    <env:contingut rdf:parseType="Literal">![CDATA[&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;De acuerdo con el artículo 10 de la Ordenanza municipal de la tasa para la autorización administrativa del estacionamiento de vehículos de tracción mecánica en los espacios municipales, publicada en el BOIB núm. 13, de 28 de enero de 2025, la Junta de Gobierno Local, previos los informes técnicos que correspondan, por razones de interés público municipal relacionado con la ordenación circulatoria, especial configuración urbana y con el objetivo de garantizar la rotación de aparcamientos, podrá calificar determinadas vías o parte de las mismas como zona ORA.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Visto el acuerdo de la Junta de Gobierno Local de fecha 9 de octubre de 2024, publicado en el BOIB núm. 135, de 15 de octubre de 2024, donde se aprobaba la actualización de zonas y sectores sometidos al régimen de estacionamiento ORA.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Vista la necesidad de calificar varios espacios del término municipal de Sóller como zona ORA y de actualizar el número de plazas sometidas al régimen de estacionamiento de ORA.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Vista la propuesta efectuada por la Entidad Pública Empresarial Sóller 2010 que incluye la creación de nuevas plazas de estacionamiento ORA situadas en las siguientes ubicaciones:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Atendido el artículo 32 del Decreto Ley 3/2024, de 24 de mayo, de medidas urgentes de simplificación y racionalización administrativas de las administraciones públicas de las Islas Baleares, donde se regula el régimen extraordinario y temporal de aparcamientos disuasivos, que permite de manera extraordinaria y temporal, los ayuntamientos pueden ubicar a suelo rústico aparcamientos de vehículos para facilitar la movilidad en las épocas de más afluencia de visitantes.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Vistos los informes favorables emitidos por la Policía Local de Sóller, y los Servicios Jurídicos Municipales.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Vista la propuesta de resolución PR/2025/1190 de 2 / de abril / 2025.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="text-align:center"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;RESOLUCIÓN&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
