&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;El Consejo Ejecutivo del Consejo Insular de Menorca, mediante acuerdo adoptado en sesión ordinaria de día 23 de septiembre de 2024 aprobó las bases y la convocatoria de las ayudas del CIM para las agrupaciones de defensa sanitaria de Menorca (ADS) para el año 2024. Estas bases y la correspondiente convocatoria se publicaron en el BOIB núm. 144 de 2 de noviembre de 2024.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;El presupuesto total destinado a estas ayudas es de 65.000,00€ de la partida presupuestaria 2.41240.4890002 del Presupuesto General CIM 2025.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;El plazo de presentación de solicitudes de las ayudas finalizó día 31 de diciembre de 2024.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;El objeto de esta convocatoria es apoyar a las actividades que hayan llevado a cabo, desde día 1 de enero a día 31 de diciembre de 2024, para compensar el coste, de las actuaciones de vigilancia, erradicación y control de enfermedades de los animales incluidas en los programas sanitarios y zootécnicos de las ADS de ovino y vacuno de Menorca aprobados por DG de Agricultura, Ganadería y desarrollo Rural del Gobierno de las Islas Baleares.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:0px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;Día 7 de marzo de 2025 la instructora emite un informe de concesión y pago de las ayudas.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:0px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;Día 7 de marzo de 2025, se reunió la Comisión Evaluadora de las ayudas y comunica su propuesta.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:0px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;En fecha 26 de marzo de 2025, el interventor fiscaliza favorablemente la concesión y pago de las ayudas.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;Como titular del Departamento de Economía y Servicios Generales, en ejercicio de las competencias atribuidas por el artículo 33 de la Ley 4/2022, de 28 de junio, de consejos insulares, en relación con el Decreto de presidencia núm. 227/2023 de 17 de noviembre, de extinción de un departamento y reestructuración del resto de departamentos (BOIB núm. 158 de 21 de noviembre de 2023);&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="text-align:center"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;RESUELVO&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;PRIMERO.&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt; Conceder y tramitar el pago por un importe total de 64.000,00 €, las ayudas para las agrupaciones de defensa sanitaria de Menorca (ADS) con cargo a la partida 2.41240.4890002 del Presupuesto General CIM 2025:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;SEGUNDO.&lt;/strong&gt; Remitir a la BDNS este acuerdo en cumplimiento el art. 20.8 de la LGS y publicarlo en el Boletín Oficial de las Islas Baleares a los efectos de notificación (art. 1b de la LPACAP).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:0px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;Contra este acuerdo – que no agota la vía administrativa – se puede interponer un recurso de alzada ante el Consejo Ejecutivo en el plazo de un mes contador desde el día siguiente que se haya publicado, de acuerdo con el artículo 122 de la Ley 39/2015, de 1 de octubre, del procedimiento administrativo común de las administraciones públicas.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:0px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;El mencionado recurso se entenderá desestimado, si no se notifica la resolución correspondiente, cuando hayan transcurrido tres meses desde &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;su interposición. Contra la desestimación del recurso de alzada por silencio administrativo podréis interponer recurso contencioso-administrativo ante el Juzgado de lo contencioso-administrativo de Palma.&lt;/p&gt;
