    <env:contingut rdf:parseType="Literal">![CDATA[&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;La Junta de Gobierno Local del Ayuntamiento de Sant Antoni de Portmany, en la sesión celebrada el día 10 de abril de 2025, adoptó el siguiente acuerdo:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;En sesión celebrada por la Junta de Gobierno Local de fecha 20 de marzo de 2025 fue aprobada la convocatoria y las bases específicas que han de regir el proceso para la selección como personal laboral fijo de tres (3) plazas de EDUCADOR/A SOCIAL, siendo publicadas en el &lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;Boletín Oficial de les Illes Balears (BOIB) &lt;/span&gt;núm. 40 de 1 de abril de 2025.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;En las citadas bases se ha detectado un error en el anexo correspondiente al tema número 47 del temario en su versión catalana.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="text-align:center"&gt;&lt;strong style="color:#000000; font-family:&amp;quot;Times New Roman&amp;quot;,Times,serif"&gt;RESUELVO&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;PRIMERO. &lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;Rectificar las bases de la convocatoria &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;en su versión catalana &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;aprobadas por la Junta de Gobierno Local de fecha 20 de marzo de 2025 que han de regir el proceso para la selección como personal laboral fijo de tres (3) plazas de EDUCADOR/A SOCIAL, publicadas en el &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;Boletín Oficial de les Illes Balears (BOIB) &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;núm. 40 de 1 de abril de 2025, relativo al anexo del temario, en el siguiente sentido:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Donde dice:&lt;/strong&gt; &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:40px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;Tema 47. Programes d'Intervenció Socioeducativa ALTER i TREPITGI. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;SEGUNDO&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;. &lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;PUBLICAR &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;la presente &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;resolución en el Boletín Oficial de les Illes Balears (BOIB) &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;y&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt; &lt;/span&gt;en el tablón de anuncios de la sede electrónica del Ayuntamiento de Sant Antoni de Portmany &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;(https://santantoni.sedelectronica.es).&lt;/p&gt;
