&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;1. El 4 de noviembre de 2024, la Comisión Negociadora de la Fundació per als Estudis Superiors de Música i Arts Escèniques (FESMAE-IB) aprobó la propuesta de adhesión al V Convenio colectivo del personal laboral al servicio de la Comunidad Autónoma de las Illes Balears.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;2. El 25 de mazo de 2025, Silvia Miriam Silva Vilchez, en representación de la Comisión Negociadora del Acuerdo, solicitó el registro, el depósito y la publicación del Acuerdo mencionado.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Fundamentos de derecho&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;1. El artículo 90.3 del Texto Refundido de la Ley del Estatuto de los Trabajadores, aprobado por el Real Decreto Legislativo 1/1995, de 24 de marzo.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;2. El Real Decreto 713/2010, de 28 de mayo, sobre registro y depósito de convenios y acuerdos colectivos de trabajo.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;3. El artículo 45 de la Ley 39/2015, de 1 de octubre, de Procedimiento Administrativo Común de las Administraciones Públicas.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Por todo ello, dicto la siguiente&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="text-align:center"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Resolución&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;1. Inscribir y depositar el Acuerdo de adhesión del personal de la Fundació per als Estudis Superiors de Música i Arts Escèniques (FESMAE-IB) al V Convenio colectivo del personal laboral al servicio de la Comunidad Autónoma de las Islas Baleares en el Registro de Convenios colectivos, Acuerdos colectivos de trabajo y Planes de igualdad de las Islas Baleares.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;2. Notificar esta Resolución a la persona interesada.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;4. Hacer constar que la versión catalana es la original firmada por las partes.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;3. Publicar el Acuerdo en el Butlletí Oficial de les Illes Balears.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Después de la constitución de la Comisión Negociadora según el que dispone la normativa vigente, se inicia el proceso de negociación para la adhesión al artículo 29 del V Convenio Colectivo del personal laboral de la CAIB, para poder contractar mediante oferta genérica del SOIB para cubrir las plazas vacantes temporales al PAS de FESMAE.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Finalizada la negociación, se acuerda que la FESMAE se suma al artículo 29 del V Convenio Colectivo del personal laboral de la CAIB.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
