&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;De conformidad con lo establecido en los artículos 20.8 de la Ley 38/2003, de 17 de noviembre, general de subvenciones, y 4.1 de la Resolución de 10 de diciembre de 2015, de la Intervención General de la Administración del Estado, por el cual se regula el proceso de registro y publicación de convocatorias de subvenciones y ayudas en el Sistema Nacional de Publicidad de Subvenciones (BOE núm. 299, de 15 de diciembre de 2015), se publica el extracto de la convocatoria para la concesión de ayudas destinadas a financiar proyectos de sostenibilidad y accesibilidad en el sector turístico ibicenco, promovidos por entidades sin ánimo de lucro, empresas privadas y personas físicas.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;1. Objeto y finalidad.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;1.1. Las presentes bases tienen por objeto regular la concesión de ayudas por parte del Consejo Insular de Ibiza, en régimen de concurrencia competitiva, destinadas a fomentar la creación, la gestión y/o el desarrollo sostenible de productos turísticos estratégicos o bien a la realización de actuaciones consideradas estratégicas, en el marco de productos turísticos ya consolidados, por parte de los diferentes agentes que conforman el sector turístico privado.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;En este sentido, se consideran productos turísticos estratégicos, en el marco del presente procedimiento, los siguientes: &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;ul&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Turismo familiar&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Turismo de eventos deportivos&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Turismo de salud y bienestar&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Turismo activo de actividad náuticas sin motor&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Turismo de filmaciones&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Turismo activo senderismo y cicloturismo&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Turismo cultural&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Turismo gastronómico&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;/ul&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;O bien la realización de una o más actuaciones de las siguientes, en el marco de productos turísticos ya consolidados:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;ul&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Rediseño del producto hacia modelos más sostenibles medioambiental y socialmente. Medidas de alineación con el Objetivos de Desarrollo sostenible de la Agenda 2030.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Adaptación del producto a la lógica de la economía circular y a la incorporación del tejido productivo local y de los productos de proximidad.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Implantación de mejoras en el producto existente, que impliquen mayores impactos positivos en las comunidades locales.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Iniciativas que impliquen la diversificación de los perfiles de turistas a quienes se dirigen los productos (colectivo LGTBIQ+, turismo inclusivo, familias, turismo senior, entre otros)&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Otras actuaciones que encuentren ensambladura en los objetivos estratégicos de la promoción turística de la isla de Ibiza a medio y largo plazo.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Implementación de medidas para la mejora de la gestión mediante la implantación de aplicaciones y recursos informáticos.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;/ul&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Las actuaciones objeto de financiación se deben llevar a cabo en el plazo comprendido entre el 1 de noviembre de 2024 y el 31 de octubre de 2025.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;1.2. En esta convocatoria se establecen dos modalidades de ayudas:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;ul&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;MODALIDAD A: Ayudas destinadas a proyectos llevados a cabo por asociaciones sin ánimo de lucro.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;MODALIDAD B: Ayudas destinadas a proyectos llevados a cabo por empresas privadas y /o personas físicas.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;/ul&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;1.3. Podrán ser objeto de subvención todas las actuaciones llevadas a cabo en la isla de Ibiza, relacionadas con la &lt;/span&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;creación, la gestión y/o el desarrollo sostenible de productos turísticos estratégicos&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt; que se lleven a cabo en la isla de Ibiza entre el 1 de noviembre de 2024 y el 31 de octubre de 2025, así como &lt;/span&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;la realización de actuaciones consideradas estratégicas, en el marco de productos turísticos ya consolidados. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;2. Dotación económica.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;2.1. Para la financiación de la presente convocatoria se destinará la cantidad máxima de ochocientos cincuenta mil euros (850.000,00 €), que se harán efectivos con el siguiente desglose:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;ul&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;MODALIDAD A: Ayudas para asociaciones sin ánimo de lucro. Dotación de seiscientos mil euros (600.000 €) con cargo a la partida presupuestaria 4321-48900 del presupuesto corriente del año 2025 y con una ayuda máxima de 100.000 € por proyecto.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;MODALIDAD B: Ayudas para empresas privadas y/o personas físicas. Dotación de doscientos cincuenta mil euros (250.000 €) con cargo a la partida presupuestaria 4321-47900 del presupuesto corriente del año 2025 y con una ayuda máxima de 100.000 € por proyecto.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;/ul&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;En el supuesto de que la concesión de las ayudas de cualquier modalidad no agote la cantidad que se ha destinado, la cantidad que permanezca no concedida, podrá incorporarse a la otra modalidad.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;2.2. La cuantía de cada una de las ayudas a otorgar no podrá exceder, en ningún caso, del coste total de la actividad subvencionable, ni podrá ser superior a la cantidad solicitada.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;2.3. A efectos de lo que dispone el artículo 32 del RLGS, se hace constar expresamente que las presentes ayudas lo son como importe cierto y sin referencia a ningún porcentaje o fracción del coste total de las acciones presentadas o realizadas por las personas o entidades beneficiarias, por lo cual se puede financiar total o parcialmente la actividad a la cual se destina. En caso de que la ayuda a otorgar conforme a las presentes bases fuera parcial, esta tiene que ser compatible con las subvenciones o ayudas que las personas o entidades beneficiarias puedan obtener de la misma administración o de otra entidad pública o privada, respetando en todo caso los límites establecidos en el artículo 20 del TRLS.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;3. Entidades/personas beneficiarias.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;3.1. Podrán solicitar estas ayudas económicas:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;ul&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;MODALIDAD A: Proyectos promovidos por asociaciones sin ánimo de lucro, para la creación, la gestión y/o el desarrollo sostenible de productos turísticos estratégicos o bien asociaciones sin ánimo de lucro promotoras de actuaciones consideradas estratégicas, en el marco de productos turísticos ya consolidados, que se desarrollen o se hayan desarrollado en la isla de Ibiza dentro del periodo comprendido entre el 1 de noviembre de 2024 y el 31 de octubre de 2025.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;MODALIDAD B: Proyectos promovidos por empresas privadas o personas físicas, para la creación, la gestión y/o el desarrollo sostenible de productos turísticos estratégicos o bien asociaciones sin ánimo de lucro promotoras de actuaciones consideradas estratégicas, en el marco de productos turísticos ya consolidados, que se desarrollen o se hayan desarrollado en la isla de Ibiza dentro del periodo comprendido entre el 1 de noviembre de 2024 y el 31 de octubre de 2025.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;/ul&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Las personas y/o entidades solicitantes podrán obtener la condición de beneficiarios de las presentes ayudas si reúnen los requisitos establecidos, con carácter general, en el artículo 13 de la LGS, el artículo 10 del TRLS, así como en la base sexta de las bases reguladoras del presente procedimiento y siempre que la actividad por la cual se solicita la subvención encuentre ensambladura en el objeto de la presente convocatoria.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;3.2. No se establece un número máximo de proyectos por los cuales una misma entidad o persona pueda obtener financiación.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;En caso de que dos solicitantes diferentes pidan la subvención para un mismo proyecto, solo se valorará la propuesta realizada por la entidad que acredite ser la promotora del proyecto, y, para el caso que los dos solicitantes puedan acreditar este extremo, solo se valorará la primera de las propuestas presentadas, según el orden de presentación por registro de entrada, mientras que la otra propuesta restará excluida de la convocatoria.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;En el caso de personas o entidades que gestionen varios proyectos, estas tienen que presentar una solicitud por cada proyecto concreto para el cual soliciten la subvención, excepto si estos proyectos conforman un programa único de varias actuaciones.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;3.3. Restan expresamente excluidos de estas bases y de la convocatoria:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;a) Las personas, entidades u organismos pertenecientes al Consejo Insular de Ibiza.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;b) Los ayuntamientos de la isla de Ibiza así como el sector público empresarial de la isla de Ibiza.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;c) Las personas, entidades u organismos que no se encuentren al corriente de pago de las obligaciones tributarias y de la seguridad social, así como con la Tesorería del Consejo Insular de Ibiza.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;d) Las personas, entidades u organismos que no hayan cumplido las obligaciones propias de los beneficiarios de subvenciones otorgadas por el Consejo Insular de Ibiza en convocatorias anteriores, existiendo una declaración firme en este sentido.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;e) Las personas, entidades u organismos que hayan sido sancionadas o condenadas para ejercer o tolerar prácticas laborales consideradas discriminatorias por razón de sexo o de género, por resolución administrativa firme o sentencia judicial firme.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;f) Las personas, entidades u organismos que no cumplan con los requisitos establecidos en la presente convocatoria y/o con aquellos para obtener la condición de beneficiario de ayudas públicas, de conformidad con la normativa de aplicación.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;3.4. En el caso de las ayudas correspondientes a la modalidad B, las empresas beneficiarias tendrán que cumplir con las condiciones de exención y los límites del artículo 3 del Reglamento (UE) 1407/2013 de la Comisión, de 18 de diciembre de 2013, relativo a la aplicación de los artículos 107 y 108 del Tratado de funcionamiento de la Unión Europea a las ayudas de &lt;/span&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;minimis&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;El importe total de las ayudas de &lt;/span&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;minimis&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt; concedidas por un Estado miembro a una única empresa no excederá de 200.000 euros durante cualquier periodo de tres ejercicios fiscales.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;En este sentido, en el anexo IV de estas bases de la convocatoria figuran las declaraciones de las ayudas de &lt;/span&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;minimis&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;, así como otras ayudas percibidas por los solicitantes.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;3.5. La convocatoria de subvenciones se lleva a cabo en base a los principios de publicidad, transparencia, concurrencia, igualdad de género, objetividad y eficiencia en el cumplimiento del objeto de las acciones subvencionadas por parte del Consejo Insular de Ibiza. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;4. Requisitos de las personas/entidades beneficiarias.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;4.1. Para obtener la condición de beneficiarios, las personas y/o entidades solicitantes tendrán que acreditar que son los promotores de proyectos de creación, gestión y/o el desarrollo sostenible de productos turísticos estratégicos o bien entidades promotoras de actuaciones consideradas estratégicas, en el marco de productos turísticos ya consolidados, que se desarrollen o se hayan desarrollado en la isla de Ibiza dentro del periodo comprendido entre el 1 de noviembre de 2024 y el 31 de octubre de 2025.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;4.2. Para obtener la condición de beneficiarios, las personas y/o entidades solicitantes no podrán encontrarse en ninguna de las causas de prohibición previstas en la normativa aplicable en materia de subvenciones y que sean aplicables a los sujetos definidos como beneficiarios. Este requisito se acreditará por la persona interesada mediante la presentación de una declaración responsable en la que se ponga de manifiesto que la entidad solicitante no está sometida a las prohibiciones previstas en el artículo 13 de la LGS, que determina la prohibición para obtener la condición de beneficiario de subvenciones, resaltando especialmente la de no ser deudor por reintegro de subvenciones.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;4.3. Así mismo las personas y/o entidades solicitantes tendrán que estar al corriente en el cumplimiento de las obligaciones tributarias con la Hacienda del Estado, con la Agencia Tributaria de las Islas Baleares, con el Consejo Insular de Ibiza y con la Seguridad Social. Este requisito se acreditará mediante la presentación de las certificados a que se refiere el artículo 22 del RLGS, teniendo en cuenta que estos certificados tienen que estar expedidos en una fecha posterior a la de la publicación de las presentes bases o bien, mediante autorización expresa para que el Consejo Insular de Ibiza pueda recaudar estos datos (anexo III).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;En este sentido el artículo 11 f) del TRLS prevé que el beneficiario tendrá que acreditar, en la forma que reglamentariamente se establezca y antes de dictar la propuesta de resolución de concesión, que se encuentra al corriente de sus obligaciones tributarias y de la Seguridad Social, ante la Administración Estatal y de sus obligaciones tributarias ante la Hacienda autonómica.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;4.4. En caso de que la persona o entidad tenga alguna exención tributaria se tendrá que acreditar la concesión efectiva de la exención.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;4.5. Las personas o entidades solicitantes tendrán que disponer de los permisos y autorizaciones que corresponda según el caso, para poder llevar a cabo las actuaciones y proyectos para los cuales se solicite financiación, así mismo, las personas o entidades solicitantes tendrán que disponer de los seguros que resulten necesarios para llevar a cabo estas actuaciones y/o proyectos y mantener su vigencia durante todo el periodo de duración de la actividad y/o proyecto.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;5. Convocatoria y publicidad.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;De conformidad con aquello previsto en los artículos 14 y 15 del TRLS, el procedimiento para la concesión de las ayudas reguladas por estas bases se iniciará de oficio, mediante convocatoria aprobada por el Consejo Ejecutivo del Consejo Insular de Ibiza. Las bases de la presente convocatoria se enviarán a publicar al Boletín Oficial de las Islas Baleares (BOIB) y, una vez publicadas, en cumplimiento de lo que disponen los artículos 17.3, 18 y 20.8 de la LGS, se enviará la convocatoria y un extracto de esta a la Base de datos Nacional de Subvenciones (BDNS), que dará traslado del extracto al BOIB. Así mismo, se publicarán en la sede electrónica del Consejo Insular de Ibiza (http://seu.conselldeivissa.es).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Así mismo, las subvenciones concedidas se publicarán en el Portal de Transparencia del Consejo Insular de Ibiza&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;(http://transparencia.conselldeivissa.info), con el detalle de la información prevista sobre subvenciones y ayudas, en la Ley 9/2013, de 9 de diciembre, de transparencia, acceso a la información pública y buen gobierno. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;6. Presentación de las solicitudes.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;6.1. Las solicitudes se tienen que dirigir al presidente del Consejo Insular de Ibiza, conforme al modelo que se establece en el anexo I de las presentes bases, que podrá ser objeto de descarga para su cumplimentación a través de la sede electrónica del Consejo Insular de Ibiza (http://seu.conselldeivissa.es).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;El hecho de presentar la solicitud correspondiente, implica la aceptación de estas bases.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;6.2. Las solicitudes se presentarán en los términos contemplados en el artículo 14 de la LPAC, dentro del plazo de diez días hábiles, contadores desde el día siguiente a la publicación del extracto de la convocatoria en el Boletín Oficial de las Islas Baleares, junto con los documentos que acrediten el cumplimiento de los requisitos exigidos en las presentes bases de la convocatoria.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;6.3. Las solicitudes de ayuda se acompañarán de la siguiente documentación:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;6.3.1. Documentación administrativa:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;a) Tarjeta de identificación fiscal de la persona o entidad solicitante.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;b) Certificado de inscripción en el registro correspondiente (registro de asociaciones, registro mercantil, u otros, dependiendo de la tipología de la entidad solicitante).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;c) Estatutos de la asociación depositados en el registro correspondiente o escritura de constitución de la sociedad debidamente inscrita en el registro mercantil.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;d) Acreditación de alta en el censo de empresarios, profesionales y retenedores de la Agencia Estatal de la Administración Tributaria en el epígrafe que corresponde.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;e) Documentación acreditativa de la capacidad de la persona que representa legalmente a la entidad solicitante para actuar en nombre suyo, así como copia de su DNI.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;f) Declaración responsable de no estar sometido en ninguna de las prohibiciones para obtener la condición de beneficiario señaladas a los apartados 2 y 3 del artículo 13 de la LGS y en el artículo 10 TRLS (anexo II).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;g) Declaración responsable de subvenciones recibidas o en trámite de concesión por esta o cualquier otra administración o entidad pública o privada, relativas a las mismas actuaciones indicando la cuantía y procedencia (anexo II).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;h) Certificados de estar al corriente en el cumplimiento de las obligaciones tributarias con la Hacienda del Estado, con la Agencia Tributaria de las Islas Baleares, con el Consejo Insular de Ibiza y la Seguridad Social o bien, autorización expresa para que el Consejo Insular de Ibiza pueda recabar estos datos (anexo III).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;6.3.2. Documentación técnica&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;a) Memoria técnica descriptiva de las actuaciones por las cuales se solicita la subvención con indicación del plazo efectivo de ejecución de las actuaciones. La memoria descriptiva tendrá que hacer referencia concreta a los diferentes criterios de valoración y no podrá tener una extensión superior en 20 páginas Din-A4, redactadas en fuente &lt;/span&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;arial&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt; tamaño 11.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;b) Presupuesto detallado de las actuaciones que incluya relación de los ingresos y gastos totales realizados y/o a realizar.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;6.4. El Consejo Insular podrá solicitar, en cualquier momento, la documentación complementaria que considere necesaria para evaluar correctamente la solicitud.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;6.5. Será motivo de exclusión, no se baremarán, y por tanto no podrán obtener ayuda, aquellas solicitudes en las que concurra cualquier de los siguientes supuestos:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;a) Los solicitantes que no aporten toda la documentación requerida en cualquier momento de la tramitación del expediente.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Así mismo, las subvenciones concedidas se publicarán en el Portal de Transparencia del Consejo Insular de Ibiza (http://transparencia.conselldeivissa.info), con el detalle de la información prevista sobre subvenciones y ayudas, a la Ley 9/2013, de 9 de diciembre, de transparencia, acceso a la información pública y buen gobierno. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
