    <env:contingut rdf:parseType="Literal">![CDATA[&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;Los artículos 17.&lt;em&gt;m)&lt;/em&gt; i 41.&lt;em&gt;e)&lt;/em&gt; de la Ley&amp;nbsp;1/2019, de 31 de enero, del Gobierno de las Illes Balears, determinan, respectivamente, que son competencia del Gobierno el nombramiento y la separación de altos cargos de la Administración de la Comunidad Autónoma, así como de los consejeros, y elevar la propuesta.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;La señora Ingrid Liliana de la Fuente Loof ha presentado escrito de renuncia al cargo de directora general de Industria y Polígonos Industriales, con efectos del día 28 de marzo de 2025.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;Por todo esto, a propuesta del consejero de Empresa, Empleo y Energía y habiéndolo considerado el Consejo de Gobierno en la sesión de 28 de marzo de 2025, &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="text-align: center"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;DECRETO&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;Primero. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;Aceptar la renuncia y disponer el cese de la señora Ingrid Liliana de la Fuente Loof como directora general de Industria y Polígonos Industriales, con efectos desde el día 28 de marzo de 2025, a la que se le agradecen los servicios prestados.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;Segundo. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;Disponer el nombramiento del señor Alfons Gómez Rosselló como director general de Industria i Polígonos Industriales, con efectos desde el día 29 de marzo de 2025.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;Tercero. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;Publicar este Decreto en el&lt;/span&gt; &lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;Boletín Oficial de las Illes Balears&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
