&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Dada la resolución de aprobación de la Lista Definitiva publicada por la Resolución del Consejero de Hacienda y Función Pública de día 03/04/2025 de las personas aspirantes que han superado el proceso selectivo de estabilización por el sistema excepcional de concurso de méritos para el ingreso como personal laboral fijo del subgrupo C2, categoría/especialidad de auxiliar de gestión económica, del Instituto del Deporte Hípico de Mallorca, del nombramiento como&amp;nbsp; laboral fijo y de la adjudicación del puesto de trabajo. cuyo contenido es el siguiente:&lt;strong&gt; &lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;em&gt;1. APROBAR &lt;/em&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;em&gt;la lista definitiva de personas aspirantes que han superado el proceso selectivo de estabilización por el sistema de concurso excepcional para el ingreso como personal laboral fijo del subgrupo C2, categoría/especialidad de auxiliar de gestión económica, del Instituto del Deporte Hípico de Mallorca, de acuerdo con lo que se indica en el Anexo I de esta resolución, con indicación de la asignación del puesto de trabajo correspondiente. De acuerdo con el artículo 52.3 de la Ley 3/2007, en concordancia con el artículo 61.8 del TREBEP, esta lista contiene, como máximo, tantas personas aprobadas como número de plazas convocadas.&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;em&gt;2. ORDENAR &lt;/em&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;em&gt;la publicación de esta resolución y su anexo en el tablón de edictos y en la Sede electrónica del Consejo Insular de Mallorca, y en el Boletín Oficial de las Islas Baleares&lt;strong&gt;.&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Por todo ello, esta Presidencia en uso de las atribuciones que le son conferidas&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="text-align:center"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;RESUELVE&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;1. NOMBRAR&lt;/strong&gt; personal laboral fijo categoría /especialidad de Auxiliar de gestión económica, del subgrupo C2, del Instituto del Deporte Hípico de Mallorca, a las personas aspirantes que han superado el procedimiento selectivo de estabilización por el sistema de concurso excepcional para la convocatoria de estas plazas, de acuerdo con lo que se indica en el anexo 1 de este documento.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;2. ADJUDICAR &lt;/strong&gt;los puestos de Trabajo correspondientes, de acuerdo con lo que se indica en el anexo 1 de este documento, a las personas aspirantes que han superado el proceso selectivo de estabilización por el sistema de concurso excepcional para la categoría fijo categoría /especialidad de Auxiliar de gestión económica de acuerdo con lo que se indica en el anexo 1 de este documento.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&amp;nbsp;3. ORDENAR&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;strong&gt; &lt;/strong&gt;la publicación de la presente Resolución en el Boletín Oficial de las Islas Baleares, a los efectos oportunos. Las personas nombradas dispondrán de un plazo de 3 días hábiles, contados a partir de día siguiente a la publicación, para el juramento o promesa y la toma de posesión.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Interposición de recursos&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Contra esta resolución, que no pone fin a la vía administrativa, puede interponer el recurso de alzada ante la comisión de Gobierno del Consejo Insular de Mallorca, en el plazo de un mes, contados a partir del día siguiente de su publicación.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Contra la desestimación expresa de este recurso de alzada puede interponer el recurso contencioso administrativo ante el Juzgado contencioso Administrativo de Palma que corresponda en el plazo de dos meses, a contar a partir del día siguiente de recibir la notificación de desestimación de dicho recurso de alzada.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Si han transcurrido tres meses desde la interposición del recurso de alzada y no ha recibido la notificación de resolución expresa, se entiende desestimado por silencio y puede interponer el recurso contencioso administrativo ante el Juzgado contencioso Administrativo de Palma que corresponda, sin limitación de tiempo.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;No obstante lo anterior, puede interponer, si procede, cualquier otro recurso que considere oportuno Todo esto de conformidad con la Ley 29/1998, de 13 de julio, reguladora de la jurisdicción contencioso- administrativa, y la Ley 39/2015, de 1 de octubre, del procedimiento administrativo común de las administraciones públicas.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
