Nombramiento de las personas ganadoras de las plazas por concurso o concurso oposición.</span></span></strong></p> <p><span style="line-height:1"><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px">Por acuerdo del Consejo de Administración de <em>EMAYA, Empresa Municipal de Aigües i Clavegueram, S.A.</em> de fecha 10 de abril de 2025, se aprueba publicar el listado de personas ganadoras de las plazas, y los procesos selectivos de las cuales han finalizado, en el Anexo I de esta publicación.</span></span></p> <p><strong><span style="line-height:1"><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px">2. Toma de posesión de la plaza</span></span></strong></p> <p><span style="line-height:1"><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px">2.1. La toma de posesión constituye el último paso obligado para la adquisición de la plaza adjudicada por concurso o concurso oposición.</span></span></p> <p><span style="line-height:1"><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px">2.2. La toma de posesión se hará telemáticamente. Cada persona recibirá por correo electrónico el documento de toma de posesión, en un periodo no superior a 15 días naturales desde la publicación de la adjudicación de la plaza y tendrá que firmarlo en un plazo máximo de 7 días naturales desde su recepción, para que ésta sea válida.</span></span></p> <p><span style="line-height:1"><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px">2.3. La toma de posesión se hará efectiva el día 1 del mes siguiente a la publicación de la adjudicación de la plaza al BOIB, siempre que haya sido aceptada y firmada por la persona ganadora.</span></span></p> <p><span style="line-height:1"><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px">2.4. Nombramiento de las personas ganadoras de las plazas por concurso o concurso oposición.</span></span></strong></p> <p><span style="line-height:1"><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px">Por acuerdo del Consejo de Administración de <em>EMAYA, Empresa Municipal de Aigües i Clavegueram, S.A.</em> de fecha 10 de abril de 2025, se promueve asignar 6 plazas con naturaleza fija,&nbsp; a las personas que habiendo superado el proceso selectivo correspondiente, no obtuvieron plaza fija, pero son integrantes de una bolsa de trabajo a cargo de la cual se pueden adjudicar plazas fijas vacantes en los dos años siguientes a contar desde la fecha de finalización del concurso oposición.
