&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;1.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt; El 21 de febrero de 2025 la Jefa del Servicio de Personas con Discapacidad, con el visto bueno de la Directora insular de Personas con Discapacidad, emitió un informe proponiendo la necesidad de aprobar la convocatoria pública de ayudas económicas del Instituto Mallorquín de Asuntos Sociales (en adelante IMAS) a entidades que llevan a cabo actividades en materia de servicios sociales para el año 2025, por proyectos y actividades realizados en el año 2024 (CSV: K9AACLHMWEAQEKT2NYE9).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;2.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt; Se ha elaborado el borrador de las bases de esta convocatoria, sobre la que se solicitó al Servicio Jurídico-Administrativo iniciar la tramitación del procedimiento con el fin de aprobarla.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;3.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt; Existe crédito adecuado y suficiente para hacer frente a los gastos que genera esta convocatoria por un importe máximo de &lt;/span&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;516.000€&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;, a cargo a la partida presupuestaria de gastos del IMAS 40.23141.48905 (Documento contable A provisional ref. 22025003332).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;4. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;En cuanto al procedimiento propuesto para la concesión de estas subvenciones, señalar que es el de concurrencia competitiva, por tanto, una vez se haya aprobado la convocatoria, se deberá publicar el correspondiente anuncio en el Boletín Oficial de las Islas Baleares, para que todas las entidades que estén interesadas puedan presentarse.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;5. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Esta subvención se encuentra prevista en el Plan Estratégico de Subvenciones del IMAS de 2025, aprobado por Acuerdo del Consejo Ejecutivo, en fecha 4 diciembre de 2024 (BOIB núm. 167, de 21 de diciembre de 2024).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;6. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;El 21 de marzo de 2025, la Presidencia del IMAS resolvió iniciar la tramitación administrativa para aprobar y publicar esta convocatoria pública de ayudas económicas a entidades de servicios sociales (sectoriales).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;7.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt; El Servicio Jurídico-Administrativo y la Intervención Delegada del IMAS han emitido sendos informes favorables para aprobar y publicar esta convocatoria.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Fundamentos de derecho&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;1.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt; De acuerdo con el artículo 70.4 del Estatuto de Autonomía, son competencias propias de los consejos los servicios sociales y la asistencia social y la política de protección y atención a personas dependientes.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;2.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt; Vista la Ley 12/1993, de 20 de diciembre, de atribución de competencias a los consejos insulares en materia de servicios sociales y asistencia social, las atribuidas por la Ley 14/2001, de 23 de octubre, de atribución de competencias a los consejos insulares en materia de servicios sociales.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;3. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Considerando la Ley 4/2009, de 11 de junio, de servicios sociales de las Islas Baleares, que establece como principios rectores del sistema de servicios sociales balear la descentralización y la desconcentración.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;4.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt; De acuerdo con el artículo 8 de la Ley 38/2003, de 17 de noviembre, General de Subvenciones, con carácter previo al otorgamiento de las subvenciones, deben aprobarse las normas que establezcan las bases reguladoras de concesión en los términos previstos en la Ley.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;5.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt; El acuerdo del Consejo Ejecutivo adoptado en sesión extraordinaria de 29/12/2023, mediante los cuales se aprueba el PLAN ESTRATÉGICO DE SUBVENCIONES DEL INSTITUTO MALLORQUÍN DE ASUNTOS SOCIALES DEL EJERCICIO 2024 y en el que se preveía un importe estimativo de esta convocatoria por un importe de 516.000,00€.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;6.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt; Constituyen las bases reguladoras de esta subvención la Ordenanza general de subvenciones del Consell de Mallorca aprobada en sesión de 23 de diciembre de 2016 (BOIB núm. 21, de 18 de febrero de 2017), y modificada por Acuerdo del Pleno del Consell de Mallorca de fecha 14 de junio de 2018 (BOIB núm. 96, de 4 de agosto de 2018), en especial referencia a lo establecido en su artículo 1 que determina que tiene por objeto regular el régimen jurídico general de las subvenciones otorgadas por el Consell Insular de Mallorca, los organismos autónomos que dependen de él y las entidades de derecho público con personalidad jurídica propia vinculadas o dependientes que otorguen subvenciones dentro del ejercicio de potestades administrativas. Así como, visto que esta Ordenanza da cumplimiento a lo previsto en el Decreto legislativo 2/2005, de 28 de diciembre, por el que se aprueba el texto refundido de la Ley de subvenciones, de acuerdo con la Disposición adicional segunda de este Decreto legislativo, la actividad de concesión de subvenciones del Consejo a lo establecido en la misma Ley.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;7.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt; De acuerdo con el artículo 3 de los Estatutos del IMAS, este organismo tiene personalidad jurídica propia y la capacidad de obrar necesaria para cumplir sus fines. De acuerdo con los Estatutos del Instituto Mallorquín de Asuntos Sociales, en adelante IMAS, aprobados por el Pleno del Consell de Mallorca el 11 de abril de 2019 (BOIB núm. 67, de 18 de mayo de 2019), en especial lo establecido en su artículo 2, de acuerdo con lo cual este organismo tiene como objeto fundamental el ejercicio, en forma directa y descentralizada, de las competencias atribuidas por cualquier título al Consell de Mallorca en materia de servicios sociales y protección de menores.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;8.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt; El IMAS, en el marco de sus competencias y de la actividad de fomento propia de las administraciones públicas, quiere promover acciones dirigidas a apoyar a entidades que sin ánimo de lucro desarrollan actividades de servicios sociales dirigidas a diferentes perfiles sociales, mediante actividades de carácter preventivo, de información, atención y apoyo social, psicológico y emocional a personas afectadas por situaciones que generan vulnerabilidad, dependencia, riesgo de aislamiento, discriminación, marginación y exclusión social, así como, actividades de inserción, rehabilitación e integración sociolaboral de personas y/o colectivos con dificultades sociales, más desfavorecidos y/o excluidos socialmente; así como actuaciones que complementen programas de asistencia, inserción y reinserción social del IMAS y/o de los servicios sociales de atención primaria que se gestionen desde el ámbito municipal.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;9.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt; La concesión de la subvención debe regirse por criterios que garanticen los principios de publicidad, transparencia, concurrencia, objetividad, igualdad, no discriminación y eficacia en el cumplimiento de los objetivos fijados por el órgano que la concede y eficiencia en la asignación y la utilización de los recursos públicos.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;10.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt; El procedimiento de selección de las entidades beneficiarias debe hacerse mediante concurrencia competitiva, en los términos previstos en el artículo 21 de la Ordenanza General de Subvenciones del Consell de Mallorca y en virtud de la cual se comparan, en un único procedimiento, todas las solicitudes presentadas con la intención de establecer una prelación, en cada línea de subvención, de acuerdo con los criterios de valoración fichados en las bases específicas de esta convocatoria.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;11.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt; En el punto 10.3 de la convocatoria se establecen los criterios de valoración de las solicitudes y los criterios para el cálculo de los importes a conceder.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;12.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt; En lo referente a la justificación y pago de la subvención, en el punto 11 de la convocatoria se prevé como modalidad de justificación la cuenta justificativa del gasto realizado con la aportación de justificantes de gasto, prevista en los artículos 38 y 39 de la Ordenanza General de Subvenciones del Consell Insular de Mallorca. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;La entidad beneficiaria debe justificar la realización del proyecto subvencionado mediante la aportación de la documentación que se detalla en el apartado 8 de la convocatoria. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Si en el momento del pago de la subvención concedida a la entidad beneficiaria, ésta tuviera deudas pendientes con el IMAS o con el Consell de Mallorca como consecuencia de la tramitación de un procedimiento de reintegro, se comunicará a la entidad afectada la posibilidad de compensar la cuantía concedida en virtud de esta convocatoria con la cantidad a reintegrar previa declaración de conformidad de la entidad respecto de los términos de la compensación propuesta por el IMAS. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;13.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt; En cuanto al procedimiento, señalar que, una vez se haya aprobado la convocatoria, se deberá publicar el correspondiente anuncio en el BOIB, tanto de la convocatoria como del extracto para que todas las personas que estén interesadas puedan presentarse. Asimismo, se publicará en la BDNS, en el tablón de anuncios del IMAS y en la sede electrónica del Consell de Mallorca.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;14. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;De acuerdo con la Ordenanza general de subvenciones se prevé el órgano instructor y sus funciones, así como la constitución de una comisión evaluadora.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;15.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt; El órgano competente para aprobar la convocatoria y resolver los procedimientos de ayudas, prestaciones y subvenciones relativas a las competencias atribuidas al IMAS es la Presidencia del IMAS en virtud del artículo 7.2.7 de los Estatutos del IMAS. No obstante, las bases de esta convocatoria prevén que mediante la resolución de la Presidencia del IMAS que apruebe las bases, el Presidente delegará en la Gerencia del IMAS la competencia para resolver esta convocatoria, permitido en tanto esta competencia no se encuentra entre las no delegables, tal y como se dispone en el punto 7.2.31 de los Estatutos del IMAS.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Por todo ello,&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="text-align:center"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;RESUELVO&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Primero. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;APROBAR la convocatoria pública de ayudas económicas del Instituto Mallorquín de Asuntos Sociales a entidades que llevan a cabo actividades en materia de servicios sociales para el año 2025, de acuerdo con el texto adjunto a esta Resolución. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Tercero.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt; AUTORIZAR el gasto dimanante de este expediente por el importe total de QUINIENTOS DIECISÉIS MIL EUROS (516.000,00 €), con cargo a la partida 40.23141.48905 del presupuesto de gastos del IMAS para el año 2025 (Documento contable A provisional ref. 22025003332).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Cuarto. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;DELEGAR en el Director Gerente del IMAS la concesión de las ayudas objeto de esta convocatoria. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Quinto. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;ORDENAR la publicación del extracto de esta convocatoria en el BOIB, y de la convocatoria en la Base Nacional de Datos de Subvenciones, en el tablón de anuncios del IMAS y en la sede electrónica del Consell de Mallorca. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Sexto. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;COMUNICAR esta resolución a la Dirección Insular de Personas con Discapacidad, al Servicio de Gestión Económica, al Director Gerente y a la Intervención Delegada.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Esta resolución no pone fin a la vía administrativa y contra ella se puede interponer, de acuerdo con el artículo 28.1 de los Estatutos del IMAS aprobados por Acuerdo del Pleno del Consell de Mallorca de 11 de abril de 2019 (BOIB núm. 67, de 18 de mayo de 2019), recurso de alzada ante el Consell Executiu del Consell Insular de Mallorca, dentro del plazo de un mes, a contar a partir del día siguiente al de la notificación de la presente resolución.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Contra la desestimación expresa del recurso de alzada podrá interponerse recurso contencioso-administrativo ante el Juzgado de lo Contencioso Administrativo, en el plazo de dos meses, contados a partir del día siguiente al de la notificación de la desestimación del citado recurso.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Contra la desestimación por silencio del recurso de alzada podrá interponerse recurso contencioso-administrativo ante el Juzgado de lo Contencioso Administrativo, en cualquier momento a partir del día siguiente a la desestimación presunta (tres meses desde la interposición del recurso sin que se haya notificado la resolución).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;No obstante lo anterior, puede ejercitarse, en su caso, cualquier otro recurso que se estime pertinente. Todo ello de conformidad con la Ley 29/1998, de 13 de julio, reguladora de la Jurisdicción Contencioso-Administrativa, y de la Ley 39/2015, de 1 de octubre, del procedimiento administrativo común de las administraciones públicas.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="text-align:center"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;CONVOCATORIA DE AYUDAS ECONÓMICAS PARA ENTIDADES QUE LLEVAN A CABO ACTIVIDADES EN MATERIA DE SERVICIOS SOCIALES PARA EL AÑO 2025 (para actividades y proyectos llevados a cabo dentro del año 2024)&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;1. OBJETO Y FINALIDAD&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;El objeto de esta convocatoria es fomentar y contribuir a las actuaciones en materia de servicios sociales que hayan realizado entidades y asociaciones sin ánimo de lucro en los municipios de Mallorca.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;La finalidad de esta convocatoria es apoyar y fomentar proyectos sociales de actividades dirigidas a colectivos vulnerables con necesidades no cubiertas&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;2. NORMATIVA&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Constituyen las bases generales de esta convocatoria la Ordenanza general de subvenciones del Consell de Mallorca, aprobada por el Acuerdo del Pleno de 23 de diciembre de 2016 (BOIB núm. 21, de 18/02/2017) modificada por Acuerdo del Pleno de 14 de junio de 2018 (BOIB núm. 96, de 04/08/2018), en adelante OGS.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;En todo lo no previsto en esta convocatoria ni en la OGS, será de aplicación la Ley 38/2003, de 17 de noviembre, general de subvenciones (BOE núm. 276, de 18 de noviembre de 2003); el Real Decreto 887/2006, de 21 de julio, por el que se aprueba el Reglamento de la Ley 38/2003, de 17 de noviembre, general de subvenciones; el Decreto legislativo 2/2005, de 28 de diciembre, por el que se aprueba el texto refundido de la Ley de subvenciones (BOIB núm. 196, de 31 de diciembre de 2005); las Bases de Ejecución del presupuesto del IMAS de 2025, y la Ley 39/2015, de 1 de octubre, de procedimiento administrativo común de las administraciones públicas (BOE nº 236, de 2 de octubre de 2015), en adelante, Ley 39/2015. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;3. PRESUPUESTO DE LA CONVOCATORIA&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;El importe máximo que se destina a esta convocatoria es de QUINIENTOS DIECISÉIS MIL EUROS (516.000,00€), con cargo a la partida presupuestaria 40.23141.48905 del vigente presupuesto del IMAS.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;4. ÁMBITO TERRITORIAL&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Las actuaciones objeto de esta convocatoria deberán llevarse a cabo en los municipios de Mallorca. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;5. ENTIDADES BENEFICIARIAS&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Pueden ser beneficiarias de estas ayudas, las entidades que cumplen los requisitos siguientes: &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;a) Estar constituida como entidad privada sin ánimo de lucro con la adopción de la forma jurídica de asociación, fundación u otros. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;b) Estar legalmente constituidas e inscritas como entidades prestadoras de Servicios Sociales en el Registro Unificado de Servicios Sociales de las Islas Baleares, regulado en el capítulo II del Decreto 10/2013 de 28 de febrero, por el que se fijan los principios generales del Registro Unificado de Servicios Sociales de las Islas Baleares y de los procedimientos para la autorización y acreditación de Servicios Sociales, y se regulan la sección supra insular del Registro y los procedimientos para autorizar y acreditar servicios sociales de ámbito supra insular. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;c) Tener por objeto principal en sus estatutos la realización de actividades, servicios y programas en materia de servicios sociales dirigidos a la población en general.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;d) Disponer de sede o delegación permanente y activa en la isla de Mallorca.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;e) No incurrir en ninguna de las prohibiciones para ser beneficiario que establece el art. 13 de la Ley 38/2003 de 17 de noviembre, General de Subvenciones.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;f) Estar al corriente en el cumplimiento de las obligaciones tributarias, tanto estatales como autonómicas, locales, así como con la Seguridad Social.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;g) También podrán ser beneficiarias las agrupaciones de entidades sin ánimo de lucro, siempre y cuando las entidades que la conformen y que participen en la ejecución del proyecto cumplan los requisitos indicados anteriormente para poder ser beneficiarios. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Se excluyen de esta convocatoria las siguientes entidades privadas:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;ul&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Entidades que tengan firmados acuerdos de acción concertada con el IMAS y/o con la CAIB&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;​​​​​Entidades que hayan tenido vigente en el año 2024 un contrato de servicios con el IMAS y/o con la CAIB por un importe superior a 60.000 euros.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;/ul&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;6. PROYECTOS Y ACTUACIONES SUBVENCIONABLES&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Los proyectos objeto de subvención son los proyectos o actividades que se hayan desarrollado a lo largo de 2024 y que se encuadren dentro de alguna de las actuaciones siguientes:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;a) Actividades de carácter preventivo, de información, de atención y de apoyo social, psicológico y emocional a personas afectadas por situaciones que generan vulnerabilidad, dependencia, riesgo de aislamiento, discriminación, marginación y exclusión social. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;b) Actividades de inserción, rehabilitación e integración sociolaboral de personas y/o colectivos con dificultades sociales, más desfavorecidos y/o excluidos socialmente; así como actuaciones que complementen programas de asistencia, inserción y reinserción social del Instituto Mallorquín de Asuntos Sociales.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Se excluyen de esta convocatoria las actuaciones que no se ajusten a las modalidades descritas anteriormente, como son: infraestructuras de edificios (construcción y/o remodelación), equipamientos, mantenimiento, creación de centros de servicios sociales (de estancias diurnas y/o residenciales) y estudios.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Cada entidad solicitante podrá presentar un único proyecto, que no podrá tener un coste superior a 50.000 euros y el importe máximo subvencionable será de 30.000,00 euros.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;7. GASTOS SUBVENCIONABLES, PERIODO SUBVENCIONABLE Y OTRAS CONSIDERACIONES AL RESPECTO&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;7.1 Gastos subvencionables&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;ul&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Serán gastos subvencionables de esta convocatoria, los gastos corrientes del proyecto subvencionable imputados y pagados dentro del periodo subvencionable. En ningún caso el coste de adquisición de estos gastos puede ser superior al valor de mercado. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Los tributos serán subvencionables siempre que el beneficiario de la subvención los abone de manera efectiva (art. 44 OGS).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Los gastos financieros, los gastos de asesoría jurídica o financiera, los gastos notariales o registrales, los gastos periciales para llevar a cabo el proyecto subvencionado y los de administración específicos son subvencionables si están directamente relacionados con la actividad subvencionada y son indispensables para prepararla o ejecutarla de manera adecuada. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;/ul&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;7.2 Gastos NO subvencionables&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;No son gastos subvencionables: &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;- Los intereses deudores de las cuentas bancarias.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;- Los intereses, recargos y sanciones administrativas y penales.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;- Los gastos de procedimientos judiciales.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;- Los impuestos indirectos cuando sean susceptibles de recuperación o compensación, no los impuestos personales sobre la renta (art. 44 OGS)&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;7.3 Periodo subvencionable&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Son subvencionables las actuaciones y proyectos llevados a cabo entre el día 1 de enero de 2024 y el 31 de diciembre de 2024.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;7.4 Otras consideraciones&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;De acuerdo con el artículo 32 de la Ordenanza General de Subvenciones, la entidad beneficiaria de la subvención puede haber subcontratado con terceros la ejecución total o parcial de la actividad que constituye el objeto de esta subvención.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;En ningún caso se pueden haber subcontratar actividades que, a pesar de aumentar el coste de la actividad subvencionada, no aporten valor añadido al contenido de la actividad. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Los subcontratistas están obligados sólo ante la entidad solicitante de la subvención, quien asume la responsabilidad total de la ejecución de la actividad subvencionada ante la Administración.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;La entidad beneficiaria es la responsable de que en la ejecución de la actividad subvencionada subcontratada con terceros se hayan respetado los límites que establece la normativa reguladora de la subvención en cuanto a la naturaleza y a la cuantía de los gastos subvencionables, y los contratistas están sujetos al deber de colaboración para permitir la adecuada verificación del cumplimiento de los límites mencionados. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;La entidad beneficiaria no puede haber contratado la ejecución total o parcial de las actividades subvencionables con:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;ul&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Personas o entidades que incurren en alguna de las prohibiciones para ser beneficiarias del artículo 10 del Texto refundido de la Ley de Subvenciones.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Personas o entidades que hayan percibido otras subvenciones para la realización de la actividad objeto de contratación. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Intermediarios o asesores en los que los pagos se definen como un porcentaje de coste total de la operación, salvo que el pago esté justificado con referencia al valor de mercado de trabajo efectuado o de los servicios prestados. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Personas o entidades vinculadas con el beneficiario, salvo que la contratación se efectúe de acuerdo con las condiciones normales de mercado. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;/ul&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;8. SOLICITUD LICITUD DE SUBVENCIÓN&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Las solicitudes deberán presentarse de acuerdo con los modelos normalizados relacionados en los anexos de esta convocatoria y que se pueden encontrar dentro del trámite telemático establecido a tal efecto en el enlace&lt;span style="display:block; line-height:1.6; margin-bottom:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt; &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt; &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="display:inline-block"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;https://seu.conselldemallorca.net/web/seu/fitxa?key=181219&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Cada entidad sólo puede presentar una solicitud. En caso de cual entidad presentara más de una solicitud/proyecto se tendría por presentada la última solicitud, según el número del registro de entrada del IMAS.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;La documentación de carácter general para todas las solicitudes es la adecuada para acreditar el cumplimiento de los requisitos para ser entidad beneficiaria de la subvención y se concretan en la forma siguiente:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:40px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;a. Anexo 1: Solicitud de la ayuda económica&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;, con la documentación que acredite la representación y vigencia del cargo de la persona firmante de la solicitud. Esta solicitud contendrá:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;ul style="margin-left:40px"&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Declaración de que la entidad solicitante no está incluida en ninguno de los supuestos de prohibición o incompatibilidad para percibir la subvención. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Declaración responsable de no haber solicitado ni haber recibido ninguna otra ayuda para la misma finalidad de cualquier administración pública o ente privado o público , dentro del ámbito objeto de esta convocatoria.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Declaración expresa de las ayudas recibidas por la misma finalidad de cualquier administración pública o ente privado o público , dentro del ámbito objeto de esta convocatoria.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;/ul&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:40px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Declaración expresa de que la documentación del anexo 2 y la documentación acreditativa que ya obra en poder del Instituto Mallorquín de Asuntos Sociales, no ha sufrido modificaciones dentro de los dos años precedentes, para los casos que corresponda.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:40px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;b. Anexo 2: Solicitud de alta de titularidad bancaria&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt; Esta solicitud se puede descargar en este enlace:&lt;span style="display:block; line-height:1.6; margin-bottom:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt; &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt; https://seu.conselldemallorca.net/fitxa?key=72772. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:40px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;No es necesario que hagan el trámite de acreditación de titularidad de la cuenta bancaria las entidades que ya hayan sido anteriormente beneficiarias de subvenciones del IMAS y no deseen cambiar la cuenta bancaria. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:40px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;c. Anexo 3: Memoria descriptiva o proyecto&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt; donde la entidad solicitante expondrá las características del proyecto realizado, y debe constar de:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;ul style="margin-left:40px"&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Memoria explicativa de la actividad realizada: comentario y evaluación de los resultados obtenidos y de todos aquellos aspectos que sean relevantes, con indicación de la fecha de finalización del proyecto. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Cualquier otra documentación que se considere necesaria o sea requerida a los efectos de comprobar la realización del proyecto subvencionado.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;/ul&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:40px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;d. Documentación acreditativa&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt; de que la entidad cumple con los requisitos previstos en el &lt;/span&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;punto 5&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt; de esta convocatoria:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:80px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;- Fotocopia de los estatutos debidamente legalizados haciendo constar explícitamente no tener ánimo de lucro, y CIF.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:80px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;- Acreditación vigente de la inscripción en el Registro Unificado de Servicios Sociales de la comunidad autónoma de las Islas Baleares o en lo que corresponda. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:80px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;- Documentación acreditativa de que la entidad tiene su domicilio social, el establecimiento principal, una sucursal o una delegación en Mallorca.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:40px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;No será necesario presentar los anteriores documentos que ya estén en poder de la Dirección insular de Personas con Discapacidad del IMAS, si no se han producido modificaciones. Bastará que el representante legal de la entidad marque la casilla en el apartado 3 de declaración de vigencia de la documentación presentada el año anterior del anexo 1 de la solicitud de subvención. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:40px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;La presentación de la solicitud de subvención, supone que la solicitante acepta estas bases y convocatoria. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:40px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Si la entidad solicitante autoriza al Consell de Mallorca y sus organismos dependientes para obtener la acreditación de las circunstancias de estar al corriente de las obligaciones tributarias, con la Seguridad Social, con el Consell de Mallorca y sus organismos dependientes, no será necesario aportar ningún certificado. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:40px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Si la entidad solicitante deniega expresamente esta autorización, deberá aportarlos junto con la solicitud y en cada momento de la tramitación que se le requiera.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:40px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Por otro lado, las entidades interesadas no están obligadas a aportar los datos o documentos que puedan ser consultados mediante las plataformas de intermediación de datos u otros sistemas electrónicos.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:40px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;e.Memoria económica&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:40px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;En la memoria se hacen constar los gastos realizados incluyendo todos los costes directos e indirectos y se concretará con la cumplimentación del&lt;/span&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt; Anexo 4 (Cuenta Justificativa)&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:40px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;La cuenta justificativa es una relación de los gastos de la actividad subvencionada estructurada de acuerdo con las partidas del proyecto presentado y debe indicar los siguientes datos de las facturas o documentos acreditativos: número de orden, número de factura, fecha de emisión de la factura, proveedor, NIF, concepto del gasto, importe imputado y fecha de pago. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:40px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Esta cuenta justificativa (Anexo 4), además de presentarla en formato pdf debidamente firmado, también se debe presentar en formato hoja de cálculo (excel, libre Office Calc) junto con la documentación siguiente: &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:40px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;e-1)&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt; Cuentas&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:40px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Las facturas y los pagos deben presentarse numerados y en el mismo orden que en la relación de gastos de la cuenta justificativa ( Anexo 4 ).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:40px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Las facturas o los documentos justificativos de los gastos de la actividad objeto de la subvención que deben estar expedidas a nombre de la entidad beneficiaria y, además, cumplirán con todos los requisitos que se exigen en el Real Decreto 1619/2012, de 30 de noviembre, por el que se aprueba el Reglamento que regula las obligaciones de facturación.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:40px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Deben constar obligatoriamente, como mínimo:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;ul style="margin-left:40px"&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Datos fiscales identificativos del proveedor y destinatario.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Fecha y número de la factura&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Concepto del gasto.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;IRPF y/o IVA (si corresponde)&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;/ul&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:40px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Cuando la operación documentada en la factura esté exenta o no sujeta al impuesto (IVA) debe hacerse constar y debe incluirse una referencia a las disposiciones correspondientes de la Directiva 2006/112/CE, de 28 de noviembre, o a los preceptos correspondientes de la Ley 37/1992, de 28 de diciembre, del Impuesto sobre el Valor Añadido o indicación de cuál es la operación exenta.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:40px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Cuando las facturas incluyan conceptos subvencionables y no subvencionables se deberán especificar los conceptos por los que se solicita la subvención.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:40px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Cuando el importe del gasto por proveedor supere los 15.000 euros (IVA excluido), se deberá acreditar que la elección de los proveedores se ha realizado con criterios de eficiencia, y economía, adjuntando con este objetivo un mínimo de tres ofertas y justificante de la elección realizada. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:40px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Las ofertas deberán estar suficientemente detalladas, especificando suministro, servicios y precios, así como fecha de realización e identificación de la empresa oferente. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:40px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;La beneficiaria quedará exceptuada de la presentación de tres ofertas cuando justifique que, por las especiales características del gasto subvencionable, no hay en el mercado suficientes empresas que lo suministren o realicen. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:40px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;e-2)&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt; Acreditación del pago de las facturas&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:40px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;La forma de acreditar que las facturas presentadas han sido pagadas es la que determina el artículo 43 de la Ordenanza general de subvenciones y depende de la forma escogida por la entidad para hacer el pago: &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:80px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;a) Pago mediante transferencia bancaria o ingresos en cuenta bancaria:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:120px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;- Copia del justificante de la orden de transferencia bancaria o del documento bancario acreditativo del pago en el que figuren el concepto de la transferencia o el ingreso, la fecha del documento, el importe, la identificación del concepto, a fin de que quede identificado el pago de la factura, y los datos del ordenante y del destinatario, que deben coincidir con la persona beneficiaria y con la emisora de la factura, respectivamente, y &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:120px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;- Extracto de la cuenta bancaria de la persona beneficiaria de la ayuda en la que figure el cargo de esta transferencia, cuando no queden acreditados los requisitos señalados en el párrafo anterior&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:80px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;b) Pago mediante cheque nominativo: &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:120px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;- Copia del cheque nominativo o pagaré nominativo emitido a nombre del proveedor que expide la factura o documento equivalente, siempre que esté vencido y &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:120px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;- Extracto de la cuenta corriente del beneficiario de la ayuda en la que figure el cargo de este cheque o pagaré, o&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:120px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;- Certificado de la entidad bancaria en que conste el número de cheque, el importe y la identificación de quien lo cobra y la fecha de cobro (no es necesario presentar el extracto de la cuenta corriente si el certificado de la entidad bancaria incluye también la identificación del número de cuenta en que se ha cargado el cheque y el titular de la cuenta, que debe coincidir con la persona beneficiaria de la ayuda).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:80px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;c) Pago mediante tarjeta de crédito: &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:120px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;- Ticket de compra en el que figure el pago con tarjeta en caso de que no se indique en la factura y &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:120px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;- Extracto de la cuenta en que figure el cargo del pago con tarjeta. El extracto de la cuenta puede sustituirse por un certificado o título similar de la entidad bancaria, en el que, como mínimo, conste el titular y el número de la cuenta corriente en que se carga el pago de la tarjeta, la persona beneficiaria, el concepto por el que se hace la transferencia y el importe y fecha de la operación.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:80px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;d) Pago en efectivo: Recibo, firmado y sellado por el proveedor, en el que debe especificarse el gasto al que corresponde el pago, la fecha y la expresión «recibido en metálico». Bajo la firma debe figurar el nombre, los linajes y el número de DNI de la persona que firma. Sólo se pueden justificar en efectivo los pagos de facturas por un importe no superior a 250 €, incluyendo el IVA, con un máximo de 1.000 € por subvención concedida.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:40px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;La justificación de gastos de mantenimiento o gastos indirectos dentro de un proyecto no pueden superar el 25% de proyecto. El proceso de comprobación de imputación de los gastos se fundamentará en la distribución de los gastos contenidos en la cuenta justificativa (anexo 4).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:40px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Retenciones practicadas&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:40px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;En el caso de que la factura esté sujeta a retención de IRPF debe presentarse la documentación correspondiente: declaración 111 trimestral o 216 por no residentes, y/o 115, los correspondientes justificantes de pago, la declaración informativa 190 anual o 296 por no residentes y/ o 180 anual y, en su defecto, debe presentarse la relación general de bases y descuentos. Asimismo, se presentarán las declaraciones trimestrales/mensuales, según proceda, de retenciones e ingreso a cuenta de IRPF (MOD. 110/111) y resumen anual (MOD. 190).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:40px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;e-3) &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Gastos personales&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:40px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;En caso de gastos de personal se presentarán los recibos de nóminas y de los boletines mensuales de cotización a la Tesorería General de la Seguridad Social (RNT/RLC) que se sellarán y se compulsarán, si procede.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:40px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;En el caso de que no se impute la totalidad del coste salarial de un trabajador, se deberá indicar el criterio aplicado, que será el resultado de cuantificar la proporción de las horas semanales dedicadas a la actividad subvencionada sobre el total de horas semanales por las que esté contratado el trabajador.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:40px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;En aquellos supuestos que, de acuerdo con la normativa vigente, no sea necesario formalizar la correspondiente relación laboral contractual, la prestación de los servicios debe justificarse mediante la emisión de los recibos, con la correspondiente retención del IRPF y con expresión de la fecha y el concepto de la actividad realizada.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:40px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;e-4) &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Gastos generales&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:40px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;En el caso de los gastos generales imputados que tengan la consideración de costes indirectos, el coste a imputar se determinará, con carácter general, como resultado de aplicar al gasto realizado la proporción de los m2 de los espacios utilizados en la ejecución de la actividad sobre la superficie total del centro. Se admitirán, también, otros métodos de cálculo que de forma objetiva permitan determinar el coste imputable.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:40px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;La justificación de gastos de mantenimiento o gastos indirectos dentro de un proyecto no pueden superar el 25% del proyecto. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:40px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;El proceso de comprobación de imputación de los gastos se fundamentará en la distribución de los gastos contenidos en la cuenta justificativa (anexo 4).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:40px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;e-5) &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Otros documentos&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:40px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Cuando las actividades hayan sido financiadas, además de la subvención, con fondos propios u otras subvenciones o recursos, debe acreditarse, en la justificación, el importe, la procedencia y la aplicación de estos fondos a las actividades subvencionadas y, en ningún caso, el importe de la subvención concedida puede ser de tal cuantía que, aisladamente o en concurrencia con otras ayudas de cualquier administración pública o de entes públicos o privados, supere el coste total de la actividad que debe llevar a cabo la entidad beneficiaria.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:40px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;En los casos en que haya habido desvíos respecto del proyecto o del presupuesto inicial se deberán especificar las desviaciones sufridas.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Asimismo, en los casos en que las facturas incluyan conceptos subvencionables y no subvencionables o no se impute la totalidad del gasto, se deberán especificar los criterios de imputación y los conceptos que se imputan a la subvención. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Si en una misma factura se incluyen conceptos no subvencionables sólo se considerarán elegibles los gastos descritos en esta convocatoria.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;8.2. PLAZO DE PRESENTACIÓN DE LAS SOLICITUDES LICITUDES&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;El plazo de presentación de solicitudes es de quince días hábiles contados a partir del día siguiente de la publicación del extracto de esta convocatoria en el Boletín Oficial de las Islas Baleares.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Si el último día del plazo fuera un sábado, domingo o un día declarado festivo en el municipio de Palma, se entenderá que concluye el siguiente día hábil. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;8.3. LUGAR DE PRESENTACIÓN DE LAS SOLICITUDES LICITUDES&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Dado que los beneficiarios de las ayudas son personas jurídicas y, por tanto, sujetos obligados a relacionarse electrónicamente con la Administración, de acuerdo con lo establecido por el art. 14.2 de la Ley 39/2015, de 1 de octubre del procedimiento administrativo común de las administraciones públicas la presentación de solicitudes debe hacerse a través del trámite telemático habilitado a tal efecto en la sede electrónica del Consell de Mallorca&amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp;https://seu.conselldemallorca.net/web/seu/fitxa?key=181219.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;9. NATURALEZA DE LA SUBVENCIÓN&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Estas subvenciones son de carácter voluntario, eventuales, anulables, revocables y reintegrables en todo momento por las causas previstas en la ley, en la Ordenanza general de subvenciones del Consell de Mallorca o en esta convocatoria. Además, no generan ningún derecho a obtener otras subvenciones en años posteriores y no se pueden alegar como precedente. La concesión de las subvenciones de esta convocatoria se rige por los principios de publicidad, objetividad, igualdad, no discriminación, eficacia en el cumplimiento de los objetivos fijados por el órgano que les otorga y eficiencia en la asignación y utilización de los recursos públicos.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;10. PROCEDIMIENTO DE CONCESIÓN &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;10.1. Régimen&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Para esta convocatoria se establece un procedimiento de concesión de concurrencia competitiva, en los términos previstos en el artículo 21 de la OGS en virtud de la cual se comparan, en un único procedimiento, todas las solicitudes presentadas con la intención de establecer una prelación, en cada línea de subvención. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;10.2. Órgano instructor e instrucción del procedimiento&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;El órgano competente para instruir el procedimiento es el/la director/a insular de Personas con Discapacidad del Instituto Mallorquín de Asuntos Sociales, que estará asistido/a en sus funciones por la unidad administrativa y por los técnicos/as de la Unidad de asistencia técnica a la tramitación de ayudas económicas o los que se determinen. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Entre las funciones del órgano instructor se encuentran todas las actuaciones necesarias para instruir y tramitar el procedimiento en los términos que establece el artículo 16 de la Ley de subvenciones y los artículos 18 y 45 de la OGS. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;El órgano instructor debe examinar las solicitudes y la documentación adjunta para determinar si se adecuan a lo establecido en esta convocatoria. Debe comprobar específicamente que la entidad solicitante cumple los requisitos y que se aporta la documentación prevista en esta convocatoria, en especial en lo referente a la justificación económica. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;En caso de que la solicitud no reúna los requisitos legales y los que se derivan de esta convocatoria, desde el IMAS se requerirá a la entidad solicitante, de acuerdo con lo establecido en el artículo 68 de la Ley 39/2015, de 1 de octubre, del procedimiento administrativo común de las administraciones públicas para que, en un plazo de diez días hábiles, enmiende la falta o acompañe los documentos preceptivos, con la indicación de que, si no lo hace, se tendrá por desistida de su petición, previa resolución expresa en los términos que establece el artículo 21 de esta Ley.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;10.3 Criterios de valoración y criterios de cálculo del importe a conceder&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Los &lt;/span&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;criterios para la valoración de los proyectos&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt; presentados serán los siguientes siendo la puntuación máxima la de 20 puntos: &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Cuando el crédito presupuestario sea suficiente, se podrá otorgar el 100% de la cuantía solicitada sin necesidad de establecer un orden de prelación entre las solicitudes presentadas que reúnen los requisitos de la convocatoria, y obtengan la puntuación mínima exigida. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;En el caso de que una vez valorados los proyectos y cuantificados los importes a conceder de conformidad con el punto anterior, la suma de los importes superen el crédito presupuestario disponible para esta convocatoria, deberán prorratearse los importes a conceder de acuerdo con la fórmula siguiente:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;importe a conceder al proyecto según valoración técnica X importe máximo de la convocatoria&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;suma de los importes totales a conceder a los proyectos&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;En cualquier caso, el importe de la subvención, ya sea aisladamente o en concurrencia con otras subvenciones de cualquier administración pública u otra entidad pública o privada, no puede ser superior al coste total de la actividad o el programa que se ha llevado a cabo por la entidad beneficiaria. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;10.4 De la Comisión Evaluadora y la propuesta de resolución de concesiones y denegaciones&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;De acuerdo con lo dispuesto en el artículo 22.1 de la Ley 38/2003, general de subvenciones, se constituye la Comisión Evaluadora, que debe estudiar y revisar todas las solicitudes presentadas, y debe emitir el informe que sirve de base al órgano instructor para elaborar la propuesta de resolución. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;En esta convocatoria la comisión evaluadora estará formada por los miembros siguientes :&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Presidente/a: El/la director/a insular de Personas con Discapacidad del IMAS o persona en quien delegue.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Secretario/a: Con voz pero sin voto, la jefa del servicio jurídico-administrativo, o persona que la sustituya. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Vocales:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt; &lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:80px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;El director gerente del IMAS o persona que lo sustituya.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:80px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;El/la jefe/ a de Servicio del Área de Personas con Discapacidad, o persona que lo sustituya.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:80px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;La jefa del servicio de gestión económica del IMAS, o persona que la sustituya.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:80px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;La técnica jurídica del Área de Personas con Discapacidad, o persona que la sustituya .&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Una vez revisadas todas las solicitudes, la cuantía propuesta a otorgar para la Comisión Evaluadora podrá ser hasta el límite del crédito presupuestario establecido en esta convocatoria.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;El expediente de esta convocatoria contendrá el informe del órgano instructor de concesiones y denegaciones, en el que hará constar de acuerdo con la información que obra en su poder, que los beneficiarios cumplen todos los requisitos necesarios para acceder, y en su caso, propondrá denegar motivadamente la ayuda en caso de detectarse el incumplimiento de los requisitos para ser entidad beneficiaria conforme a la convocatoria publicada. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;En tanto la subvención se entiende aceptada implícitamente con la presentación de la solicitud, siempre que la reducción afecte exclusivamente al importe solicitado y no sea inferior a la mitad del importe solicitado, el órgano instructor procederá a la formulación de la propuesta de resolución dirigida al órgano competente para resolver. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;En caso de que la reducción sea superior a la mitad del importe solicitado, el órgano instructor procederá a la formulación de una propuesta de resolución provisional que será notificada a las entidades interesadas mediante publicación en el Tablón de Edictos y en la sede electrónica del Consell de Mallorca, y se concederá un plazo de 15 días para presentar alegaciones. La subvención se considerará tácitamente aceptada por las entidades beneficiarias, excepto en caso de renuncia expresa. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;A la vista de las alegaciones formuladas y, en su caso de las renuncias presentadas, el órgano instructor formulará propuesta de resolución definitiva dirigida al órgano competente para resolver. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;10.5 De la resolución de concesión y de reconocimiento de obligaciones y del pago de la subvención &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;El órgano competente para resolver este expediente es la Presidencia del IMAS. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;El órgano competente para el reconocimiento de las obligaciones que se deriven es la Gerencia del IMAS. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Considerando lo anterior, mediante la resolución que aprueba esta convocatoria la Presidencia del IMAS delega en la Gerencia la competencia para resolver el expediente, de forma que único órgano sea el competente para conceder y reconocer las obligaciones derivadas de esta convocatoria. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;De acuerdo al artículo 27.3 de la OGS, el plazo máximo para dictar y notificar la resolución de la subvención es de seis meses a partir del día siguiente al de la que acabe el plazo de presentación de solicitudes.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Transcurrido este plazo sin que se haya dictado una resolución expresa, la solicitud debe entenderse desestimada, sin perjuicio de la obligación de resolver por parte del órgano competente y de las posibilidades de ampliación de los plazos que otorga la Ley 39/2015, de 1 de octubre, de procedimiento administrativo común de las administraciones públicas.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;La notificación de la resolución de concesión de las ayudas se practicará mediante publicación en el Boletín Oficial de las Islas Baleares, de acuerdo con el artículo 45 de la Ley 39/2015 del Procedimiento Administrativo de las Administraciones Públicas y en la Base Nacional de Datos de Subvenciones. También se puede consultar en el tablón de anuncios del IMAS: https://ims.sedipualba.es//tablondeanuncios/ y en la sede electrónica del Consell de Mallorca. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;11. JUSTIFICACIÓN Y PAGO DE LA SUBVENCIÓN &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Para abonar las subvenciones, la entidad beneficiaria debe justificar que el proyecto subvencionado se ha hecho y que se han cumplido y alcanzado las condiciones y los objetivos previstos en el acto de concesión y en la convocatoria.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;La modalidad de justificación de esta convocatoria es la cuenta justificativa del gasto realizado con la aportación de justificantes de gasto, prevista en los artículos 38 y 39 de la Ordenanza General de Subvenciones del Consell Insular de Mallorca. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;La entidad beneficiaria debe justificar la realización del proyecto subvencionado mediante la aportación de la documentación que se detalla en el punto 8.e) de esta convocatoria. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;En cuanto al pago, la entidad beneficiaria para cobrar la subvención es necesario que haya acreditado que ha pagado a los acreedores por razón del gasto realizado. La documentación acreditativa del pago según la forma que haya utilizado la persona beneficiaria debe ser la que se especifica en el punto 8.e) de esta convocatoria según lo establecido en el artículo 48.2 de la Ordenanza general de subvenciones del Consell Insular de Mallorca. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;No se puede hacer el pago de la subvención mientras la entidad beneficiaria no esté al corriente de las obligaciones tributarias y de la Seguridad Social ante la Administración del Estado, así como de las obligaciones tributarias ante el Consell Insular de Mallorca y los organismos autónomos que dependen de ella, impuestas por las disposiciones vigentes, o sea deudor por resolución de procedencia de reintegro.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Si en el momento del pago de la subvención concedida a la entidad beneficiaria, ésta tuviera deudas pendientes con el IMAS o con el Consell de Mallorca como consecuencia de la tramitación de un procedimiento de reintegro, se comunicará a la entidad afectada la posibilidad de compensar la cuantía concedida en virtud de esta convocatoria con la cantidad a reintegrar previa declaración de conformidad de la entidad respecto de los términos de la compensación propuesta por el IMAS.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;12. OBLIGACIONES DE LAS ENTIDADES BENEFICIARIAS&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;​​​​​​​&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;a) Haber llevado a cabo la actividad subvencionada que fundamenta la concesión de las subvenciones.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;b) Justificar, ante el órgano que concede la subvención o la entidad colaboradora, si procede, el cumplimiento de los requisitos y las condiciones, así como la realización de la actividad y el cumplimiento de la finalidad que determinan la concesión o el disfrute de la subvención.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;c) Someterse a las actuaciones de comprobación, que debe efectuar el órgano que concede la subvención o la entidad colaboradora, si procede, y cualquier otra de comprobación y control financiero que pueden llevar a cabo los órganos de control competentes, tanto nacionales como comunitarios, y aportar toda la información que le requieran en el ejercicio de las actuaciones anteriores.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;d) Comunicar al órgano que concede la subvención o la entidad colaboradora la obtención de otras subvenciones, ayudas, ingresos o recursos que financian las actividades subvencionadas. Esta comunicación debe efectuarse tan pronto como se conozca y, en todo caso, antes de la justificación de la aplicación dada a los fondos percibidos.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;e) Acreditar, antes de dictarse la propuesta de resolución de concesión, que está al corriente del cumplimiento de las obligaciones tributarias con el Estado y con el Consell Insular de Mallorca y los organismos autónomos que dependen de ella, y de las obligaciones con la Seguridad Social.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;f) Disponer de los libros contables, los registros diligenciados y otros documentos debidamente auditados en los términos que se exige en la legislación mercantil y sectorial aplicable a la persona beneficiaria en cada caso, así como todos los estados contables y los registros específicos exigidos en la convocatoria de las subvenciones, con la finalidad de garantizar el ejercicio adecuado de las facultades de comprobación y control.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;g) Conservar los documentos justificativos de la aplicación de los fondos recibidos, incluyendo los documentos electrónicos, mientras puedan ser objeto de las actuaciones de comprobación y control.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;h) Dar publicidad de la subvención recibida, informando de la actividad realizada y del apoyo y el importe subvencionado por el IMAS así como del carácter público de la financiación, de acuerdo con lo previsto en esta convocatoria.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;13. SEGUIMIENTO Y CONTROL DE LA CONCESIÓN&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Las entidades beneficiarias de las subvenciones otorgadas por el IMAS, quedan sometidas a las medidas de comprobación y fiscalización que establece el Decreto legislativo 2/2005, de 28 de diciembre, por el que se aprueba el texto refundido de la Ley de subvenciones, y por la OGS en cuanto a la concesión y el control de las ayudas públicas. Además, deben facilitar toda la información que les requieran el órgano instructor.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;La ocultación de cualquier información sobre los requisitos da lugar a la denegación o a la revocación de la ayuda otorgada.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;14. DIFUSIÓN DE LA SUBVENCIÓN CONCEDIDA POR PARTE DE LOS BENEFICIARIOS&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;La entidad beneficiaria debe dar publicidad adecuada del carácter público de la financiación del programa, actividad, inversión o actuación objeto de subvención. Las medidas de difusión deben consistir en la inclusión de la imagen institucional del IMAS, así como leyendas relativas a la financiación pública en carteles, placas conmemorativas, materiales impresos, medios electrónicos o audiovisuales, o bien en menciones hechas en medios de comunicación u otros que resulten adecuadas al objeto y de eficacia equivalente a las mencionadas.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Cuando se haga difusión en Mallorca o en cualquier territorio de habla catalana, se deberá utilizar como mínimo la lengua catalana. En caso de utilizarse varias lenguas, la catalana tendrá un tratamiento preferente. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;En caso de incumplimiento de la obligación de difusión se aplicarán las reglas establecidas en el artículo 15 de la OGS.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;15. REINTEGRO DE LAS AYUDAS CONCEDIDAS Y PÉRDIDA DEL DERECHO DE COBRO&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Procederá el reintegro total o parcial de las cuantías recibidas y la revocación de la ayuda en los casos establecidos en los artículos 56 a 58 de la Ordenanza general de subvenciones del Consell de Mallorca.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;16. RÉGIMEN DE INFRACCIONES Y SANCIONES&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;El incumplimiento de los requisitos previstos en esta convocatoria da lugar a la aplicación del régimen de infracciones y sanciones establecido en el título V del Decreto legislativo 2/2005, de 28 de diciembre. Las infracciones y sanciones que, en su caso, pueden derivarse del otorgamiento de las subvenciones previstas en esta convocatoria se rigen por lo establecido en el título V de la Ley de subvenciones y de acuerdo con el procedimiento que recoge el artículo 62 del mismo texto legal.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;​​​​​​​&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;17. PROTECCIÓN DE DATOS DE CARÁCTER PERSONAL&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Sin perjuicio de las obligaciones en materia de publicidad activa y derecho de acceso a la información pública previstas en la Ley 19/2013, de 9 de diciembre, de transparencia, acceso a la información pública y buen gobierno, las partes se comprometen a respetar la confidencialidad de la información que se suministra.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Asimismo, las partes están obligadas a cumplir las previsiones del reglamento (UE) 2016/679 del Parlamento Europeo y del Consejo de 27 de abril de 2016, relativo a la protección de datos de las personas físicas en cuanto al tratamiento de datos personales y libre circulación de estos datos y por el que se deroga la Directiva 95/46/CE, y las específicas de la Ley orgánica 3/2018, de 5 de diciembre, de protección de datos personales y garantía de derechos digitales, respecto a los datos personales que, como consecuencia de este procedimiento, se tratan y se comunican entre los mismos.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Con la presentación de la solicitud se da consentimiento para que los datos facilitados en esta solicitud sean recogidos y tratados por el Instituto Mallorquín de Asuntos Sociales (IMAS) con la finalidad de tramitar la concesión de las prestaciones económicas objeto de esta convocatoria.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Los datos facilitados serán incluidos en un fichero titularidad del IMAS con la finalidad de la tramitación de la subvención y control de la finalidad y aplicación. El ejercicio de los derechos de acceso, rectificación y cancelación se podrá realizar ante el Registro general del IMAS, calle General Riera, 67, 07010 de Palma de Mallorca.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;18. RECURSOS&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Contra las resoluciones que resuelvan esta convocatoria, adoptadas por la Presidencia, en tanto no ponen fin a la vía administrativa, puede interponerse recurso de alzada ante el Consell Executiu del Consell Insular de Mallorca, en el plazo y con los efectos del artículo 121 de la Ley 39/2015, todo ello de acuerdo con el artículo 28.1 de los Estatutos del IMAS aprobados por Acuerdo del Pleno del Consell de Mallorca de 11 de abril de 2019 (BOIB núm. 67, de 18 de mayo de 2019),​​​​​​​&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;No obstante, las resoluciones que se dicten en eventuales procedimientos de reintegro, sí agotan la vía administrativa, y contra éstos podrá interponerse Recurso potestativo de Reposición o directamente podrá interponerse recurso contencioso administrativo ante el Juzgado de lo Contencioso Administrativo.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
