    <env:contingut rdf:parseType="Literal">![CDATA[&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Visto que por parte de la sociedad GRANJA MARINA D'EIVISSA, SL se ha interpuesto, ante el Juzgado de lo contencioso-administrativo n.º 3 de Palma, recurso contencioso-administrativo Procedimiento Ordinario 202/2024 (NIG 07040 45 3 2024 0002417) contra el Decreto de Presidencia del Consejo Insular de Ibiza, de 6 septiembre 2024, que desestima el recurso de reposición interpuesto contra el Decreto de Presidencia, de fecha 2 de julio de 2024, dictado en el expediente de autorización de acuicultura n.º 2021/00007869H, por el que se dispuso denegar el permiso de cultivos marinos para la cría y engorde de lenguado, detallado en el proyecto de construcción e instalación de acuicultura - y documentación anexa - de una granja de lenguados, en el TM de Sant Josep de sa Talaia, en la zona de es Codolar (polígono 4, parcelas 245 y 270).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Dado que este Consejo Insular ha emplazado a las personas interesadas que constan en el expediente administrativo por si quieren comparecer en calidad de parte codemandada en el recurso contencioso y que ha resultado infructuosa puesto que han sido devueltas por el servicio de Correos las notificaciones practicadas en soporte papel a las siguientes personas físicas:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:&amp;quot;Times New Roman&amp;quot;,Times,serif"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Por lo que, mediante el presente anuncio se hace público que se ha interpuesto recurso contencioso-administrativo (PO 202/2024) por aquella mercantil GRANJA MARINA D'EIVISSA, SL, que se sigue ante el Juzgado de lo contencioso-administrativo n.º 3 de Palma contra el Consejo Insular de Ibiza, como antes se ha indicado.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Todo ello en cumplimiento de lo dispuesto en el artículo 49 de la Ley 29/1998, de 13 de julio, reguladora de la jurisdicción contencioso-administrativa, en relación con el artículo 44 de la Ley 39/2015, de 1 de octubre, del procedimiento administrativo común de las administraciones públicas, para que sirva de emplazamiento a las personas interesadas, para que, si procede, puedan comparecer y personarse como codemandadas ante el Juzgado de lo contencioso-administrativo n.º 3 de Palma (Mallorca), en las mencionadas actuaciones (PO 202/2024), en el plazo de &lt;/span&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;NUEVE DÍAS&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt; a contar a partir del día siguiente a la publicación de esta resolución en el Boletín Oficial del Estado (BOE).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Así mismo, se les hace saber que si se personan fuera del plazo indicado se les tendrá por parte, sin necesidad de retrotraer ni de interrumpir el curso del procedimiento por este motivo, y que si no se personan continuará el procedimiento en sus trámites, sin necesidad de serles comunicado.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
