font-size:12px">Se publica la resolución del consejero ejecutivo de Hacienda y Función Pública, por delegación del Consejo Ejecutivo, según el acuerdo de 28 de septiembre de 2022, BOIB núm. 128, de 1 de octubre de 2022, de conformidad con lo que dispone el artículo 45.1 b) de la Ley 39/2015, de 1 de octubre, del procedimiento administrativo común de las administraciones públicas:</span></p> <p><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px">“<strong>Hechos</strong></span></p> <p><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px">1.&nbsp;En el BOIB núm. 63 de 20 de mayo de 2025 se publicó la Resolución del consejero de Hacienda y Función Pública que aprueba la lista definitiva de personas aspirantes que han superado el proceso selectivo de estabilización por el sistema de concurso oposición para el ingreso como personal laboral fijo del subgrupo C1, derivada de la oferta de empleo público de los Ayuntamientos de Campanet (Técnico-a educación infantil), Consell (Educador-a infantil), Lloret de Vistalegre, (Educador-a infantil), Pollença (Profesor-a guitarra (tiempo parcial: 50% jornada)), Sa Pobla (Encargado-a pabellones municipales y Técnico-a educación infantil) y Sencelles (Dinamizador-a), y de asignación de puestos de trabajo por turnos de acceso</span></p> <p><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px">2.&nbsp;En la Resolución del consejero ejecutivo de Hacienda y Función Pública mencionada en el punto anterior, se han detectado los siguientes errores materiales en el anexo I:</span></p> <p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px">1.&nbsp;En título del Anexo I tendría que haber un punto final, detrás de la frase y de asignación de puestos de trabajo por turno de acceso.”</span></p> <p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px">2.&nbsp;En la convocatoria de Técnico-a de educación infantil derivada de la oferta pública del Ayuntamiento de Sa Pobla, figura la señora Ana Maria Vaz Márquez, habiendo sido declarada decaída en el trámite mediante resolución del consejero de Hacienda y Función Pública con fecha de 16 de abril de 2025 y no figura la señora Maria de la Luz Oliva Gil en la lista de las personas que han superado el proceso de estabilización.</span></p> <p><span style="font-family:&quot;Times New Roman&quot;,Times,serif">Por todo eso, los miembros del Tribunal calificador han adoptado el siguiente&nbsp;</span></p> <p style="text-align:center"><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif;
