Estados miembros de la Unión Europea o la de los Estados a los que, en virtud de tratados internacionales suscritos por la Unión Europea y ratificados por España, les sea de aplicación la libre circulación de trabajadores. También serán admitidos el cónyuge, los descendientes y los descendientes del cónyuge tanto de los españoles como de los nacionales de los demás Estados miembros de la Unión Europea o de los estados a los que, en virtud de tratados internacionales suscritos por la Unión Europea y ratificados por España, les sea de aplicación la libre circulación de trabajadores, cualquiera que sea su nacionalidad, siempre que los cónyuges no estén separados de derecho y los descendientes sean menores de 21 años o mayores de esa edad pero vivan a cargo de sus progenitores.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;b) Tener cumplidos 16 años de edad en la fecha de finalización del plazo para la presentación de solicitudes. Y no exceder, en su caso, de la edad máxima de jubilación forzosa.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;c) No haber sido separado/a mediante expediente disciplinario del servicio de cualquiera de las administraciones públicas o de los órganos constitucionales o estatutarios de las comunidades autónomas, ni hallarse en inhabilitación absoluta o especial para empleos o cargos públicos por resolución judicial, para acceder al cuerpo o escala de funcionario, o para ejercer funciones similares a las que desempeñaban en el caso del personal laboral, del que haya sido separado. En caso de ser nacional de otro Estado no debe encontrarse inhabilitado o en situación equivalente ni haber sido sometido a sanción disciplinaria o equivalente que impida en su Estado, en los mismos términos, acceder al empleo público.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;d) No hallarse afectado por ninguna de las causas de incapacidad previstas en la legislación vigente.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;e) Estar en posesión del título de Bachillerato, Técnico o equivalente, o estar en condiciones de obtenerlo en la fecha en que finalice el plazo de presentación de solicitudes. En el caso de titulaciones expedidas en el extranjero, será necesario aportar la homologación correspondiente del Ministerio de Educación.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;f) Estar en posesión del carné de conducir C.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;g) No padecer enfermedad ni defecto físico o psíquico que impida el cumplimiento de las funciones del cargo, requisito que deberá acreditarse mediante el correspondiente certificado médico, según lo establecido en la base octava.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;h) Acreditar documentalmente el requisito de estar en posesión del certificado de nivel de catalán B2, expedido por la Dirección General de Política Lingüística del Govern de les Illes Balears o equivalente.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;i) Acreditar documentalmente la realización del curso básico de Bomberos/as de Formentera, o acreditar capacitación y formación teórica y práctica del mismo nivel o superior por la administración pública, título formación profesional de grado medio de técnico de emergencias y protección civil, o un certificado de profesionalidad en extinción de incendios y salvamento. En caso de no poder acreditarlo, el aspirante podrá formar parte del proceso selectivo, aunque no podrá ser nombrado ni ejercer de bombero/a hasta la superación de un curso básico de bomberos/as.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;j) En el caso de bomberos/as interinos/as en activo, que justifiquen haber accedido al puesto de trabajo con la realización de las pruebas físicas de una antigüedad máxima de cinco años desde la resolución final del proceso selectivo en el que se presentaron, y quieran solicitar la exención de estas pruebas físicas, tendrán que presentar &lt;/span&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;certificado de la superación del proceso selectivo de la administración pública correspondiente y un certificado médico con una prueba de esfuerzo realizada dentro de los últimos 6 meses precedentes a la solicitud de la presente convocatoria.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:40px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Igualmente, los bomberos/as interinos/as en activo que justifiquen la realización de pruebas psicotécnicas para su acceso con una antigüedad máxima de cinco años de la resolución final del proceso selectivo al que se presentaron, y quieran solicitar la exención de estas pruebas psicotécnicas, deberán presentar &lt;/span&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;certificado de la superación del proceso selectivo de la administración pública correspondiente y un certificado médico con una nueva prueba psicotécnica realizada dentro de los últimos 6 meses precedentes a la solicitud de la presente convocatoria.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:40px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;k) Haber abonado la tasa por derechos de examen.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Los derechos de examen, conforme a la ordenanza fiscal reguladora de la tasa por optar a pruebas de selección del personal de este Consell para esta convocatoria, son de 24 euros, el pago se podrá realizar a través del siguiente enlace: https://conselldeformentera.convoca.online/, para las personas que dispongan de certificado digital.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Para las personas aspirantes que no dispongan de certificado digital y presenten sus solicitudes en otras administraciones, tendrán que solicitar la carta de pago en el correo electrónico convocatories@conselldeformentera.cat , adjuntando el justificante del registro de entrada hecho en la otra administración, y dispondrán de un día hábil para hacer efectivo el pago.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;De conformidad con la Ley 40/2003, artículo 12.1 c), las familias numerosas, las monoparentales y las personas en paro tendrán un descuento del 50% sobre esta tasa.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;El pago de los derechos de examen no supone en ningún caso el trámite de presentación de la solicitud en la Administración dentro del plazo establecido.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;No procede la devolución del importe íntegro satisfecho en concepto de tasa por derechos de examen, en los supuestos de exclusión de las pruebas selectivas por causas imputables a los interesados. No obstante, se devolverá la tasa cuando, por causas no imputables al sujeto pasivo, la actividad técnica y/o administrativa que constituyen el hecho imponible de la tasa no se realice.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;TERCERA. Solicitud y documentación.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;1. El proceso de selección de esta convocatoria se publicará simultáneamente en el Tablón de anuncios de la OAC, en la página web de la corporación www.consellinsulardeformentera.cat, en la plataforma Convoca https://conselldeformentera.convoca.online/ y en el BOIB.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;2. La solicitud para participar en las pruebas de selección deberá realizarse mediante la plataforma Convoca https://conselldeformentera.convoca.online/, en el Registro General de esta Corporación, o en la forma establecida en el artículo 16.4 de la ley 39/2015, de 1 de octubre, del plazo administrativo común de las administraciones públicas (LPACAP) dentro del plazo de 7 días hábiles, contadores a partir del día siguiente al de la fecha de publicación de esta convocatoria en el BOIB.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Las solicitudes que se presenten fuera del plazo anteriormente establecido serán excluidas y se archivarán. Los restantes y sucesivos anuncios se harán públicos únicamente en el tablón de anuncios y en la página web del Consell.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;En caso de presentación de instancias en las oficinas de Correos, deben entregarse a estas dependencias, antes de la finalización del plazo de presentación de instancias, en sobre abierto, para ser fechadas y selladas por el funcionario de Correos. Sólo así se entenderá que tuvieron su entrada el día de su presentación en Correos y por tanto podrá ser admitido en la convocatoria.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;3. Los aspirantes deben adjuntar a la solicitud correctamente cumplimentada, original o fotocopia de la documentación que se indica a continuación (excepto si ésta obrara ya en poder del Consell, según regulan los artículos 13 de la LPACAP y el 119.2.i de la Ley 20/2006, de 15 de diciembre, Municipal i de Régimen local de las Baleares, para ello habrá de declararse en la solicitud, aportando suficiente información para que ésta pueda ser localizada):&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;a) Declaración jurada de que se reúnen todas y cada una de las condiciones exigidas en la base segunda, referidas siempre a la fecha de finalización del plazo señalado para la presentación de solicitudes, independientemente de que lo acrediten con posterioridad a la finalización del proceso selectivo.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;b) Fotocopia del DNI, o en su defecto la nacionalidad española, del documento oficial acreditativo de la personalidad y que autorice a trabajar.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;c) Copia de la titulación o certificación académica que acredite tener cursados y aprobados los estudios requeridos para la obtención del título correspondiente, junto con el justificante de haber satisfecho los derechos de expedición, sin perjuicio de la posterior presentación del título.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;d) Documento acreditativo del requisito del conocimiento de la lengua catalana: para la acreditación de este requisito debe presentarse junto con la solicitud el certificado emitido por Dirección General de Política Lingüística, o en su caso, los certificados declarados equivalentes por la Consejería de Educación y Formación Profesional del Gobierno de las Illes Balears.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;e) Relación de los méritos que dispongan y quieran se les tenga en cuenta en la fase de concurso. Asimismo, los aspirantes tendrán que confeccionar un índice donde se recojan ordenadamente los méritos alegados.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:40px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;El Tribunal no valorará los méritos alegados y no justificados en la forma indicada en estas bases.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;f) Acreditación de haber abonado la tasa por derechos de examen. La carencia de justificación del pago de la tasa indicada determina la exclusión del aspirante. Este pago no sustituye, en ningún caso, al trámite de presentar la solicitud en el plazo y en la forma prevista.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;g) Fotocopia del carné de conducir C.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;4. La fecha de referencia para cumplir los requisitos exigidos y la posesión de los méritos alegados será el día en que finalice el plazo para presentar las solicitudes.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;5. Con la formalización y presentación de solicitudes, el aspirante da su consentimiento para el tratamiento de los datos de carácter personal que son necesarios para tomar parte en la convocatoria y para el resto de la tramitación del proceso selectivo, de acuerdo con la normativa vigente.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;6. Los aspirantes quedarán vinculados a los datos que hagan constar en su solicitud. El domicilio y teléfono que figure en la misma se considerarán válidos a efectos de notificaciones, siendo responsabilidad exclusiva de los candidatos tanto los errores descriptivos, como la no comunicación durante el proceso de selección de cualquier cambio en los datos de la solicitud.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;CUARTA. Resolución de la convocatoria&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;1. Finalizado el plazo de presentación de solicitudes, el presidente del Consell dictará resolución en el plazo máximo de 4 días hábiles en la que se declarará aprobada la lista provisional de admitidos y excluidos. Esta resolución se expondrá en el tablón de anuncios de la OAC del Consell Insular de Formentera, y en la web de la Corporación, www.consellinsulardeformentera.cat&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;2. Los aspirantes dispondrán de un plazo de 3 días hábiles, a partir del siguiente al de la publicación de la resolución indicada, para formular las reclamaciones que crean oportunas, dirigidas a corregir los defectos que se hayan podido producir, o para adjuntar la documentación que se les requiera en la convocatoria. Se les advierte que, en caso de no subsanar dentro de este plazo los defectos a ellos imputables que hayan motivado su exclusión, se considerará que desisten de su petición.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;3. En caso de que no se presenten alegaciones contra la lista provisional de admitidos y excluidos, la lista se entenderá definitiva a partir del día siguiente al de la finalización del plazo de reclamaciones.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Las reclamaciones que se presenten serán aceptadas o rechazadas mediante resolución del presidente del Consell Insular de Formentera en el plazo máximo de un mes, que se publicará en la misma forma que la lista provisional. Transcurrido este plazo sin que se haya dictado resolución, las alegaciones o reclamaciones se entenderán desestimadas.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;4. En el supuesto de que, por circunstancias excepcionales, debiera modificarse el lugar, fecha u hora de celebración de los ejercicios, esta modificación se publicará en el tablón de anuncios de la OAC y en la página web del Consell Insular de Formentera.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;5. Los errores de hecho podrán subsanarse en cualquier momento, de oficio o a petición del interesado/a.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;6. A efectos de admisión de los aspirantes, se tendrán en cuenta los datos que éstos hagan constar en la solicitud y será responsabilidad suya la veracidad de los datos. El Tribunal calificador podrá requerir, a los efectos oportunos, la acreditación de los aspectos necesarios cuando crea que existe inexactitud o falsedad en los que hayan podido incurrir los aspirantes, quienes podrán ser excluidos motivadamente de la convocatoria en cualquier momento si no cumplen los requisitos.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;7. El presidente del Consell Insular de Formentera designará al Tribunal Calificador y también el lugar, fecha y hora de las pruebas. Esta resolución, se publicará en el BOIB, en el tablón de anuncios de la OAC y en la web de la Corporación.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;QUINTA. Tribunal Calificador.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;1. Mediante resolución se efectuará el nombramiento de los miembros del Tribunal Calificador, como órgano encargado de valorar los méritos del concurso para confeccionar la bolsa de aspirantes y realizar la propuesta oportuna al órgano competente.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;2. El Tribunal calificador quedará constituido en la forma que determina el artículo 60 del Real Decreto legislativo 5/2015, de 30 de octubre, texto refundido de la ley del Estatuto Básico del Empleado Público, siendo necesario, al menos, que uno de sus miembros sea personal al servicio de la Comunidad Autónoma de las Illes Balears.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;3. El Tribunal calificador será un órgano colegiado y su composición deberá ajustarse a los principios de imparcialidad y profesionalidad de sus miembros, tendiéndose, asimismo, a la paridad entre mujer y hombre.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;4. La pertenencia a los órganos de selección será siempre a título individual, no pudiendo ostentarse ésta en representación o por cuenta de nadie.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;5. El personal de elección o de designación política, los funcionarios interinos y el personal eventual no podrán formar parte de los órganos de selección.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;6. El Tribunal calificador estará formado por un número impar de miembros, no inferior a cinco, debiendo designarse el mismo número de miembros suplentes, entre los que deberá figurar un Presidente/a, un Secretario/a y tres Vocales, debiendo poseer todos ellos un nivel de titulación igual o superior al exigido para el acceso a las plazas convocadas.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;7. El Tribunal no podrá constituirse ni actuar sin la presencia, como mínimo, del Presidente/a y Secretario/a o de quienes los sustituyan, y de la mitad, al menos, del resto de sus miembros con derecho a voto, titulares o suplentes, indistintamente. En caso de ausencia del Presidente/a titular o del/de la suplente, el primero/a designará de entre los/las Vocales con derecho a voto un/a sustituto/a que lo/a suplirá. En el supuesto en que el Presidente/a no designe a nadie, su sustitución se realizará con el/la Vocal de mayor edad con derecho a voto.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;8. Los miembros del Tribunal deberán abstenerse, y deberán notificarlo al órgano convocante, cuando se encuentren en alguna de las circunstancias previstas en el artículo 23.2 de la ley 40/2015, de 1 de octubre, de régimen jurídico del sector público (LRJSP), o cuando hayan impartido cursos o trabajos para la preparación de los aspirantes a pruebas selectivas en los dos años anteriores a la publicación de la convocatoria. Igualmente, los aspirantes podrán recusar a los miembros del Tribunal cuando concurran las circunstancias previstas.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;9. El Tribunal podrá disponer la incorporación de asesores o especialistas por todos o algunos de los ejercicios señalados.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;10. Los miembros del Tribunal son personalmente responsables del estricto cumplimiento de las bases de la convocatoria, de la sujeción a los plazos establecidos para la realización y valoración de las pruebas, y para la publicación de los resultados. Las dudas o reclamaciones que puedan originarse con la interpretación de la aplicación de las bases de la presente convocatoria, así como lo que deba realizarse en los casos no previstos, serán resueltas por el Tribunal, por mayoría simple. En caso de empate se repetirá la votación hasta una tercera vez en la que, si persiste el empate, éste lo dirimirá el presidente con su voto de calidad.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;11. A los efectos previstos en el artículo 30 del Real Decreto 462/2002, de 24 de mayo, relativo a indemnizaciones por razón de servicio, este Tribunal calificador quedará clasificado con la categoría primera.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:0px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;SEXTA. Desarrollo del proceso selectivo.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;El procedimiento de selección será el de concurso-oposición, dado que se considera el sistema más adecuado que permite una mejor aplicación de los principios de mérito y capacidad, así como la valoración de la experiencia laboral, dada la especificidad de la plaza, garantizando a su vez el principio de igualdad en la selección. Por razones de eficiencia, practicidad y celeridad, las pruebas de selección se iniciarán con la fase de oposición, se continuará con una de concurso y finalizará con la fase de entrevista personal curricular. La puntuación obtenida en la fase de concurso y de entrevista personal curricular será de aplicación únicamente a aquellos/as candidatos/as que superen la fase de oposición.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;El proceso selectivo consistirá en la superación de tres fases&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;1ª fase. - Pruebas físicas&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Pruebas físicas según el ANEXO II que en caso de ser considerado NO APTO no pasará a realizar el siguiente ejercicio de la fase de oposición.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Para la realización de estas pruebas y, en el día que se celebren, los candidatos deberán presentar un CERTIFICADO MÉDICO expedido con fecha posterior a la convocatoria, extendido a impreso oficial y firmado por un médico colegiado en ejercicio, en el que se haga constar expresamente: &lt;/span&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;“Sr./Sra. xxx (nombre y apellidos del candidato) con NIF / Pasaporte/ Permiso de residencia nº xxx reúne las condiciones físicas necesarias y suficientes para realizar las pruebas físicas de las que constan en el anexo II de las bases que regirán el concurso-oposición para la creación de una bolsa de bomberos, personal funcionario, para cubrir, con carácter interino o temporal, las posibles necesidades de provisión de plazas y puestos de trabajo del Consell insular de Formentera”.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;De estas pruebas quedarán exentos los bomberos interinos en activo que justifiquen la realización de pruebas físicas para su acceso con una antigüedad máxima de cinco años desde la resolución final del proceso selectivo al que se presentó, presentando certificado de superación del proceso selectivo de la administración pública correspondiente y un certificado médico con una nueva prueba de esfuerzo realizado dentro de los últimos 6 meses precedentes a la solicitud de la presente convocatoria, como se dice en el apartado de los requisitos en la base segunda j).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;2ª fase. - Fase oposición.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt; Esta fase constará de 3 ejercicios de carácter obligatorio y eliminatorio. La fase de oposición se valorará con un máximo de 60 puntos del total del concurso oposición.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Primer Ejercicio. -&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt; Prueba psicotécnica: esta prueba consiste en la realización de un ejercicio para evaluar las características personales del aspirante y determinar su ajuste en el perfil competencial en relación con las funciones propias de la plaza de bombero. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;(apto, no apto)&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Las competencias profesionales susceptibles de evaluación, de acuerdo con la definición, son las siguientes:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;1. Autocontrol y tolerancia al estrés.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;2. Aceptación y cumplimiento de las normas y sujeción a la estructura jerárquica.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;3. Trabajo en equipo.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;4. Capacidad analítica y toma de decisiones.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;5. Capacidad de comunicación.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;DEFINICIÓN DE COMPETENCIAS&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;1. AUTOCONTROL Y TOLERANCIA AL ESTRÉS: Capacidad para continuar trabajando con eficacia en situaciones de presión ambiental, hostilidad o estrés, generadas en la propia intervención o en la relación con el resto de profesionales. Implica capacidad de autocontrol de reacciones emocionales y conductuales, evitando las respuestas impulsivas o apresuradas, así como una buena tolerancia a la frustración que se produce a menudo en contextos complejos.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;2. ACEPTACIÓN Y CUMPLIMIENTO DE LAS NORMAS Y SUJECIÓN A LA ESTRUCTURA JERÁRQUICA: Ejecuta sus funciones respetando la estructura jerárquica del cuerpo de Bomberos. Trabaja cumpliendo con el rol que tiene asignado y actúa siguiendo las órdenes recibidas.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;3. TRABAJO EN EQUIPO: Capacidad para colaborar y participar en grupos de trabajo para conseguir unos objetivos comunes. Habilidad para desarrollar y establecer relaciones laborales positivas y actitud facilitadora de las dinámicas de grupo. Contribuir con el propio trabajo a la cohesión del equipo, a su buen desarrollo ya la consecución de los logros comunes.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;4. CAPACIDAD ANALÍTICA Y TOMA DE DECISIONES: Actúa para solucionar una situación o problema sin necesidad de supervisión constante, explora las posibles causas y elige la alternativa más adecuada teniendo en cuenta las posibilidades de implementación, las consecuencias que se deriven y los riesgos asociados.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;5. CAPACIDAD DE COMUNICACIÓN: Capacidad para transmitir un mensaje de forma estructurada y adecuada al contexto ya la persona con el objetivo de optimizar la respuesta. Capacidad para utilizar los diferentes registros comunicativos (verbal, no verbal, oral y escrito) para que se incremente la comprensión y facilite el diálogo con los interlocutores, con el objetivo de conseguir un mayor impacto.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Para la realización de esta prueba el Consell Insular de Formentera contratará a un equipo profesional. En la realización de la prueba estará presente un miembro del tribunal calificador designado por éste. El personal asesor hará la propuesta de valoración técnica con el visto bueno del miembro del tribunal calificador presente y ésta se trasladará al tribunal calificador para su validación y aprobación de resultados.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Esta prueba se valorará con la calificación de apto o no apto.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Una calificación de no apto supone la exclusión del proceso y por tanto la excluye de la realización del resto de pruebas de la fase de oposición de acuerdo:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;De esta prueba quedarán exentos los bomberos interinos en activo que justifiquen la realización de pruebas psicotécnicas para su acceso con una antigüedad máxima de cinco años de la resolución final del proceso selectivo al que se presentó, presentando certificado de superación del proceso selectivo de la administración pública correspondiente y un certificado médico con nueva prueba psicotécnica realizada dentro de los últimos 6 meses precedentes a la solicitud de la presente convocatoria, como se dice dentro del apartado de los requisitos en la base segunda j)&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;El tiempo estimado para la realización de esta prueba será de 2 horas.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Segundo Ejercicio. - Prueba de conocimiento&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;. (40 puntos)&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Consiste en responder por escrito a 40 preguntas de un cuestionario con cuatro respuestas alternativas, de las cuales sólo una es correcta. El cuestionario plantea preguntas relacionadas con el programa de temas que figuren en el Anexo I de las presentes bases. Estas preguntas pueden plantearse en catalán o castellano.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;La valoración de esta prueba es de 0 a 40 puntos y es necesario obtener un mínimo de 20 puntos para superarla.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Las preguntas no resueltas no deben valorarse. Las preguntas con respuesta errónea o que presentan más de una respuesta deben penalizarse con un cuarto del valor asignado a la respuesta correcta. Para calificar el ejercicio se aplicará la siguiente fórmula:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Consiste en responder por escrito a 20 preguntas de un cuestionario con cuatro respuestas alternativas, de las cuales sólo una es correcta. El cuestionario plantea preguntas relacionadas con el programa de temas que figuren en el Anexo I de las presentes bases. Estas preguntas pueden plantearse en catalán o castellano.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;La valoración de esta prueba es de 0 a 20 puntos y es necesario obtener un mínimo de 10 puntos para superarla.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Las preguntas no resueltas no deben valorarse. Las preguntas con respuesta errónea o que presentan más de una respuesta deben penalizarse con un cuarto del valor asignado a la respuesta correcta. &lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:0px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;N: número de preguntas del ejercicio.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;El tiempo para realizar este ejercicio será de 30 minutos.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;3a fase: Concurso de Méritos.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;En esta fase únicamente participan los aspirantes que superen la fase de oposición, contando un máximo de 40 puntos.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;En esta fase se puntuarán los méritos debidamente acreditados, de conformidad con los siguientes criterios de valoración y puntuación:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;A) Experiencia profesional. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;(20 puntos)&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Se valoran los siguientes servicios prestados:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;a) Servicios prestados como bombero/a en la Administración pública, empresa pública o consorcios como personal funcionario o laboral: 0,40 puntos por mes.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;b) Servicios prestados como bombero/a del servicio de bomberos/as aeroportuario estatal, o con funciones directamente como funcionario o laboral, o con labores directas de extinción de incendios forestales en la administración pública: 0,20 puntos por mes.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;c) Servicios prestados con funciones de salvamento de personas o de atención de emergencias sanitarias como funcionario o laboral, en la administración pública: 0,10 puntos por mes.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Acreditación de la experiencia profesional:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;- En la Administración pública:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Certificado de servicios prestados emitido por la Administración pública en el que debe constar la categoría, grupo o subgrupo, el tiempo trabajado, la vinculación con la Administración (funcionario de carrera, interino o contrato laboral) y expresamente, la jornada efectuada.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Si el certificado no aporta la jornada debe suplirse, obligatoriamente, por un informe de vida laboral emitido por la Seguridad Social.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;- En el resto de los supuestos:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;En todo caso, informe de vida laboral expedido por la Tesorería General de la Seguridad Social y, además, contrato de trabajo o nómina o certificado de servicios prestados en el que conste claramente la categoría desarrollada o certificado de empresa debidamente firmado y sellado que exponga la experiencia y funciones en la empresa.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;En cualquier momento, el Tribunal Calificador podrá contrastar la información aportada en esta fase.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;B) Formación. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;(20 puntos)&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Se valorarán sólo otras titulaciones académicas que sean distintas a la ya requerida o presentada como requisito para participar en esta convocatoria y cursos de formación y capacitación profesional, hasta un máximo de 20 puntos.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Se valorarán los siguientes títulos: (máximo 10 puntos)&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;B.1) Formación profesional de grado medio en emergencias y protección civil (No computará como mérito, si ha sido presentado como requisito del proceso selectivo): 10 puntos&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;B.2) Formación profesional de grado superior en coordinación de emergencias y protección civil: 5 puntos&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;B.3) Formación profesional de grado medio o superior distintos a los puntos B.1 y B.2 (No computará como mérito, si ha sido presentado como requisito del proceso selectivo): 2 puntos&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;B.4) Título de grado universitario: 3 puntos&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;B.5) Cursos de aprovechamiento homologados por la Escuela Balear de Administración Pública (EBAP), o análoga a la misma, y relacionados con funciones de prevención, extinción de incendios y salvamento, u otras tareas propias del puesto de trabajo: (hasta 2 puntos)&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;De 20 a 39 horas: 0,1 puntos&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;/ul&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:40px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;B.6) Certificados de profesionalidad. (hasta 5 puntos)&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:40px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Los certificados de profesionalidad acreditados por las administraciones competentes, siempre que la persona candidata no presente como mérito la titulación oficial de formación profesional equivalente a los certificados de profesionalidad, se valoran de la siguiente forma:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:40px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Por cada certificado de profesionalidad de nivel 2: Hasta 4 puntos.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:40px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Se valoran los siguientes certificados:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

Operaciones de vigilancia y extinción de incendios forestales y soporte a contingencias en el medio rural. 1 punto&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;SEA129_2. &lt;p style="margin-left:40px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Por conocimientos de lenguas extranjeras (inglés, francés, alemán, o italiano), según titulaciones oficiales reconocidas en el ámbito de la Unión Europea a razón de 0,25 puntos por el grado elemental, 0,50 por el grado medio y 0,75 por el grado superior.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:40px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;La puntuación máxima de este apartado B.8 será de 1,50 puntos.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:40px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;B.9) Curso básico de Bomberos impartido por el Consell de Formentera o acreditar capacitación y formación teórica y práctica del mismo nivel o superior. 10 puntos&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;C) Ejercicios de oposiciones superados en los últimos 5 años, hasta un máximo de 3 puntos&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;En este apartado se valora:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:40px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;a) Haber superado todos los ejercicios de un proceso selectivo de la administración pública de la categoría de bombero/a en los últimos 5 años, con 3 puntos. En este supuesto, debe acreditarse que el permiso de conducir de la clase C constituye requisito de acceso.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Observaciones:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Para computar los cinco años se tendrá en cuenta la fecha de publicación de la convocatoria del proceso selectivo en el correspondiente Boletín Oficial.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Deberá acreditarse mediante la presentación de un certificado de la Administración pública en el que conste que el interesado ha superado la fase de oposición en el proceso selectivo correspondiente sin obtener plaza, la fecha de publicación de la convocatoria en el Boletín Oficial, y, en su caso, el requisito de acceso del permiso de conducir clase C.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Si la persona interesada se ha presentado a más de un proceso selectivo, sólo se tiene en cuenta la última convocatoria a la que se presentó.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;La calificación final se obtendrá mediante la suma de las puntuaciones obtenidas en cada una de las fases de selección.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;El resultado se hará público igualmente en el tablón de anuncios el mismo día en que se otorguen.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;SÉPTIMA. Resolución de la convocatoria y propuesta de nombramiento&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;1. Finalizadas y valoradas las pruebas selectivas del concurso-oposición, el Tribunal Calificador publicará la lista provisional de los aspirantes que hayan superado todas las pruebas eliminatorias, por orden de puntuación obtenida, y del documento de identidad, en el tablón de anuncios de la OAC y en la página web del Consell que pasará a constituir la bolsa, que la Corporación utilizará para cubrir las vacantes o bajas temporales que se produzcan en los puestos de trabajo de bomberos/as, la cual será utilizada por riguroso orden de puntuación globalmente obtenida.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;2. Todos los aspirantes dispondrán de un plazo de 3 días hábiles, a contar desde el siguiente al de la publicación de la lista provisional, para efectuar las reclamaciones oportunas o solicitar la revisión de su valoración frente al Tribunal, a la que podrán asistir acompañados de un asesor.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;3. El Tribunal tendrá un plazo de 7 días hábiles para resolver las reclamaciones presentadas y, seguidamente, hará pública la lista definitiva de las puntuaciones de los aspirantes. Asimismo, la lista definitiva puede incluir la subsanación de oficio de los errores detectados. En caso de no existir reclamación alguna, la lista provisional se elevará automáticamente a definitiva.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;4. El Consell Insular de Formentera, según sus necesidades y por orden riguroso de puntuación y en llamamiento único e individual, ofrecerá las plazas que deban cubrirse interina o temporalmente.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Si ofertada una plaza la persona interesada no se presentara o no completara la documentación requerida en la Base 3ª, en los plazos que en cada caso se le comuniquen, se ofrecerá la plaza al siguiente de la lista, consumiéndose el turno y decayendo su derecho, si a ello das derecho.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;OCTAVA. Nombramiento y presentación de documentos&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;1. El/la aspirante propuesto/a para su nombramiento, deberá presentar en el Registro General del Consell Insular de Formentera, en el plazo de 20 días naturales, a partir de la publicación de la lista definitiva de aprobados, sin requerimiento previo, los documentos:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;a) Certificado médico oficial, vigente, que acredite que no padece enfermedad o defecto físico que impida total o parcialmente el correcto desarrollo de las funciones del puesto de trabajo.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;b) Fotocopia de la tarjeta de afiliación a la Seguridad Social, si se dispone.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;c) Declaración jurada de no haber sido separado del servicio mediante expediente disciplinario de ninguna Administración Pública, y de no hallarse inhabilitado por sentencia firme para el cumplimiento de las funciones públicas, así como de no hallarse en alguna de las causas legales de incapacidad e incompatibilidad previstas en la Ley 53/1984, de 26 de diciembre, de incompatibilidades del personal al servicio de las administraciones públicas.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;d) Declaración jurada de no tener antecedentes penales en vigor ni tener expediente disciplinario o en el cumplimiento de una sanción disciplinaria. En caso de comprobarse de oficio la existencia de antecedentes penales o expedientes disciplinarios, la persona aspirante quedaría excluida del proceso selectivo.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;e) Acreditar la superación del curso básico de Bomberos impartido por el Consell de Formentera o acreditar capacitación y formación teórica y práctica del mismo nivel o superior por la administración pública, título de formación profesional de grado medio de técnico de emergencias y protección civil, o un certificado de profesionalidad en extinción de incendios y salvamento. En cumplimiento de esta disposición, el Consell de Formentera, en función de la puntuación de los/as aspirantes, llamará en primer lugar a los/as aspirantes aprobados/as que dispongan del curso básico, y sólo cuando estos efectivos se hayan agotado, empezará a llamar a los/as aspirantes aprobados/as del grupo que en el momento de realizar este proceso selectivo no tenían el curso básico o formación equivalente aprobado.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;f) Documentación acreditativa de servicios prestados en otras administraciones (a efectos del cálculo de la antigüedad).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Aquel/la que ya tenga la condición de personal al servicio de la Administración Pública estará exento de justificar las condiciones y requisitos ya acreditados para obtener el anterior nombramiento. En este caso, tendrán que presentar certificado del organismo público del que dependan, acreditativo de su condición y del resto de circunstancias que consten en su expediente personal.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;2. El aspirante que, dentro del plazo fijado, salvo en caso de fuerza mayor, no presente la documentación requerida o bien, una vez examinada, se compruebe que no cumple con alguno de los requisitos señalados en la base segunda, no podrá ser nombrado y se anularán sus actuaciones. En este caso, se propondrá al siguiente aspirante que haya obtenido la mayor puntuación por orden estricto de puntuación.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;3. Los/as candidatos/as que rechacen una oferta quedarán excluidos/as de la bolsa, salvo que aleguen y justifiquen en un plazo de tres días hábiles la concurrencia de alguna de las siguientes situaciones: estar en período de embarazo, maternidad, paternidad, adopción o acogimiento; prestar servicios como personal funcionario o laboral en cualquier administración; sufrir enfermedad o incapacidad temporal, o estar ejerciendo funciones sindicales.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;4. Una vez que el/la aspirante seleccionado/a haya presentado la documentación, y si está conforme con ella, la Presidencia del Consell Insular de Formentera efectuará la correspondiente contratación como bomberos/as, de acuerdo con la propuesta del Tribunal Calificador, que tendrá carácter vinculante.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:0px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;​​​​​​​&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;NOVENA. Funcionamiento interno del bolsín constituido.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;1. Los/as aspirantes propuestos/as, pasarán a constituir una bolsa de trabajo en este Consell Insular de Formentera y podrán ser requeridos/as, por estricto orden de puntuación y teniendo en cuenta estar en posesión del curso básico en el momento de realizar este proceso selectivo, para cubrir temporalmente las vacantes, sustituciones y otras incidencias que puedan surgir en puestos de igual categoría y similares características.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;2. Se establecen los siguientes criterios para el funcionamiento del bolsín de interinos:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;a) La cobertura de puestos de trabajo vacantes, en el momento de producirse, y los nombramientos, se realizarán por estricto orden de puntuación, de mayor a menor.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;b) En caso de que se produzca una vacante de plantilla, ésta pasará a cubrirse por el aspirante del bolsín que tenga la mayor puntuación, y no disfrutase ya de una vacante, independientemente de si tenía o no en el mismo momento un contrato temporal por sustitución, de los previstos en el apartado a. En caso de no aceptar la oferta de trabajo su derecho decaerá al último puesto de la lista.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;3. El bolsín de interinos/as creado, mantendrá su vigencia hasta que se realice una nueva convocatoria, con el límite máximo de tres años, a aplicar desde el siguiente al de la fecha de publicación de las calificaciones definitivas del proceso selectivo convocado. Estas bases, y el bolsín que con éstas se crea, anulan cualquier otro bolsín que pudiera existir en el Consell Insular de Formentera hasta el momento de la entrada en vigor de estas bases.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;4. El Consell podrá dejar sin efecto la contratación, previa motivación, si durante los tres primeros meses desde la toma de posesión se produce una manifiesta inidoneidad del aspirante para el desarrollo de las funciones propias del puesto de trabajo. Este período de prueba formará parte del proceso selectivo y se considerará como período de prácticas.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;DÉCIMA. Incidencias.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;1. El Tribunal queda facultado para interpretar estas bases, resolver las dudas y las incidencias que surjan y tomar los acuerdos necesarios para asegurar el correcto desarrollo de la convocatoria aprobada, en todo lo no previsto en las bases Antes de la constitución del Tribunal, se atribuye al presidente del Consell la facultad de interpretar estas bases y de resolver las incidencias y recursos.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;2. Dentro de estas facultades se incluyen las de descalificar a los/as aspirantes y en consecuencia, no puntuar sus pruebas, cuando aquéllos/as vulneren las leyes o bases de la convocatoria o su comportamiento suponga un abuso o fraude.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;UNDÉCIMA. impugnación&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Las presentes bases y todos los actos administrativos que se deriven de éstas y de las actuaciones del Tribunal calificador, podrán ser impugnadas conforme a lo establecido en la ley 39/2015, de 1 de octubre, del procedimiento administrativo común de las administraciones públicas, y en la ley 40/2015, de 1 de octubre, de régimen jurídico del sector público.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;DUODÉCIMA. Vigencia&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Esta bolsa de trabajo anula todas las anteriores y estará vigente hasta que se realicen pruebas para cubrir las plazas ofertadas con carácter fijo o, en su caso, hasta la próxima convocatoria para la creación de una bolsa de trabajo de la misma clase, con una vigencia máxima de 3 años.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt; &lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;1. Prueba de aptitud física&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Su finalidad es comprobar, entre otras condiciones, la fuerza, agilidad, velocidad y resistencia del aspirante. Consiste en superar las pruebas físicas indicadas, de acuerdo con los baremos y criterios establecidos por género. Las pruebas físicas deberán ser superadas globalmente, de acuerdo con la escala y méritos indicados. El resultado general de esta prueba es APTO/A o NO APTO/A. Para ser considerado APTO/A se deben aprobar todas las pruebas.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Objetivo de la prueba&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Desarrollo global del individuo en el medio acuático. Se mide la capacidad aeróbica con el desplazamiento o traslación corporal en el medio acuático, la fuerza explosiva (salida), la fuerza rápida (en los giros), la velocidad de reacción (salida), la velocidad cíclica (que es la capacidad de realizar movimientos cíclicos, iguales y repetitivos) a la máxima velocidad contra poca resistencia, velocidad gestual en la salida i los giros.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;a) Posición inicial&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;El/la aspirante debe situarse en el trampolín o plataforma individual de salto en posición de salida, y debe lanzarse al agua de cabeza.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Tras el lanzamiento, no se permite desplazarse por debajo del agua más allá de la zona delimitada.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;b) Ejecución de la prueba&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;El juez dirá, dejando un intervalo de dos segundos: «Preparados..., listos…», y tocará el silbato. En ese instante, el/la aspirante debe lanzarse al agua de cabeza e iniciar la carrera de natación cronometrada.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Los 50 metros del recorrido son con libre elección de estilo, aunque el cuerpo del/de la aspirante debe mantenerse en posición ventral dentro del agua.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;La prueba termina cuando el/la aspirante toque la pared de la piscina con la mano en el momento de llegar y de forma visible para el juez.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Existe la posibilidad de una salida nula para cada participante; si se produce una segunda salida nula, el/la aspirante será descalificado y su puntuación será la de no apto.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Todas las personas aspirantes deben llevar obligatoriamente gorro de baño. Se permite utilizar gafas de natación. Se prohíbe cualquier otro complemento.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;No está permitido en ningún momento de la ejecución de la prueba agarrarse a las cuerdas o anillas de separación de las calles ni tampoco cambiar de calle.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;En la posición de salida, los pies deben estar paralelos y abiertos a la anchura de las caderas.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;c) Evaluación &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;El tiempo invertido en la prueba se cronometrará en segundos. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Teniendo en cuenta las características de esta prueba, sólo una vez terminada el juez decidirá si el aspirante ha cumplido el recorrido de acuerdo con las reglas anteriormente expuestas.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Valorar la fuerza relativa de las extremidades superiores y la capacidad de elevar el peso corporal mediante la flexión de las extremidades superiores, dependiendo de dos variables: la fuerza flexora de los brazos y el peso corporal del/de la aspirante.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;a) Posición inicial y ejecución (hombres)&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;El/la aspirante debe estar cogido/a en la barra horizontal con las dos manos, separadas al máximo por la anchura de los hombros, y mirando hacia delante. Los brazos deben estar completamente estirados y el/la aspirante debe estar en suspensión total sin tocar el suelo con los pies.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Al oír la señal, el aspirante realizará el número máximo posible de flexiones de brazos, sin límite de tiempo, salvo que el juez le indique que debe abandonar la prueba. Se contabiliza una flexión de brazos siempre que el/la aspirante haya realizado el recorrido completo, es decir, desde la suspensión total con los brazos estirados hasta la flexión total de brazos de forma que la barbilla del aspirante supere en altura la barra de sujeción sin tocarla.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;La prueba se considera terminada cuando el/la aspirante cometa alguna infracción a juicio del juez, o cuando suelte la barra y toque el suelo con los pies.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;b) Posición inicial y ejecución (mujeres)&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;La aspirante debe situarse en posición de suspensión, con los brazos flexionados, cogida en la barra horizontal sin tocar el suelo. Las palmas de las manos deben mirar hacia el cuerpo; las piernas deben estar totalmente estiradas y juntas, y la barbilla por encima de la barra horizontal sin tocarla.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;La aspirante debe mantenerse en suspensión cuanto más tiempo mejor en la posición inicial descrita en el párrafo anterior.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Se considera terminada la prueba cuando la aspirante cometa alguna infracción a juicio del juez; cuando suelte la barra, o cuando la barbilla quede paralela o por debajo de la barra horizontal.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;El juez dirá, dejando un intervalo de 2 segundos: «Preparado/a…, listo/a…» y tocará el silbato, momento en que el/la aspirante debe realizar el recorrido fijado a la máxima velocidad que pueda. Debe seguir las indicaciones hacia el punto opuesto al de la salida; debe esquivar las picas; debe introducirse (rodear) en la segunda valla por debajo, y sobrepasar las dos vallas de salto por encima.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;d) Normas:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

Esta situación se repetirá durante todo el test.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;El test finalizará cuando la persona participante no sea capaz de llegar a pisar la línea antes de oír la señal sonora. En ese momento, deberá retirarse por su calle en dirección a la línea desde donde haya iniciado el ejercicio y entregará su tarjeta al testador.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
