Aprobar la MF-951 relativa a la modificación de los puestos de trabajo F22150032 Jefe/a de sección de Policía y Seguridad y F22150003 Jefe/a de sección de Formación II de la Escuela Municipal de Formación ]] ![CDATA[<p><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px">Mediante acuerdo de la Junta de Gobierno de 09/04/2025, se aprobó lo siguiente:</span></p> <p><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"><strong>“PRIMERO. -</strong> Aprobar la modificación de la Relación de Puestos de trabajo del Ayuntamiento de Palma que figura en la propuesta adjunta MF-951 relativa a la modificación de los puestos de trabajo F22150032 Jefe/a de sección de Policía y Seguridad y F22150003 Jefe/a de sección de Formación II de la Escuela Municipal de Formación, de la Dirección General de Función Pública, del Área de Hacienda, Función Pública y Gobierno Interior, en el sentido que se concreta en la propuesta.</span></p> <p><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"><strong>SEGUNDO.</strong> - Establecer como fecha de efectos la del día siguiente a su aprobación.</span></p> <p><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"><strong>TERCERO. -</strong> Publicar el contenido del Acuerdo al Boletín Oficial de las Islas Baleares.”</span></p> <p><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px">Contra la presente resolución, que agota la vía administrativa, se podrá interponer por parte de los interesados recurso potestativo de reposición en el plazo de un mes ante el mismo órgano que las haya aprobado, de acuerdo con el artículo 123 de la Ley 39/2015, de 1 de octubre, de procedimiento administrativo común de las administraciones públicas.
