    <env:contingut rdf:parseType="Literal">![CDATA[&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Por Decreto de Alcaldía&amp;nbsp;de fecha 27 de noviembre de 2024, se aprobó la convocatoria y las bases que tienen que regir el proceso selectivo para cubrir una plaza de peón, laboral fijo, mediante concurso oposición. La cual consta dentro de la Oferta Pública 2024. (BOIB&amp;nbsp;n.º 125, de 24/09/2024 y BOE n.º 41, de 17/02/2025).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Finalizado el proceso selectivo, el Tribunal Calificador, levantó resolución, elevando a definitiva las actas de valoración de los aspirantes y proponiendo a la Alcaldía&amp;nbsp;la selección del aspirante que había quedado en primer lugar y la constitución de la siguiente bolsa de trabajo, de acuerdo con las puntuaciones definitivas siguientes:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Y visto que el candidato que ocupa el primer lugar ha presentado la documentación requerida, entrada 571 de fecha 25/04/2025. Y de conformidad con el artículo 21.1.h) de la Ley 7/1985, de 2 de abril, de Bases del Régimen Local en relación con el artículo 79 del texto refundido de la Ley del Estatuto Básico del Empleado público aprobado por el Real decreto legislativo 5/2015, de 30 de octubre,&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="text-align:center"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;RESUELVO&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;PRIMERO. &lt;/strong&gt;Dar por finalizado el proceso de selección para cubrir una plaza de peón, personal laboral fijo, del Ayuntamiento de Costitx, por el sistema de concurso-oposición, la cual consta dentro de la Oferta de Ocupación Pública 2024 . (BOIB&amp;nbsp;n.º 125, de 24/09/2024 y BOE n.º 41, de 17/02/2025).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;SEGUNDO.&lt;/strong&gt; Nombrar el aspirante con mayor puntuación, ******, DNI&amp;nbsp;***978****, peón personal laboral fijo de este Ayuntamiento, y notificarle la resolución, para que tome posesión.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
