&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;«RESOLUCIÓN DE LA ALCALDÍA&amp;nbsp;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;MODIFICACIÓN DELEGACIONES ESPECIALES EN MATERIA DE GENTE MAYOR DE LOS&amp;nbsp;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;CONCEJALES SRA. FRANCISCA IGNACIO PUJADAS Y SR. MIQUEL ESTELRICH VANRELL&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Antecedentes &lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;1. &lt;/strong&gt;En fecha 21/06/2023 se dictó la Resolución &lt;strong&gt;n.º 2023-1405&lt;/strong&gt; de delegación especial a la concejal Sra. Francisca Ignacio Pujadas. El punto segundo de la indicada Resolución contenía: &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;«2.º Las facultades delegadas comprenden el ejercicio de las competencias sobre las materias siguientes:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Orientación y asesoramiento en temas propios de la corporación»&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;2. &lt;/strong&gt;En fecha &lt;strong&gt;15/09/2023&lt;/strong&gt; se dictó la Resolución&lt;strong&gt; n.º 2023-2035 &lt;/strong&gt;de modificación del segundo punto de la Resolución&lt;strong&gt; 1405/2023&lt;/strong&gt; de 21/06/2023, resultando el siguiente contenido:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;PRIMERO.- Modificar el punto segundo de la Resolución n.º 2023-1405 de delegación especial a la concejal Sra. Francisca Ignacio Pujadas, que pasará a tener el siguiente contenido: &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Promoción participación ciudadana: organización de actas relacionados con asociaciones y que no constan dentro de los programas de actas siguientes: Fiestas de Son Serra de Marina (julio), Fiestas de Santa Margalida (julio), Fiestas de la Mare de Déu d'Agost, Fiestas de la Beata, Fiestas de Fin de año y Reyes magos, Fiestas de Carnestoltes y Fiestas de Pascua.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Autorización uso espacios municipales que no estén específicamente asignados a otras concejalías&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Orientación y asesoramiento en temas propios de la corporación&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;2.º bis. Los actos que afecten a las Personas mayores, a los Jóvenes o a las Asociaciones, los cuales consten en los programas de fiestas de Son Serra de Marina, de Santa Margalida, de la Mare de Déu d'Agost y de la Beata, serán de organización compartida con los/las concejales delegados/as de estas Fiestas.»&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;3. &lt;/strong&gt;Por razones de oportunidad y conveniencia para la agilización y mejora del servicio, se procede a delegar la materia de&lt;strong&gt;&lt;em&gt; PERSONAS MAYORES respecto del núcleo de La Vila &lt;/em&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;al concejal Miquel Estelrich Vanrell:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;PERSONAS MAYORES SANTA MARGALIDA, LA VILA&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:0px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;En consecuencia, de acuerdo con los artículos 21.3 de la LBRL y 43, 44, 120 y 121 del Reglamento de organización, funcionamiento y régimen jurídico de las Entidades Locales,&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:0px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px; text-align:center"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;RESUELVO&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;PRIMERO&lt;/strong&gt;.- &lt;strong&gt;Modificar&lt;/strong&gt; las Resoluciones &lt;strong&gt;n.º 2023-1405&lt;/strong&gt; y &lt;strong&gt;n.º 2023-2035&lt;/strong&gt; referentes a la delegación especial a la concejal &lt;strong&gt;Sra. Francisca Ignacio Pujadas&lt;/strong&gt;, especificando la&lt;strong&gt; materia de GENTE MAYOR&lt;/strong&gt; en los núcleos de Can Picafort y Son Serra de Marina:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;SEGUNDO&lt;/strong&gt;.- Delegar en el concejal &lt;strong&gt;Sr. Miquel Estelrich Vanrell&lt;/strong&gt; el ejercicio de las atribuciones correspondientes a la responsabilidad de la dirección del&lt;strong&gt; área de Personas mayores en el núcleo de La Vila&lt;/strong&gt; en las siguientes facultades que comprenden el ejercicio de las competencias sobre las materias siguientes:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;PERSONAS MAYORES LA VILA&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Relación con asociaciones personas mayores&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Fiestas personas mayores&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;TERCERO&lt;/strong&gt;.- &lt;strong&gt;Mantener&lt;/strong&gt; el resto de contenidos de las Resoluciones de Batlia&lt;strong&gt; n.º 2023-1405 y 2023-2035&lt;/strong&gt; en todo aquello que no se oponga a la modificación acordada. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;CUARTO&lt;/strong&gt;.- Notificar esta Resolución a los concejales afectados. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;QUINTO&lt;/strong&gt;.- Las delegaciones conferidas requerirán para su eficacia la aceptación del/la concejal delegado/da, se publicarán en el BOIB y de ellas se dará cuenta al Pleno del Ayuntamiento en la primera sesión que tenga lugar.»&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
