En fecha de 11 de abril de 2024 se publicó, en el Boletín Oficial de las Islas Baleares núm. 48, la Resolución del presidente del Fondo de Garantía Agraria y Pesquera de las Islas Baleares (FOGAIBA) por la que se convocan, para el año 2024, subvenciones para inversiones en la prevención de los daños causados ​​en los bosques por incendios forestales, desastres naturales y catástrofes. </span></span></span></span></p> <p><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"><span style="line-height:120%"><span style="display:inline-block"><span style="color:#000000">2. En fecha de 25 de mayo de 2024 se publicó, en el Boletín Oficial de las Islas Baleares núm. 69, la Resolución del presidente del Fondo de Garantía Agraria y Pesquera de las Illes Balears (FOGAIBA) por la que se modifica la Resolución del presidente del Fondo de Garantía Agraria y Pesquera de las Illes Balears (FOGAIBA) de 26 de marzo de 2024, por la que se convocan, para los años 20 bosques por incendios forestales, desastres naturales y catástrofes. 3. En fecha de 21 de noviembre de 2024 se publicó, en el Boletín Oficial de las Islas Baleares núm. 152, la Resolución del presidente del Fondo de Garantía Agraria y Pesquera de las Illes Balears (FOGAIBA) por la que se incrementan los créditos que prevé la Resolución del presidente del Fondo de Garantía Agraria y Pesquera de las Illes Balears (FOGAIBA) de 26 de marzo de 2024 por la que se convocan, para la daños causados ​​a los bosques por incendios forestales, desastres naturales y catástrofes</span></span></span></span></p> <p><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"><span style="line-height:120%"><span style="display:inline-block"><span style="color:#000000">4. De conformidad con el apartado sexto de la citada Resolución, el plazo de presentación de solicitudes terminó el día 31/05/2024, y tuvieron entrada en el Registro del Fondo de Garantía Agraria y Pesquera de las Islas Baleares un total de 264 solicitudes de ayuda. 5. Los órganos gestores del Servicio de Ayudas al Desarrollo Rural han realizado el control administrativo de las solicitudes y de la documentación aportada de acuerdo con las normas reguladoras de esta ayuda. </span></span></span></span></p> <p><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"><span style="line-height:120%"><span style="display:inline-block"><span style="color:#000000">6. Los interesados ​​señalados en el Anexo I adjunto han presentado, en tiempo y forma, la documentación prevista en la convocatoria, y se ha comprobado que cumplen con los requisitos exigidos para poder ser beneficiarios de esta ayuda.7. Una vez evaluadas las solicitudes de ayuda por los órganos gestores, y de acuerdo con los criterios de intensidades de la convocatoria, a los beneficiarios les corresponde una ayuda máxima detallada en los Anexos I y II</span></span></span></span></p> <p><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"><span style="line-height:120%"><span style="display:inline-block"><span style="color:#000000"><span style="color:#000000">8. Conceder la ayuda solicitada a los beneficiarios por los importes y con los plazos detallados en los Anexos I y II, que son un total de 1 expediente y que comienza y termina con JOSE MARIA MOYA GONZALEZ, que suma un importe total de 7.560,00 euros, relativa a la línea de ayudas “prevención de los daños causados ​​en los bosques por incendios forestales, desastres naturales y catástrofes”</p> <p style="margin-left:40px">2. Autorizar y disponer el gasto señalado a cada uno de los beneficiarios con cargo a los presupuestos y porcentajes de cofinanciación detallados en el Anexo I de esta resolución.</p> <p style="margin-left:40px">3. Determinar que, de acuerdo con lo que establece la convocatoria de referencia, las obligaciones de los beneficiarios serán las indicadas en el Anexo III.</p> <p style="margin-left:40px">4.
