Los plazos se tienen que entender referidos a días naturales, salvo que se indique expresamente que son días hábiles. Si el último día es sábado o festivo, se entiende prorrogado al primer día hábil siguiente. En el supuesto de que las ofertas o solicitudes de participación se envíen por correo, el solicitante tiene que justificar la fecha de remisión a la oficina de correos y tiene que anunciar la remisión de la oferta al órgano de contratación, el mismo día, mediante correo electrónico.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
