&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;Según las Resoluciones del Presidente del Fondo de Garantía Agraria y Pesquera de las Islas Baleares (FOGAIBA) de 16 de abril de 2024, por las que se aprueban las convocatorias para el año 2024 de las ayudas destinadas a las inversiones no productivas vinculadas a la realización de compromisos de agroambiente y clima, publicada en el BOIB núm. 51 de 18 de abril de 2024, y una vez revisadas las solicitudes de ayuda, se han constatado las deficiencias que se indican en el Anexo I, cuya enmienda es preceptiva para poder continuar con la tramitación de la ayuda. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin-bottom: 0px; margin-left: 0px; margin-right: 0px; margin-top: 0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;En consecuencia, y de acuerdo con el artículo 68 de la Ley 39/2015, de 1 de octubre, del Procedimiento Administrativo Común de las Administraciones Públicas, se requiere a todas las personas solicitantes que figuran en el anexo I para que en el plazo de DIEZ DÍAS (10) a contar desde el día siguiente a su publicación en el BOIB, para que subsanen los defectos y/o aporten los documentos indicados, con la advertencia que, en caso de no hacerlo, consideraremos que desisten de su petición y previa resolución, procederemos al archivo de las actuaciones.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
