    <env:contingut rdf:parseType="Literal">![CDATA[&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;El Pleno, mediante Certificado de acuerdo de fecha 27 de enero de 2025, relativo al expediente número 30/2025, “&lt;em&gt;ACUERDO DE PLENO DE APLICACIÓN DE LA DISPOSICIÓN ADICIONAL 17 DE LA LEY 12/2017 DE URBANISMO PARA RECONVERTIR LOCALES EXISTENTES EN VIVIENDAS EN TODO EL SUELO URBANO EXCEPTO AL CASO ANTIGUO&lt;/em&gt;”, adoptó el siguiente acuerdo:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;“&lt;strong&gt;Primero.&lt;/strong&gt; El Ayuntamiento de Porreres establece la plena aplicabilidad a todo el suelo urbano de la Disposición Adicional Diecisiete de la Ley 12/2017 de Urbanismo de acuerdo con la modificación legal introducida por la Ley 3/2024 de medidas urgentes en materia de vivienda (antes Decreto Ley 6/2023) para poder reconvertir locales existentes en viviendas con la única excepción que se establece en el punto 2 de este acuerdo.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Segundo.&lt;/strong&gt; El Ayuntamiento de Porreres exceptúa y, por tanto, declara inaplicable la previsión de la Disposición Adicional Diecisiete de la Ley 12/2017 de urbanismo sobre Norma temporal para facilitar la reconversión de locales existentes en vivienda en el caso de todos los inmuebles o edificios que se encuentren dentro del Casc Antic I de Porreres.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Tercero. &lt;/strong&gt;Publicar el presente acuerdo en el Boletín Oficial de las Islas Baleares (BOIB) para su conocimiento general.”&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;El que se hace público para su general conocimiento.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
