    <env:contingut rdf:parseType="Literal">![CDATA[&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;El Consejo Rector del IMEB aprobó el día 5 de marzo de 2025 la CONVOCATORIA Y BASES REGULADORAS DE LAS CONDICIONES Y REQUISITOS PARA LA CONCESIÓN DE AYUDAS Y SUBVENCIONES SOCIOEDUCATIVAS CUC - CURSO ACADÉMICO 2025-2026 de conformidad a lo que se dispone en el artículo 9.3 de la Ley 38/03, de 17 de noviembre, general de subvenciones, se publican las bases reguladoras que la rigen.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Artículo 1. Objeto y finalidad&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Estas bases tienen por objeto estructurar y establecer los criterios y procedimientos para la concesión de ayudas socioeducativas CUC por parte del Instituto Municipal de Educación y Bibliotecas de Calvià (en adelante IMEB) en régimen de concurrencia competitiva, en las condiciones que se establecen en los siguientes artículos.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Estas ayudas están destinadas a favorecer, en el ámbito de la educación no formal, el desarrollo de competencias y habilidades metodológicas, sociales y participativas a través de la implicación en actividades propias de CUC, la divulgación de información y fomento de la participación de los estudiantes en las acciones programadas.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;El plan de formación se desarrollará en sesiones teóricas y posteriores prácticas. A través de una metodología activa se promoverá la adquisición de distintas competencias que permitan alcanzar de forma exitosa los objetivos propuestos.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Competencias técnicas (saber): Conocimiento del municipio. Conocimiento del Ayuntamiento de Calvià: organización, servicios municipales. Conocimiento de los servicios del CUC: organización, servicios, acceso y gestión. Conocimiento de la estructura de representación estudiantil en el ámbito del CUC. Conocimiento de las actividades de participación de estudiantes en la vida preuniversitaria. Conocimiento de los diferentes recursos que las administraciones públicas pone a disposición de los estudiantes. Conocimientos de e-comunicación: e-mail, newsletter, web, facebook, twitter, instagram, Tik tok, youtube, radio.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Competencias metodológicas (saber-hacer): A) Informacionales: Conocimiento, valoración crítica y utilización de las fuentes de información. Búsqueda y análisis de información documental. Comprensión, valoración y adecuación de la información. Autonomía para seleccionar información relevante. Utilización de las tecnologías de la información y la comunicación. Manejo de instrumentos de análisis y búsqueda de información. Interpretación y representación gráfica de la información. B) Comunicativas: Comunicación interpersonal efectiva y clara tanto de forma oral como escrita. Expresión fluida y espontánea. Mantenimiento de contacto visual con el interlocutor. C) Procedimentales: Identificación de necesidades del estudiante. Puesta en práctica de los conocimientos adquiridos en la resolución de problemas e incidencias. Trabajo en equipo. Aprendizaje continuo (Aprender a aprender). Manejo de procedimiento de (auto)evaluación. Fomento de la participación estudiantil en las actividades, centros y grupos pertinentes.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Competencias sociales y participativas (saber-ser-y-estar): Compromiso con el cambio y la mejora de la implicación estudiantil. Iniciativa. Trabajo colaborativo. Escucha activa. Empatía. Espíritu motivador. Flexibilidad cognitiva. Autonomía. Razonamiento crítico. Sensibilidad hacia problemáticas socioculturales y de participación. Reflexión autocrítica. Sentido de la responsabilidad. Eficacia y colaboración. Reconocimiento de las propias limitaciones. Compromiso con los objetivos propuestos&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Artículo 2. Régimen de la concesión y marco normativo&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;En todo aquello no previsto en estas bases le será de aplicación la Ley 38/2003, de 17 de noviembre, General de Subvenciones; Real Decreto 887/2006, de 21 de julio, por el que se aprueba el Reglamento de la Ley 38/2003, de 17 de noviembre, General de Subvenciones; el Real decreto 887/2006, de 21 de julio, por el cual se aprueba el Reglamento de la Ley 38/2003, de 17 de noviembre; Real Decreto 130/2019, de 8 de marzo, por el que se regula la Base de Datos Nacional de Subvenciones y la publicidad de las subvenciones y demás ayudas públicas; la Ley 39/2015, de 1 de octubre, del Procedimiento Administrativo Común de las Administraciones Públicas; la Ley 40/2015, de 1 de octubre, de Régimen Jurídico del Sector Público; la Ley Orgánica 3/2018, de 5 de diciembre, de Protección de Datos Personales y garantía de los derechos digitales; el RDL 2/2004, de 5 de marzo, que aprueba el Texto Refundido de la Ley Reguladora de las Haciendas Locales.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Artículo 3. Requisitos de los beneficiarios&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Pueden beneficiarse de las ayudas objeto de la presente convocatoria las personas que, en el momento de presentar la candidatura, reúnan los requisitos siguientes:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;3.1.- Tener la nacionalidad española o de algún estado miembro de la Unión Europea, las personas extranjeras no comunitarias deberán acreditar la condición de residentes en España.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;3.2.-&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt; &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;Estar empadronadas en el municipio de Calvià o, en su defecto, que la persona solicitante o familiares de primer grado hayan abonado el pago de impuestos de Bienes Inmuebles municipales de Calvià del año 2024.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;3.3.- Estar matriculado/a en estudios de 2º de bachillerato en cualquiera de los Institutos de Educación Secundaria de Calvià o estudios de grado universitario (matriculados en 1r o 2o curso y que no tengan el 50% de los créditos totales aprobados) del curso académico 2025/2026. En el caso de estudiantes de grado universitario deberá cursarse en modalidad a distancia o una universidad presencial en Mallorca.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;3.4.- No se puede compatibilizar con la realización de otra beca práctica vinculada a los estudios por los que opta a la beca o por otros estudios que pueda haber finalizado anteriormente.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;3.5.- Estar al corriente de las obligaciones tributarias estatales, autonómicas y locales o impuestas por las disposiciones legales vigentes.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;3.6.- Para que la entrevista pueda valorarse deberá realizarse en el plazo máximo de 7 días hábiles desde la publicación de la resolución provisional.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;3.7.- Presentar la documentación requerida en el plazo y forma establecido en las presentes bases.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Artículo 4.- Características de las ayudas&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;- Se convocan un máximo de 8 ayudas distribuidas, preferentemente, de la siguiente forma:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;ul&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;2 ayudas para estudiantes de 2º de bachillerato de IES Calvià&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;2 ayudas para estudiantes de 2º de bachillerato de IES Bendinat&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;2 ayudas para estudiantes de 2º de bachillerato de IES Son Ferrer&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;2 ayudas para estudiantes de grado universitario (deberá cursarse en modalidad a distancia o una universidad presencial en Mallorca).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;/ul&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;- La duración de la colaboración será de 120 horas totales, con fecha de inicio al día siguiente a la adjudicación de la beca, con previsión de inicio en septiembre de 2025 y fecha de finalización como máximo el 31 de julio de 2026. En diciembre de 2025 se deberán haber realizado un mínimo de 40 horas y máximo de 50 horas, en marzo de 2026 se deberán haber realizado un mínimo de 60 horas y máximo de 80 horas totales y en el mes de julio de 2026 las horas restantes hasta alcanzar un total de 120 horas.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;- La modalidad de realización de las 120 horas de beca deberá ser como máximo 30 horas en modalidad en línea y el resto de horas en modalidad presencial. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;- De las 120 horas totales se podrán destinar un máximo de 20 horas totales a la asistencia y participación de actividades/talleres propias del CUC (contempladas en la programación mensual) y el resto se destinarán a la realización de reuniones internas, reuniones de tutorización, formaciones propias de la beca y tareas internas de gestión del servicio CUC. Las formaciones propias de la beca son de obligada asistencia. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;- La cuantía total de la ayuda como subvención es de 1.020 €, distribuida en tres pagos: diciembre 2025, marzo 2026 y julio 2026. Para poder recibir el pago del mes de diciembre de 2025 se deberán haber realizado un mínimo de 40 horas. Para poder recibir el pago del mes de marzo deben haberse realizado un mínimo de 60 horas y para recibir el pago del mes de julio deben haberse realizado el total de las 120 horas &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;- El horario se pactará mensualmente con las personas beneficiarias, valorando y priorizando el período de exámenes, sin que en ningún caso pueda verse afectado el rendimiento académico.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Artículo 5. Condiciones generales de las ayudas&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;- La concesión de una ayuda de colaboración práctica no representa ninguna relación contractual entre la persona ayudada y el IMEB/Ajuntament de Calvià.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;- Previo al inicio de la ayuda se firmará un protocolo de compromiso. Es el documento por el que se regula la realización de los periodos de colaboración práctica y se formaliza a través de la suscripción del mismo entre el Ayuntamiento de Calvià- IMEB y la persona beneficiada.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;- La renuncia o anulación de la ayuda dará lugar a la pérdida de todos los derechos inherentes a la misma.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;- Las vacantes que se produzcan por anulación o renuncia podrán ser cubiertas con candidatos suplentes, a valorar por parte del IMEB.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;- El IMEB contratará un seguro de accidente y responsabilidad civil durante la realización de la ayuda.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;- Previo a la adjudicación de la beca deberá presentarse justificantes de los estudios por lo que opta a la beca y están recogidos en el artículo 3.3 de las presentes bases.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Artículo 6. Criterios de otorgamiento de las ayudas&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Desde el IMEB se observarán los principios de igualdad y no discriminación. La asignación de las ayudas entre los candidatos se realizará por el IMEB, de acuerdo con los principios de transparencia y mérito, siguiendo los siguientes criterios:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Haber participado en proyectos europeos: un máximo de 3 puntos a razón de 1 punto por acción.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Carta de motivación: un máximo de 10 puntos. En el documento deberá responderse como mínimo a las siguientes cuestiones: &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;

		&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Beneficios que le puede aportar realizar la beca (qué competencias y habilidades le gustaría desarrollar y qué retos le supondría realizar la beca).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
		&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Breve explicación de dos propuestas de actividades/talleres que le gustaría poner en marcha desde el CUC (las actividades que se propongan deben ser nuevas)&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
		&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Los criterios de valoración son: estructura, organización y presentación, contenido y formato.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;

	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Entrevista personal: un máximo de 10 puntosambiente, conocimiento del contexto y de la beca, competencias individuales, competencias interpersonales, competencias motivacionales, competencias comunicativas.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;
	&lt;ul&gt;
		&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Para que la entrevista pueda valorarse deberá realizarse en el plazo máximo de 7 días hábiles desde la publicación de la resolución provisional.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
		&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Los criterios de valoración serán: presentación y &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;

	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Las personas solicitantes que no hayan realizado anteriormente beca socioeducativa, por los mismos o diferentes estudios, se les otorgará 12 puntos.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;/ul&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Únicamente se valorará la documentación presentada durante el plazo de presentación de solicitudes o durante el plazo de subsanación y a través de registro. La documentación que se presente fuera de estos plazos y por correo electrónico no se podrá valorar. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Artículo 7.- Plazo y forma de presentación de documentación&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;El plazo para la presentación de solicitudes será del 23 de junio al 15 de julio de 2025 (ambos incluidos) de manera telemática a través del Registro Electrónico Común de la Administración General del Estado, de forma presencial de lunes a viernes de 9 a 14 horas en el Registro del IMEB o en cualquiera de las formas previstas en la Ley 39/2015, de 1 de octubre, del Procedimiento Administrativo Común de las Administraciones Públicas.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Artículo 8.- Documentación a presentar&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Modelo de solicitud/ Declaración responsable correctamente cumplimentado (Anexo I). La documentación que se presente fuera de estos plazos no se podrá valorar. No se aceptarán acreditaciones mediante folletos, fotografías del evento o equivalente. La acreditación será válida cuando se incorporen todos los datos de la persona solicitante, datos de la actividad y deberá ser expedida por la entidad organizadora (ver artículo 6).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Documentación acreditativa de haber participado en proyectos europeos. 	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;En caso de no disponer del documento acreditativo deberá indicar actividad en la que he participado, año y solicitar que se incorpore a su expediente.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;La matrícula o documento que acredite la realización en el curso 2025/2026 de los estudios de 2n de bachillerato o de grado universitario. En caso de no disponer de este documento durante el plazo de presentación de solicitudes, deberá presentarse antes del 14 de agosto como máximo previo a la adjudicación de la beca. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Únicamente se admitirá cómo válida la documentación presentada a través de registro, por lo que la documentación presentada por correo electrónico no será incorporada al expediente. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;/ul&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;ADVERTENCIA: La inexactitud, falsedad u omisión, de carácter esencial, de cualquier dato o información que se incorpore a la declaración responsable, o la no presentación ante el Ajuntament de Calvià/IMEB de la documentación que sea requerida para acreditar el cumplimiento de lo declarado, determinará el reintegro de la cantidad total percibida, más el interés de demora correspondiente desde la fecha del pago de la subvención hasta que se acuerde la procedencia del reintegro, y tendrá prohibida su participación en cualquier subvención o línea de ayudas implementada por el Ajuntament de Calvià/IMEB hasta un máximo de cuatro años, sin perjuicio de las responsabilidades penales, civiles o administrativas a que hubiera lugar (art. 69.4 Ley 39/2015).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Artículo 9.- Procedimiento de concesión&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;ul&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;El IMEB realizará la comprobación del cumplimiento de los requisitos de las candidaturas.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Si la solicitud no reuniera los requisitos indicados, la presidencia del IMEB requerirá a la persona interesada para que en un plazo de diez días hábiles lo enmiende o acompañe los documentos preceptivos, indicándole que si no lo hiciera así se le tendrá por desistido de su solicitud y el expediente se archivarán sin más trámites.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;El requerimiento previsto en el párrafo anterior se hará a través de resolución, la publicación se realizará a través del medio www.calvia.com/imeb&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Esta resolución deberá incluir la relación de las personas solicitantes que tienen que enmendar las deficiencias advertidas, la relación de personas solicitantes que, inicialmente, cumplen los requisitos de la convocatoria, así como la relación de personas solicitantes excluidas con indicación del motivo.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Una vez concluido el plazo, el IMEB deberá evaluar las solicitudes presentadas y las alegaciones y/o enmiendas realizadas por las personas interesadas.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;El IMEB redactará la propuesta de resolución provisional ajustándose a los criterios establecidos en las bases. Una vez examinadas las alegaciones presentadas se formulará una propuesta de resolución definitiva. En cualquier caso, la publicación de las resoluciones se realizará a través del medio www.calvia.com/imeb.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt; &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;/ul&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;El plazo máximo para resolver la adjudicación y realizar las comprobaciones posteriores será de seis meses, a contar del siguiente a la finalización del plazo de presentación de las solicitudes, pudiéndose poner, que no agota la vía administrativa, un recurso de alzada ante el alcalde-presidente de la corporación, en el plazo de un mes a contar desde la notificación, de conformidad a lo dispuesto en el artículo 121 de la Ley 39/2015, de 1 de octubre, del procedimiento administrativo común de las administraciones públicas, sin perjuicio de que se pueda presentar cualquier otro recurso que se considere pertinente. El recurso se presentará en el Registro General de este Ayuntamiento, en el registro del IMEB, o en las dependencias y medios a que se refiere el art. 16.4 de la ya mencionada Ley 39/2015. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Las presentes bases y convocatoria deberán ser publicadas en el Boletín Oficial de las Illes Balears y en la página web municipal la resolución de concesión de las ayudas.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

Protección de datos&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;De conformidad con lo dispuesto en el Reglamento General de Protección de Datos (UE) 2016/679 y en la normativa española relativa a la protección de datos personales, ponemos en su conocimiento que:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;3.- La finalidad con la que se tratan sus datos es la tramitación y gestión de su solicitud de beca de acuerdo a los criterios establecidos en las presentes bases reguladoras.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;4.- La base de licitud para el tratamiento de los datos facilitados, tanto en la solicitud como en la documentación que pueda ser adjuntada, se basa en el artículo 6.1.c) del Reglamento General de Protección de Datos, cumplimiento de una obligación legal y en el art. 6.1.e) cumplimiento de una misión realizada en interés público en base a la siguiente normativa:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Real decreto 887/2006, de 21 de julio, por el cual se aprueba el Reglamento de la Ley 38/2003, de 17 de noviembre, General de Subvenciones.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Real Decreto 130/2019, de 8 de marzo, por el que se regula la Base de Datos Nacional de Subvenciones y la publicidad de las subvenciones y demás ayudas públicas.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;

	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Ley 19/2013, de 9 de diciembre, de transparencia, acceso a la información pública y buen gobierno.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;La consulta a otras Administraciones Públicas, a través de plataformas de intermediación, de la documentación necesaria para tramitar su solicitud, que pudiera contener datos personales con trascendencia tributaria, conforme al artículo 95 de la Ley 58/2003, de 17 de diciembre, General Tributaria, categorías especiales de datos personales conforme al artículo 9 del Reglamento General de Protección de Datos u otros datos de carácter reservado y/o confidencial, está basada en el consentimiento de la persona que solicita la beca o de su representante legal.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;/ul&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;5.- La información se conservará de acuerdo con los criterios y plazos establecidos en la Ley 15/2006, del 17 de octubre, de archivos y patrimonio documental de las Islas Baleares.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;6.- Comunicaciones de datos previstas: los datos personales podrán ser comunicados en el Boletín Oficial de las Islas Baleares y en la página web de la entidad siguiendo las instrucciones emanadas de Disposición adicional séptima de la Ley Orgánica de Protección de Datos y Garantía de derechos digitales en relación a la identificación de los interesados en las notificaciones por medio de anuncios y publicaciones de actos administrativos.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Así mismo, sus datos podrán ser comunicados a la Agencia Tributaria u órganos similares con competencias en materia tributaria.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;No están previstas otras comunicaciones ni transferencias internacionales de datos personales, salvo obligación legal.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;7.- Podrá ejercitar, en los casos y formas previstos en la legislación vigente, los derechos de acceso, rectificación, supresión, limitación del tratamiento, oposición y portabilidad, mediante registro presencial, en el Servicio de Atención al Ciudadano del IMEB calle Juliá Bujosa Sans Batle, num 1, Calvià.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;8.- Si en el ejercicio de sus derechos no ha sido debidamente atendido podrá presentar una reclamación ante la Agencia Española de Protección de Datos, C/ Jorge Juan, 6 28001 Madrid – Sede electrónica: sedeagpd.gob.es. Con carácter previo y potestativo, puede ponerse en contacto con el Delegado de Protección de Datos en dpd@calvia.com.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Artículo 11. Funciones del IMEB&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Serán funciones del IMEB:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;ul&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;El análisis y estudio previo de las solicitudes presentadas.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;La preselección de los solicitantes en base a la documentación presentada y confección de la correspondiente propuesta a la presidenta.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;La supervisión, coordinación y evaluación de las ayudas.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Las funciones administrativas y de información inherentes a las prácticas de los beneficiarios/as&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;La supervisión para asegurar que los pagos se hagan efectivos.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Cualquier otra de naturaleza análoga no prevista en las presentes bases.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;/ul&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Artículo 12. Derechos y deberes de la persona beneficiaria&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;- A percibir la subvención de la ayuda de la forma establecida en la convocatoria. La citada subvención no tendrá en ningún caso la naturaleza de salario. Para ello deberá cumplirse lo establecido en el artículo 4.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;- A recibir, a la finalización de la ayuda, una certificación dónde conste la duración y características de las colaboraciones realizadas.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;- Deberán respetar en todo momento la organización de la entidad colaboradora.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;- Deberán mantener el contacto con sus tutores y guardar el debido secreto profesional durante su estancia en el centro tanto durante la realización de las prácticas como una vez finalizadas.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;- Deberá comprometerse a la realización de las actividades establecidas en su programa de prácticas, a respetar las normas de seguridad en el trabajo y a hacer un uso responsable del material y equipamientos que se pongan a su disposición.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;- Deberá comunicar de inmediato, al IMEB y a la persona que tutorice la ayuda, de cualquier incidencia que afecte al normal desarrollo de la actividad por la que recibe la ayuda, debiendo mantener en todo momento la actitud y el interés necesarios para un buen aprovechamiento de la misma.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;- En el caso de renuncia a la ayuda, deberá ponerlo en conocimiento del tutor designado, con una antelación mínima de diez días a la fecha de la renuncia. Igualmente deberá notificarlo, por escrito a través del registro general de entrada del IMEB. En caso de incumplimiento de cualquiera de las citadas notificaciones, el IMEB y/o entidad colaboradora podrá dejar de abonar la parte de la asignación económica que haya devengado.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;- Deberá asistir a las reuniones, entrevistas y acciones formativas a las que se le convoque desde el IMEB.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Artículo 13. Causas de anulación de la ayuda&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;En caso de comportamiento incorrecto o falta de aprovechamiento de algún/a beneficiario/a el IMEB puede proponer la no continuidad de la beca. En todo caso, será causa de anulación de la ayuda:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;ul&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;La comprobación de la falta de veracidad o de alguna otra irregularidad en los datos expuestos por el beneficiario/a en su solicitud.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;El incumplimiento por parte de la persona beneficiada de alguna de sus obligaciones.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;La renuncia de la persona beneficiaria.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Por falsear o incumplir alguno de los puntos establecidos en las presentes bases.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;La presentación de la solicitud de subvención fuera del plazo establecido.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;La no utilización de los formularios normalizados electrónicos de uso obligatorio.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;No marcar en la declaración de responsable (Anexo I), la casilla en la que declara conocer que la inexactitud, falsedad u omisión, de carácter esencial, de cualquier dato o información que se incorpore a la declaración responsable. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;/ul&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Artículo 14.- Crédito presupuestario&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;El gasto que generen las ayudas será por un importe total máximo de 8.160,00 € que se financiará con cargo a la partida presupuestaria&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt; &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;correspondiente de los Presupuestos Generales del IMEB para el año 2025 de 2.720 € (dos mil setecientos veinte euros) y 2026 de 5.440 € (cinco mil cuatrocientos cuarenta euros)&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="text-align:center"&gt; &lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="text-align:center"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Calvià, &lt;em&gt;(firmado electrónicamente: 4 de abril de 2025)&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
