    <env:contingut rdf:parseType="Literal">![CDATA[&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;Los artículos 17.&lt;em&gt;m) &lt;/em&gt;y&lt;em&gt; 41.e) &lt;/em&gt;de la Ley 1/2019, de 31 de enero, del Gobierno de las Illes Balears, determinan, respectivamente, que es competencia del Gobierno el nombramiento y la separación de altos cargos de la Administración de la Comunidad Autónoma, y de los consejeros elevar la propuesta.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;El señor Llorenç Togores Beltrán ha presentado un escrito de renuncia al cargo de secretario general de la Consejería de Vivienda, Territorio y Movilidad, con efectos desde el día 4 de abril de 2025.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;Por todo ello, a propuesta del consejero de Vivienda, Territorio y Movilidad y habiéndolo considerado el Consejo de Gobierno en la sesión del día 4 de abril de 2025,&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="text-align:center"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;DECRETO&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;Primero. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;Aceptar la renuncia y disponer el cese del señor Llorenç Togores Beltrán como secretario general de la Consejería de Vivienda, Territorio y Movilidad, con efectos desde el día 4 de abril de 2025, agradeciéndole los servicios prestados.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;Segundo. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;Disponer el nombramiento del señor Antonio Pagán Galán como secretario general de la Consejería de Vivienda, Territorio y Movilidad, con efectos desde el día 5 de abril de 2025.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;Tercero.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt; &lt;span style="color:black"&gt;Publicar este Decreto en el &lt;em&gt;Boletín Oficial de las Illes Balears.&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
