    <env:contingut rdf:parseType="Literal">![CDATA[&lt;p&gt;En el Boletín Oficial de las Illes Balears núm. 58, de 8 de mayo de 2025, se publicaron los edictos 3999 i 4000 de información pública sobre solicitudes de concesiones en zona de dominio público marítimo-terrestre en las costas de Baleares en la Sección V. Anuncios. Subsección segunda. Otros anuncios oficiales.&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;Una vez advertido un error material en las publicaciones mencionadas, es necesario corregirlo.&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;Según el artículo 56 de la Ley 3/2003, de 26 de marzo, de régimen jurídico de la Administración de la Comunidad Autónoma de las Illes Balears, la rectificación de los errores materiales, aritméticos y de hecho en actos y disposiciones administrativas corresponde al órgano que haya dictado el acto o la disposición; la rectificación de errores ha de especificar, si procede, los efectos jurídicos que se deriven de la misma, y se ha de notificar o publicar preceptivamente cuando se refiera a actos que hayan sido notificados o publicados.&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;El artículo 109.2 de la Ley 39/2015, de 1 de octubre, del procedimiento administrativo común de las administraciones públicas, establece que las administraciones públicas pueden, asimismo, rectificar en cualquier momento, de oficio o a instancia de los interesados, los errores materiales, de hecho o aritméticos existentes en sus actos.&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:0.39cm"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;Por todo esto, dict&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;o&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt; la s&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;iguiente&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="text-align:center"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:0.39cm"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Resolución&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:0.39cm"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;1. Corregir el error advertido, en el sentido siguiente&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:0.39cm"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Donde dice:&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:40px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:0.39cm"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;contados a partir del día siguiente a aquél en que tenga lugar la publicación de este anuncio en el Boletín Oficial del Estado.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
