    <env:contingut rdf:parseType="Literal">![CDATA[&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;Se hace público que el Consejo Ejecutivo del Consejo Insular de Menorca, en sesión de carácter ordinario de 28 de abril de 2025, aprobó el siguiente acuerdo:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Primero.&lt;/strong&gt; Aprobar el establecimiento del precio público para cargar vehículos eléctricos en puntos de carga de vehículos eléctricos de acceso público de los cuales el Consejo Insular de Menorca es el titular, con la siguiente tarifa:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;Conexión para suministros de energía:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;No se aplica penalización durante la franja horaria comprendida entre las 23.00 y las 7.00 h.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Segundo.&lt;/strong&gt; Señalar que tienen la obligación de pagar este precio público las personas físicas o jurídicas que hagan uso de los puntos de carga de acceso público de este Consejo Insular.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Tercero.&lt;/strong&gt; Aprobar les exenciones de pago:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;1. Están exentos de pago de este precio público los vehículos de titularidad del Consejo Insular de Menorca, de sus organismos dependientes y de las sociedades mercantiles en las que participa el Consejo Insular de Menorca.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;2. El Consejo Insular de Menorca podrá eximir el pago de este precio público a los vehículos de otras administraciones públicas y sus organismos autónomos previa petición de la Administración interesada y siempre que los vehículos presten un servicio público.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Cuarto.&lt;/strong&gt; Aprobar el pago de los precios públicos: &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;1. El pago de los precios públicos por el servicio de carga de vehículos eléctricos deben realizarlo en régimen de autoliquidación los usuarios del servicio mediante el pago correspondiente a través de los medios físicos o electrónicos instalados a tal efecto en el punto de carga. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;2. En caso de que el Consejo Insular, como operador del punto de carga, actúe por medio de una empresa proveedora de servicios para la movilidad eléctrica (EPSM), en virtud de un acuerdo de interoperabilidad, el pago de los precios públicos debe articularse de conformidad con el mencionado acuerdo de interoperabilidad y a través de la plataforma electrónica que ponga a disposición la EPSM.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;3. La obligación de pago nace en el momento en que se inicia el servicio de recarga del vehículo eléctrico.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Quinto.&lt;/strong&gt; Aprobar que en el supuesto de falta de pago de este precio público, el importe podrá exigirse por procedimiento de apremio, y los actos que de ello se deriven se adaptarán a lo previsto en el Reglamento general de recaudación.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Sexto.&lt;/strong&gt; Aprobar la reposición e indemnización:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;1. Cuando el uso del punto de recarga lleve aparejada la destrucción o deterioro de alguna parte de la instalación, el beneficiario, sin perjuicio del pago del precio público que hubiera, estará obligado al reintegro del coste total de los gastos de reconstrucción o reparación.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;2. Si los daños son irreparables, la entidad debe ser indemnizada en una cuantía igual al valor de los bienes destruidos o al importe del deterioro de los elementos dañados.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Séptimo.&lt;/strong&gt; Aprobar que finalizada la carga, el usuario debe retirar el vehículo de forma inmediata y, en caso de no hacerlo, se podrá iniciar el correspondiente expediente sancionador. La reserva del punto de recarga está debidamente señalizada y queda prohibida la parada y el estacionamiento para una finalidad distinta a la carga o excediendo el tiempo indicado anteriormente. Las infracciones en esta materia serán sancionadas con el correspondiente procedimiento sancionador.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Octavo.&lt;/strong&gt; Aprobar que la fecha de aplicación de este acuerdo será a partir del 15 de mayo de 2025.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Noveno.&lt;/strong&gt; Comunicar este acuerdo al Instituto Balear de la Energía a efectos de su aplicación en la red MELIB.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt; &lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="text-align:center"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;Maó, en la fecha de la firma electrónica: 7 de mayo de 2025&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
