&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;1.-Aprobar la modificación de la Relación de Puestos de Trabajo del personal laboral del IME por la creación del puesto de Jefe/a de Área de Mantenimiento y Obras en la Relación de Puestos de Trabajo del personal laboral del IME.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:&amp;quot;Times New Roman&amp;quot;,Times,serif"&gt;2.-Modificar las fichas añadiendo este nuevo puesto de trabajo en el catálogo de puestos.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Confección de proyectos, dirección de obras, medidas y peritajes por los cuales están facultados en virtud del título profesional por el cual haya accedido al puesto.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Interposición de recursos&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Contra esta resolución, que agota la vía administrativa, las personas interesadas pueden interponer recurso de reposición en el plazo de un mes ante el mismo órgano que la ha dictado, de acuerdo con los artículos 123 y 124 de la Ley 39/2015, del 1 de octubre, del procedimiento administrativo común. En caso de no interponer el recurso potestativo de reposición se puede interponer directamente recurso contencioso administrativo, según los artículos 8, 45 i siguientes de la Ley 29/1998, de 13 de julio, reguladora de la jurisdicción contenciosa administrativa, ante el Juzgado Contencioso Administrativo, en el plazo de dos meses desde el día siguiente a la publicación al Boletín Oficial de les Illes Balears.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
