    <env:contingut rdf:parseType="Literal">![CDATA[&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;El Decreto 18/2018, de 22 de junio, por el que se reestructura, reorganiza y regula la actual Agencia de Estrategia Turística de las Islas Baleares (AETIB) establece, entre sus finalidades, la planificación general y el fomento de la actividad económica de las Islas Baleares que afecte al sector turístico, así como cualquier otra actividad que tenga por objeto la mejora de la calidad de los productos y servicios turísticos de las Islas Baleares. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;El artículo 68 de la Ley 8/2012, de 19 de julio, de Turismo de las Islas Baleares, y la Ley 3/2022, de 15 de junio, de medidas urgentes para la sostenibilidad y la circularidad del turismo de las Islas Baleares, contemplan la mejora de la competitividad a través del desarrollo del turismo sostenible y la circularidad cara a la preservación, perdurabilidad y el mantenimiento del legado natural, cultural y patrimonial de las Islas Baleares a la vez que se contribuye de forma equitativa al crecimiento económico y al bienestar social.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;En este marco, con el objetivo de difundir, reconocer e incentivar las buenas prácticas del sector en materia de innovación turística, de responsabilidad social, de incentivación a la creación de nuevas experiencias y en reconocimiento al talento joven y a quienes desarrollan una labor destacada, tanto por su trabajo o trayectoria profesional en turismo, como en favor de la difusión y promoción de las Islas Baleares tanto a nivel nacional como internacional, se considera adecuado y favorable reconocer institucionalmente aquellas iniciativas, personas, colectivos, propuestas y actuaciones vinculadas a todo lo anterior, dado que contribuyen a reforzar la calidad, la competitividad y la capacidad de atracción de las Islas Baleares como destino turístico.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Los galardones &lt;/span&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Premios&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt; &lt;/span&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;del Turismo de las Islas Baleares&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt; son unas distinciones meramente honoríficas, que tienen por finalidad reconocer, en cada categoría, las actuaciones, el esfuerzo y la dedicación de personas, colectivos, empresas e instituciones, tanto públicas como privadas, en favor del turismo, y servir de instrumento para estimular comportamientos e iniciativas que contribuyan a poner en valor la imagen turística de las Islas Baleares y de sus profesionales turísticos.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;El Gobierno de las Islas Baleares, a través de la Agencia de Estrategia Turística de las Islas Baleares, tiene interés en que esta iniciativa de concesión de los galardones &lt;/span&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Premios de Turismo de las Islas Baleares&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;, se celebre en el mes de septiembre en ocasión del Día Mundial del Turismo. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="text-align:center"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;RESUELVO&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Primero&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;. - Aprobar las bases de la convocatoria pública de concesión de los galardones "PREMIOS DEL TURISMO DE LAS ISLAS BALEARES 2025", anexas a esta Resolución.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Segundo.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt; - Ordenar la publicación de esta Resolución en el BOIB.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Con motivo de la celebración del Día Mundial del Turismo, la Consejería de Turismo, Cultura y Deportes, a través de &lt;/span&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;la Agencia de Estrategia Turística de las Islas Baleares&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt; organizará la novena edición de los galardones&lt;/span&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt; "PREMIOS DEL TURISMO DE LAS ISLAS BALEARES 2025". &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;1. Objeto y finalidad&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;1.1. El objeto de estas bases es hacer pública la convocatoria y regular el otorgamiento de los galardones "Premios del Turismo de las Islas Baleares" para el año 2025.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;1.2. La finalidad de los galardones "Premios del Turismo de las Islas Baleares" es reconocer el esfuerzo y la dedicación de personas, empresas e instituciones tanto públicas como privadas a favor del turismo y servir de instrumento para estimular comportamientos e iniciativas que contribuyan a poner en valor la imagen turística de las Islas Baleares y de sus profesionales.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;2. Solicitudes y plazo de presentación &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;2.1. El plazo de presentación de candidaturas empieza a contar a partir del día siguiente de la publicación de la convocatoria en el &lt;/span&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Boletín Oficial de las Islas Baleares &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;y finaliza el 5 de julio de 2025, incluido. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;2.2. Las solicitudes deben presentarse en los lugares y por los medios que especifica el punto 6 de esta convocatoria.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;3. Categorías de los galardones &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;3.1. Se establecen las siguientes categorías de galardones:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;ul&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Galardón "&lt;/span&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;a la innovación turística"&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Galardón "&lt;/span&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;a la mejor iniciativa de responsabilidad social&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;".&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Galardón "&lt;/span&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;al talento joven".&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Galardón "&lt;/span&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;al trabajador o trabajadora del sector turístico".&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Galardón "&lt;/span&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;a la trayectoria profesional en turismo&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;".&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Galardón "&lt;/span&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;a la experiencia turística&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;".&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Galardón "&lt;/span&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;al embajador o embajadora de Baleares&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;".&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;/ul&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;3.2. Los galardones que se entregarán consistirán en una única tipología: PREMIOS DEL TURISMO DE LAS ISLAS BALEARES.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;3.3. Los galardones a los que hacen referencia estas bases son a título exclusivamente honorífico y no comportan ninguna dotación económica.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;4. Candidatos/as.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Pueden ser candidatos/as las administraciones públicas, los órganos y entes públicos, las asociaciones públicas o privadas y las organizaciones representativas de intereses económicos, medioambientales o sociales, y las personas físicas y jurídicas, a título individual o colectivo, que hayan contribuido al desarrollo turístico de las Islas Baleares de acuerdo con los requisitos y los criterios establecidos en el punto 5.2 de esta convocatoria.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;En relación con la Administración de la CAIB puede presentar candidatura cualquier consejería, así como los entes que integran el sector público instrumental de la CAIB, incluida la Agencia de Estrategia Turística de las Islas Baleares que, en aplicación del artículo 8 del Decreto podrá presentar candidatura/s a favor de quien estime pertinente, siempre que en la misma concurran las condiciones necesarias para su posible participación. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Los proyectos incompletos o en proceso de desarrollo no serán considerados.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;5. Requisitos de los candidatos/as y criterios de valoración para la concesión de los galardones&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;5.1. Requisitos de los candidatos&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;a) Estar al corriente de las obligaciones tributarias ante el Estado y el Gobierno de las Islas Baleares y las obligaciones ante la Seguridad Social. Este cumplimiento deberá mantenerse a lo largo de todo el procedimiento: en el momento de presentación de la solicitud, y previamente a la resolución de otorgamiento.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;b) No haber sido sancionado/a con sanción firme en materia turística por parte de ningún organismo público estatal, autonómico, insular o local por ninguna infracción grave, en el plazo de los cinco años anteriores a la presentación de la candidatura, o muy grave en el plazo de diez años anteriores a la presentación de la candidatura.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;c) No haber sido sancionado/a con sanción firme en materia de inspección de trabajo o de salud laboral por parte de ningún organismo público estatal, autonómico, insular o local, por ninguna infracción grave, en el plazo de los cinco años anteriores a la presentación de la candidatura, o muy grave en el plazo de diez años anteriores a la presentación de la candidatura.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;d) La persona galardonada no debe haber sido condenada por sentencia firme por ningún hecho delictivo. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;e) Los ganadores no podrán recibir premio por el mismo proyecto si este ya ha sido galardonado en ediciones anteriores de los Premios del Turismo.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;El cumplimiento de estos requisitos se acreditará en el formulario de solicitud, mediante las declaraciones responsables. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Se faculta a la Agencia de Estrategia Turística de las Islas Baleares para hacer, en cualquier momento, de forma telemática o por otros medios, las comprobaciones necesarias para verificar el cumplimiento de las declaraciones responsables.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;La inexactitud o la falsedad en las declaraciones responsables es causa de exclusión de la solicitud, así como causa de revocación, sin perjuicio de las responsabilidades de cualquier tipo en que se haya podido incurrir.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;5.2. Criterios de valoración&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Se establecen los siguientes criterios de valoración para cada categoría de galardón, de acuerdo con los puntos que se detallan a continuación. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;5.2.1. Para el otorgamiento del galardón "&lt;/span&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;a la innovación turística" &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;se valorará lo siguiente:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Se reconocerán las prácticas, productos o servicios de los que se desprenda una innovación conceptual o tecnológica creados para impulsar la experiencia turística integrando nuevos modelos de negocio o utilizando tecnología avanzada, que pueda suponer un cambio que contribuya a la consolidación de un modelo turístico más innovador, digital o sostenible.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;5.2.2. Para el otorgamiento del galardón "&lt;/span&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;a la mejor iniciativa de responsabilidad social”&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;, se valorará lo siguiente:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Se reconocerán las buenas prácticas de responsabilidad social que cumplen alguna de las 3 vertientes de la RSC: &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;ul&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Social: contribuciones positivas en favor de la sociedad y del progreso de las Islas Baleares. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Ambiental: contribuciones positivas en favor del medio ambiente, la circularidad, la sostenibilidad, la conservación y regeneración del patrimonio natural y cultural de las Islas Baleares.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Económica: contribuciones positivas de ética empresarial, generación de empleo, conciliación laboral, y las iniciativas o actividades empresariales con vocación de mejora de la empleabilidad en el sector turístico, que favorezcan o promuevan un escenario laboral de calidad y de igualdad de oportunidades o de género.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;/ul&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;5.2.3. Para el otorgamiento del galardón "&lt;/span&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Trabajador o trabajadora del sector turístico"&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;, se valorará lo siguiente:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Se reconocerán aquellas personas que hayan desarrollado una actividad profesional destacada en el turismo durante el último año (2024-2025) por la que pueda ser nombrado/a "trabajador/a del año", que hayan destacado en su desempeño, compromiso en sus funciones, motivación y sentido del propósito, o que hayan generado ideas que ayuden al crecimiento de su empresa/organización con propuestas innovadoras, generando un buen ambiente laboral, etc. en resumen, que hayan puesto todo su esfuerzo en alcanzar el éxito de un proyecto empresarial turístico.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;5.2.4. Para el otorgamiento del galardón "&lt;/span&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;a la trayectoria profesional en turismo&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;" se valorará lo siguiente:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Se reconocerá la labor de personas físicas o colectivo laboral que, con su trayectoria, ejemplaridad profesional y esfuerzo han contribuido de manera significativa a mejorar el turismo de las Islas Baleares, sus servicios, la calidad, la oferta, la imagen o la reputación del destino.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;5.2.5. Para el otorgamiento del galardón "&lt;/span&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;a la experiencia turística&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;", se valorará lo siguiente:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Se reconocerán aquellas actuaciones que tengan por finalidad proporcionar experiencias memorables a las personas que visitan las Islas Baleares como pueden ser:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;ul&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Actuaciones singulares (eventos, programas, actuaciones, productos turísticos, experiencias, etc..) que aporten elementos interrelacionados con el carácter y realidad cultural de las Islas Baleares, para que contribuyan a poner en valor los elementos diferenciales de nuestro destino.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Actuaciones que incorporen acciones innovadoras en la comercialización y/o distribución de experiencias y servicios para que contribuyan a mejorar el atractivo de la experiencia y faciliten la accesibilidad a la misma.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Experiencias que fomenten conexiones significativas con la población local o con los recursos del territorio (naturales, culturales, gastronómicos, etc.) bajo criterios de calidad y sostenibilidad.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Actuaciones concretas destinadas a fomentar la excelencia y la calidad de los productos y servicios turísticos que se ofrecen a los visitantes de las Islas Baleares. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;/ul&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;5.2.6. Para el otorgamiento del galardón "&lt;/span&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;embajador o embajadora de Baleares&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;", se valorará lo siguiente:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Se reconocerá la labor de aquellas personalidades que, estando o no vinculadas con el sector turístico, por su especial arraigo e identificación con Baleares, hayan contribuido con sus manifestaciones y actuaciones a la difusión de los valores turísticos de las Islas Baleares contribuyendo a reforzar la marca turística de nuestro destino. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;5.2.7. Para el otorgamiento del galardón "&lt;/span&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;al talento joven en turismo"&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;, se valorará lo siguiente:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;ul&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Haber nacido o residir en la comunidad autónoma de las Islas Baleares.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Tener entre 18 y 35 años, es decir, personas candidatas nacidas entre el 1 de enero de 1990 y 31 de diciembre de 2007. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Para acreditar este punto y la residencia se debe aportar copia del DNI i currículum vitae&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Haber desarrollado una actividad:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;O bien de excelencia investigadora y/o académica: haber destacado durante el año 2024-2025 ya sea por expediente académico o por contribuciones vinculadas a proyectos únicos y originales de investigación y/o divulgación en el ámbito turístico objetivamente superiores a otros similares.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;O bien de excelencia profesional: haber destacado por sus competencias profesionales de tipo técnico y práctico en su ámbito de trabajo. O por su trayectoria de joven emprendedor, por su papel determinante en el desarrollo e impulso de algún proyecto empresarial turístico, así como su capacidad de superar dificultades y retos. En el caso de haber puesto en marcha algún proyecto emprendedor este debe incorporar innovaciones de producto, servicio o modelo empresarial.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;/ul&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Todas las candidaturas deberán aportar una carta de apoyo que refleje los méritos por los que la persona candidata es merecedora del reconocimiento. Esta carta puede ser redactada por responsables de organizaciones e instituciones como universidades, ayuntamientos, cámaras de comercio, asociaciones, fundaciones, asociaciones sindicales, empresas públicas o privadas.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Con este galardón se quiere premiar:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;ul&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;La trayectoria de jóvenes con un talento excepcional en turismo que sirva de ejemplo e inspiración para otros jóvenes.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;La ejemplaridad. Se quiere premiar a jóvenes que hayan demostrado una capacidad de liderazgo, iniciativa emprendedora o que se encuentren impulsando proyectos empresariales. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;La diferenciación. La persona debe destacar por su valía, comportamiento ético, constancia, espíritu de superación o méritos personales que supongan que la persona joven candidata tiene una trayectoria digna de ser destacable en el ámbito del turismo.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;/ul&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;6. Presentación de candidaturas y documentación&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;6.1. Las candidaturas &lt;/span&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;deben presentarse según el modelo normalizado que figura en el anexo de estas Bases&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;. Las candidaturas que no presenten este modelo de solicitud serán excluidas. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;6.2. Las candidaturas &lt;/span&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;deben presentarse exclusivamente de manera telemática&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;, a través del trámite específico que se pone a disposición de los interesados en la Sede Electrónica del Gobierno de las Islas Baleares. No se consideran válidas las solicitudes telemáticas a través de otro medio electrónico que no sea el trámite específico mencionado.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;6.3&lt;/span&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;. Es obligatorio presentar con la solicitud (anexo 1) una biografía o una memoria explicativa&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt; de máximo 10 páginas, donde se haga constar claramente a qué categoría se opta y donde consten y se justifiquen los méritos por los cuales se considera la candidatura, merecedora de la distinción.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;6.4. Si una candidatura no especifica la categoría a la que concurre, el Jurado podrá optar por incluirla en la que estime más oportuna sobre la base de los méritos aportados, o bien por excluirla, en caso de no reunir los requisitos necesarios para integrarla en alguna modalidad de las contempladas en esta resolución.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;6.5. Si la candidatura se propone a título póstumo, se debe hacer constar esta circunstancia.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;6.6. Las candidaturas de cada categoría se revisarán en primer lugar desde un punto de vista técnico y administrativo, para asegurar que cumplen con los requisitos mínimos de estas bases. Si la solicitud no reúne los requisitos, la AETIB antes de la reunión del jurado podrá requerir a la persona o institución solicitante para que, en el plazo de diez días hábiles, enmiende los errores o adjunte los documentos preceptivos, con indicación de que, si no lo hace, se considerará que desiste de su petición, con la resolución previa, de acuerdo con lo dispuesto en el artículo 68 de la Ley 39/2015, de 1 de octubre del procedimiento administrativo común de las Administraciones Públicas.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;6.7. El incumplimiento de los requisitos no enmendables y del plazo de presentación de las solicitudes comporta la inadmisibilidad de la solicitud.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;7. Procedimiento de concesión&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;7.1. Una vez finalizado el plazo de presentación y revisión de las candidaturas se convocará el Jurado, que evaluará las candidaturas presentadas de acuerdo con los criterios de valoración de la base 5.2 y elaborará la propuesta de concesión con las candidaturas que obtengan mejor puntuación en cada categoría.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Esta propuesta de concesión debe elevarse, por medio de la presidencia, al Consejo de Gobierno, el cual debe adoptar el acuerdo de concesión de distinciones correspondiente. El Jurado se reserva el derecho de declarar desierta cualquier categoría.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;7.2. El jurado, en sus actuaciones, se regirá por lo dispuesto en la sección 3ª del capítulo II del título preliminar de la Ley 40/2015, de 1 de octubre, de régimen jurídico del sector público, y por lo establecido en la Ley 3/2003, de 26 de marzo, de régimen jurídico de la Administración de la CAIB.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;7.3. Para la válida constitución del Jurado, será necesaria, la asistencia al menos de las dos terceras partes de sus miembros. El Jurado debe ser convocado con una antelación mínima de cinco días. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;7.4. Para la adopción de los acuerdos será necesario el voto favorable de la mayoría de los asistentes (mayoría simple). En caso de empate, el voto de la persona titular de la presidencia del Jurado, o de la persona en quien delegue, tendrá carácter cualificado.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;7.5. Si se dan las circunstancias excepcionales que así lo justifiquen, el presidente de la Agencia de Estrategia Turística de las Islas Baleares, o la persona en quien haya delegado sus funciones, puede proponer directamente a la persona, al órgano, a la administración, al ente o a la entidad que deba galardonarse, propuesta que debe ser sometida a deliberación del jurado. En este caso, la propuesta debe ser motivada y debe ir acompañada del informe en el que se expongan los méritos y las circunstancias concurrentes. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;7.6. En caso de conflicto de intereses en relación con algún miembro del jurado, especialmente si ha presentado candidaturas, deberá abstenerse tanto del debate como de la votación de la candidatura afectada.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;7.7. Una vez finalizado este proceso, el Jurado resolverá antes del 9 de septiembre la concesión de los Premios o los declarará desiertos, según considere.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;8. El jurado &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;8.1. Para la concesión de los galardones a los que se refieren estas bases se constituirá un jurado compuesto por los siguientes miembros:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Ejercerá la secretaría, la Agencia de Estrategia Turística de las Islas Baleares, la cual podrá delegar en un alto cargo o en un técnico/a de la AETIB, nombrado/a por la presidencia del jurado. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;8.2. Las personas miembros del jurado podrán delegar por escrito su presencia y su voto en otra persona del jurado. En todo caso esta delegación deberá ser explícita, haciendo constar la designación de las candidaturas a las que se emite el voto para cada una de las categorías.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;8.3. Todos los miembros del jurado tendrán voz y voto. Ningún miembro del jurado podrá acumular más de tres votos delegados.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;8.4. La actividad de los miembros del Jurado no será retribuida. La AETIB asumirá los costes de los desplazamientos a petición de los jurados participantes de otras islas. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;9. Otorgamiento&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;9.1. El Consejo de Gobierno, a propuesta del consejero de Turismo, Cultura y Deportes, adoptará el acuerdo de concesión de distinciones de los Galardones del Turismo, que se publicará en el &lt;/span&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Boletín Oficial de las Islas Baleares,&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt; con posterioridad a la celebración de la realización del acto de entrega a la "NIT DEL TURISME 2025". El acuerdo de concesión de distinciones, que debe comunicar al consejero de Turismo, Cultura y Deportes, se notificará a las personas interesadas o, en su caso, a sus familiares, por cualquier medio admitido en derecho.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;9.2. La Agencia de Estrategia Turística de las Islas Baleares puede hacer publicidad de las personas, las instituciones, las corporaciones, las asociaciones, las empresas, las entidades o los establecimientos galardonados.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;10. El Galardón&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Las personas o entidades galardonadas recibirán un galardón en cada una de las categorías a que se refiere la base 3 de esta disposición. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Además, los ganadores podrán hacer uso en su identidad corporativa y publicidad de la mención galardón "Premio del Turismo de las Islas Baleares", unida al año de la concesión.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;La concesión del premio es a título honorífico y tiene carácter permanente.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;11. Entrega de los galardones&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;La entrega de los galardones se realizará en un acto de carácter público institucional, que se celebrará en esta edición en la isla de Formentera, preferentemente alrededor del día 27 de septiembre de 2025, coincidiendo con la celebración del Día Mundial del Turismo.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;La organización del acto de entrega y los gastos que se generen se llevarán a cabo de acuerdo con lo establecido en el artículo 3.6 del Decreto 22/2017, de 12 de mayo, por el que se regulan los premios de turismo de las Islas Baleares.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;12. Protección de datos&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;De conformidad con lo que establece el &lt;/span&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;«Reglamento (UE) 2016/679 del Parlamento Europeo y del Consejo, de 27 de abril de 2016, relativo a la protección de las personas físicas en lo que respecta al tratamiento de datos personales, y a la libre circulación de estos datos y por el que se deroga la Directiva 95/46/CE (Reglamento general de protección de datos)», los &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;datos de carácter personal que las personas interesadas deben facilitar con el fin de concurrir a esta convocatoria se incluyen en el fichero expedientes administrativos, responsabilidad de la Agencia de Estrategia Turística de las Islas Baleares. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Las personas interesadas pueden ejercer sus derechos mediante escrito dirigido a la Agencia de Estrategia Turística de las Islas Baleares, C/ Rita Levi, nº 4, Parc BIT, Palma.
