    <env:contingut rdf:parseType="Literal">![CDATA[&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#111111"&gt;El Pleno Municipal, en sesión celebrada el pasado día 24 de abril de 2025, tomó, entre otros, el siguiente acuerdo:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="text-align:center"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#111111"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;«Modificación Parcial Relació de Puestos de Trabajo ID 37&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#111111"&gt;Visto el acuerdo del Pleno del Ayuntamiento de fecha 7 de mayo de 2018 de aprobación definitiva de la Relación de Puestos de Trabajo del Ayuntamiento de Muro (BOIB N.º 67 de fecha 31 de mayo de 2018). &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#111111"&gt;Visto el informe del Secretario del Ayuntamiento de Muro. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#111111"&gt;Visto el informe favorable de la Mesa de Negociación con fecha 15 de abril de 2025. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#111111"&gt;El Pleno del Ayuntamiento, con once votos a favor de los grupos municipales EL PINO, UIM, PP, CDM, SOCIALISTA, y una abstención del grupo municipal MÁS POR MURO, acuerda: &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#111111"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Primero.&lt;/strong&gt; &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#111111"&gt;Modificar parcialmente la Relación de Puestos de Trabajo (RPT). Puesto de Trabajo ID 37. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#111111"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Redacción actual: &lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#111111"&gt;Subordinados: &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#111111"&gt;Tareas significativas &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;ol style="margin-left:40px"&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#111111"&gt;Conducir el camión grúa.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#111111"&gt;Dar soporte a labores de albañilería, fontanería y jardinería.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#111111"&gt;Colaborar en el montaje y desmontaje de los elementos necesarios para la celebración de eventos como escenarios, vallas, etc.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#111111"&gt;Efectuar cualquier otra tarea propia de su categoría que le sea encomendada y para la que haya sido previamente instruido.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;/ol&gt;

	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#111111"&gt;Cargar, descargar y trasladar material y herramientas para poder proporcionar un servicio adecuado mediante vehículos municipales.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#111111"&gt;Colaborar en el montaje y desmontaje de los elementos necesarios para la celebración de eventos como escenarios, vallas, etc.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#111111"&gt;Efectuar cualquier otra tarea propia de su categoría que le sea encomendada y para la que haya sido previamente instruido.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;/ol&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#111111"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Segundo.&lt;/strong&gt; Modificar el organigrama de la Brigada de Obras para que los 2 Peones Tractoristas (ID 38) sean subordinados del Chófer Camión Grúa. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Tercero.&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="color:#111111; font-family:&amp;quot;Times New Roman&amp;quot;,Times,serif"&gt; Modificar el complemento de destino a nivel 17 y el complemento específico a 650 puntos.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#111111"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Cuarto.&lt;/strong&gt; &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#111111"&gt;Someter el expediente a información pública por el plazo de quince días mediante anuncio en el BOIB. Durante este plazo, las personas interesadas podrán examinar el expediente y presentar las reclamaciones que estimen pertinentes. Transcurrido este plazo, si no se han presentado alegaciones, se entenderá elevado a definitivo este acuerdo de aprobación inicial”.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
