    <env:contingut rdf:parseType="Literal">![CDATA[&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Para el general conocimiento se hace constar que el día 24 de marzo del actual se aprobó el Decreto número 1338/2025, modificado por Decreto número 1350/2025, de las bases específicas de la convocatoria del proceso selectivo para la cobertura de cuatro plazas de Oficial de Policia Local, funcionario de carrera, mediante el sistema de concurso oposición que dice:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;«(...)&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;PRIMERO.-&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt; Aprobar la convocatoria y bases del proceso selectivo para la cobertura de cuatro plazas de Oficial de Policia Local, como funcionarios de carrera, por el sistema de concurso oposición, redactadas en los términos que se detallan en el ANEXO I de la presente.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;SEGUNDO.- &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Publicar el texto integro de la convocatoria y bases reguladoras del proceso selectivo para la cobertura de cuatro plazas de Oficial de Policia Local, como funcionarios de carrera, por el sistema de concurso oposición en el Ayuntamiento de Andratx, en el BOIB, BOE, tablón de anuncios y en la web de la Corporación.”&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;1.2 Esta selección se regirá por las prescripciones contenidas en esta convocatoria específica, en la Ley 4/2013, de 17 de julio, de coordinación de las policías locales de las Islas Baleares, modificada por la Ley 11/2017, de 20 de diciembre; en el Decreto 40/2019, de 24 de mayo, por el cual se aprueba el reglamento marco de coordinación de las policías locales de las Islas Baleares; el Real decreto legislativo 5/2015, de 30 de octubre, por el cual se aprueba el texto refundido de la Ley del estatuto básico del empleado público; la Ley 3/2007, de la función pública de la Comunidad Autónoma de las Islas Baleares y el resto de normativa que le sea de aplicación.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Segunda. REQUISITOS DE LAS PERSONAS ASPIRANTES&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Los aspirantes tendrán que reunir, en la fecha de finalización del plazo señalado para la presentación de solicitud, los siguientes requisitos:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;a) Tener na&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;cionalidad española o la de un país miembro de la Unión Europea, o la de cualquier de aquellos estados en que, en virtud de tratados internacionales celebrados por aquella y ratificados por España, se aplique la libre circulación de trabajadores e los términos en que esta se encuentra definida en el tratado constitutivo de la Unión Europea, y en los términos que prevé el arte. 57 del Real decreto legislativo 5/2015, de 30 de octubre, por el cual se aprueba el Texto refundido de la Ley del estatuto básico del empleado público.&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;b) Tener las capacidades y aptitudes físicas y psíquicas que sean necesarias para el ejercicio de las funciones de la categoría profesional, a estos efectos se tendrá que presentar un reconocimiento médico en el momento de tomar posesión.&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;c) Tener cumplidos dieciocho años y no exceder de la edad máxima de jubilación forzosa.&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;d) No haber sido separado mediante expediente disciplinario del servicio de cualquier de las Administraciones Públicas o de los órganos constitucionales o estatutarios de las Comunidades Autónomas, ni encontrar en inhabilitación absoluta o especial por lugares o cargos públicos por resolución judicial, por el acceso al cuerpo o escala de funcionario, o para ejercer funciones similares a las que desarrollaban en el caso de personal laboral, en el que haya sido separado o inhabilidad. En el caso de ser nacional de otro Estado, no encontrar inhabilitado o en situación equivalente ni haber sido sometido a sanción disciplinaria o equivaliendo que impida, en su Estado, en los mismos términos el acceso a la función pública.&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;e) Acreditar el requisito de conocimiento de la lengua catalana del nivel B2, en conformidad con la Ley 4/2016, de 6 de abril, de mod&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;ificación de la Ley 3/2007, de 27 de marzo, de la función pública de la Comunidad Autónoma de las Islas Baleares y el Decreto 11/2017, de 24 de marzo, de exigencia del conocimiento de la lengua catalana en los procedimientos selectivos de acceso a la función pública y para ocupar puestos de trabajo de la Administración de la Comunidad Autónoma de las Islas Baleares.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:40px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Estos conocimientos tienen que ser acreditados mediante la aportación del título o certificado oficial correspondiente, expedido por la Dirección General de Política Lingüística de las Islas Baleares o equivalencias previstas.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;f) Estar en posesión del título de Bachiller, Técnico o equivalente.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;g) No tener antecedentes penales por delitos dolosos.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;h) Estar en posesión del carnet de conducir A2 y B en vigor.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;i) Compromiso a llevar armas y, si procede, utilizarlas, mediante declaración expresa.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;j) Haber abonado los derechos de examen de acuerdo con el que dispone la Base Cuarta.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;k) Tener la condición de personal funcionario de carrera en el cuerpo de la Policía Local de Andratx.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;l) Tener una antigüedad mínima de 2 años en el cuerpo de Policía Local de Andratx en la categoría de Policía Local. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Con anterioridad a la toma de posesión, la persona interesada tendrá que hacer constar que no está sometida a ninguno de los motivos de incompatibilidad establecidos en la Ley 53/1984, de 26 de diciembre, que regula las incompatibilidades del personal al servicio de las administraciones públicas, o comprometer, si procede, a ejercer la oportuna opción en el periodo de tiempo que prevé el artículo 10 de la disposición legal anterior, y no percibir ninguna pensión de jubilación, de retiro o de orfandad.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Tercera. PRESENTACIÓN DE SOLICITUDES.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Las persones aspirantes dispondrán de un plazo de 20 días naturales para la presentación de instancias para tomar parte al proceso selectivo a contar a partir del día siguiente de la publicación de estas bases al Boletín Oficial del Estado (BOE), la no presentación de la solicitud en plazo y forma supondrá la no admisión de la persona aspirante. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Las solicitudes se dirigirán a la Alcaldesa, y se tendrán que ajustar al modelo incluido en el ANEXO III de estas bases. Su presentación podrá hacer en el Registro General del Ayuntamiento o por cualquier de los medios admitidos por el artículo 16.4 de la Ley 39/2015, de 1 de octubre, del Procedimiento Administrativo Común. Instrucciones de presentación por los medios posados a disposición por parte del Ayuntamiento de Andratx:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;ul&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;TELEMÁTICAMENTE&lt;/strong&gt;: a través de la Sede Electrónica del Ayuntamiento de Andratx (https://andratx.sedelectronica.es/) por instancia general. Para poder llevar a cabo un registro telemático hay que disponer de un certificado electrónico o DNI electrónico o Cl@ve pin.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;PRESENCIALMENTE&lt;/strong&gt;: Al Servicio de Atención Ciudadana (SACO) del Ayuntamiento de Andratx obligatoriamente con cita previa (08:30 a 13:30 de lunes a viernes) o a cualquier de las oficinas de registro de la Administración autonómica, de la Administración General del Estado, del resto de comunidades autónomas o de las entidades que integran la Administración local.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;/ul&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Para ser admitidos y tomar parte a la convocatoria bastará que los aspirantes manifiesten en la solicitud (ANEXO III) que reúnen todas y cada una de las condiciones exigidas a la base segunda. Será necesario acreditar junto con la solicitud:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

Fotocopia del carné de conducir.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;5. Comprobando de pago de la tasa o certificación de la minusvalía para reconocimiento de la exención de la misma.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;6. Solicitud rellenada y firmada (ANEXO III)&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Con la formalización y presentación de la solicitud, los/las aspirantes dan su consentimiento al tratamiento de los datos de carácter personal que son necesarias para tomar parte a la convocatoria y para el resto de la tramitación del proceso selectivo, de acuerdo con la normativa vigente y, especialmente, la Ley Orgánica de protección de datos.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Cuarta. PAGO DE LA TASA &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;De acuerdo con la Ordenanza Fiscal reguladora de la tasa por derechos de exámenes para participar en los procesos selectivos del Ayuntamiento de Andratx, las persones aspirantes que quieran formar parte del procedimiento tendrán que satisfacer una tasa de &lt;/span&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;15,00 euros&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt; dentro del plazo para presentar las solicitudes, sin que se puedan abonar en otro momento. No están sujetos a la tasa las personas con una discapacidad igual o superior al 33%.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Cuando la solicitud de participación en el proceso selectivo no se presente a las oficinas de asistencia en materia de registros del Ayuntamiento de Andratx, el aspirante tendrá que expedir una autoliquidación de la sede electrónica http://andratx.sedeelectronica.es la cual consta de dos pasas:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;1. Autoliquidación: Enlaces de interés, autoliquidaciones: Tasa para llevar a pruebas de selección de personal.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;2. Pago de la autoliquidación: mediante pasarela de pagos (con tarjeta) - Pago Auto-Liquidaciones Ayuntamiento.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;En la autoliquidación tiene que figurar claramente el nombre de la persona aspirante. El justificante de pago se tiene que aportar con la solicitud de participación y el resto de documentación.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Quinta. TRIBUNAL CALIFICADOR.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;5.1 El Tribunal Calificador se determinará por resolución de Alcaldía y su composición se tendrá que publicar con la lista provisional de personas admitidas y excluidas, en el tablón de anuncios de la sede electrónica del Ayuntamiento de Andratx y se podrá publicar en la página web del Ayuntamiento de Andratx. El Tribunal está formado por cinco miembros con voz y voto y sus respectivos suplentes, para cubrir las ausencias que se puedan producir. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;El órgano de selección será colegiado y su composición se ajustará a los principios de imparcialidad y profesionalidad de los miembros, procurando, la paridad entre mujer y hombre. Se garantizará la presencia de un vocal propuesto por la Dirección General competente en materia de coordinación de las Policías Locales, y otro, propuesto por la Escuela Balear de Administración Pública. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Los miembros del tribunal tienen que ser funcionarios de carrera y poseer una titulación académica de igual o de superior nivel que el exigido a los aspirantes para el ingreso. El personal de elección o de libre designación política, el personal funcionario interino y el personal eventual no podrán formar parte de los órganos de selección. Tampoco pueden formar parte los representados de los empleados públicos, sin perjuicio de las funciones de vigilancia del buen desarrollo del procedimiento selectivo. Los representados sindicales que participen en el procedimiento selectivo con estas funciones de vigilancia, tienen que estar acreditados y, como máximo, puede haber uno por cada sindicato. La pertenencia a los órganos de selección será siempre en título individual, no pudiendo ostentar esta en representación o por cuenta de nadie.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;El Tribunal estará constituido por los siguientes miembros y mismo número de suplentes:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;a) Presidente/a: Designado por el Ayuntamiento convocante entre el personal funcionario de carrera de experiencia reconocida&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;b) Vocales: Un vocal propuesto por la Dirección General de Emergencias e interior, competente en materia de coordinación de policías locales, otro propuesto por la Escuela Balear de Administración Pública, o en su caso, a través de la Escuela de Seguridad Pública de las Islas Baleares y un designado por el Ayuntamiento convocante. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;c) Secretario/a: Designado por el Ayuntamiento convocante con voz y voto. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;El tribunal no podrá constituir ni actuar sin la asistencia de la mitad de sus miembros, ya sean titulares o suplentes, y las decisiones se adoptarán por mayoría simple. Siempre será necesaria la presencia del presidente/a y del secretario/a.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;El tribunal podrá disponer la incorporación de asesores especialistas porque asesoren, con voz y sin voto.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;La abstención y la recusación de los miembros del tribunal se tiene que ajustar al que prevén los artículos 23 y 24 de la Ley 40/2015, de 1 de octubre, de Régimen Jurídico del Sector Público.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;5.2 El tribunal resta facultad para resolver las dudas o incidencias que se presenten, y tomar los acuerdos necesarios para el buen orden del procedimiento de selección en todo el que esté previsto en las presentes bases.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Sexta. INICIO Y DESARROLLO DEL PROCESO SELECTIVO.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Finalizado el plazo de presentación de solicitudes, la presidencia de la Corporación dictará resolución y declarará aprobada la lista provisional de admitidos y excluidos, que será publicada en el tablón de anuncios de la sede electrónica el Ayuntamiento de Andratx y podrá ser publicada en la página web del Ayuntamiento de Andratx, con indicación, en su caso, de la causa de no admisión, y se fijará un plazo de 3 días hábiles, a partir del día siguiente de la publicación, para poder presentar reclamaciones. En la misma resolución se nombrarán los miembros titulares y suplentes del tribunal calificador.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;La lista definitiva, una vez resueltas las reclamaciones, se publicará a en el tablón de anuncios de la sede electrónica el Ayuntamiento de Andratx y podrá ser publicada en la página web del Ayuntamiento de Andratx.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;En caso de no producir reclamaciones a la lista provisional se entenderá esta elevada a definitiva sin necesidad de nueva resolución, circunstancia que se hará pública.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;La selección constará de las siguientes fases: &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;FASE OPOSICIÓN&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;1. Primera prueba: Prueba de desarrollar (20 puntos)&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Esta prueba consiste en el desarrollo por escrito de dos temas diferentes, correspondientes a los del temario que figura en la convocatoria. Los dos temas serán escogidos por las personas aspirantes entre tres alternativas que tienen que establecer por sorteo.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;La valoración de esta prueba se de 0 a 20 puntos, y se tiene que obtener un mínimo de 10 puntos para superarla. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;La duración de la prueba será de 90 minutos&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;2. Segunda prueba: Caso práctico (20 puntos)&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Esta prueba consiste al resolver dos casos prácticos relacionados con el temario y con las funciones policiales. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Los dos casos que tienen que desarrollar los escogerán las persones aspirantes entre tres alternativas que tienen que establecer por sorteo entre un mínimo de 5 alternativas. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;La valoración de esta prueba es de 0 a 20 puntos, y se tiene que obtener un mínimo de 10 puntos para superarla. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;La duración máxima de esta prueba será de 120 minutos. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;3. Tercera prueba: Aptitud psicotecnia y de personalidad (APTO o NO APTO)&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Esta prueba consiste en la exploración psicotécnica para acreditar niveles mínimos de aptitudes intelectuales y también en la exploración de la personalidad y las actitudes de los/de las aspirantes, con el fin de determinar el conjunto de competencias correspondientes a las funciones de la categoría de policía y descartar la existencia de síntomas o indicadores compatibles con alteraciones psicopatológicas y/o de la personalidad.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Esta prueba (efectuada por uno o varios profesionales de la psicología que actuarán como asesores del tribunal) constará de dos partes:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;a) La &lt;strong&gt;primera &lt;/strong&gt;consistirá a responder uno o varios test de aptitud intelectual. El resultado será de apto o no apto. Quedarán eliminadas las persones aspirantes que no obtengan una valoración de apto. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;b) La &lt;strong&gt;segunda &lt;/strong&gt;consistirá a responder la prueba o las pruebas para evaluar el conjunto de competencias correspondientes a las funciones de la categoría de oficial y que pueden consistir en uno o varias test y, si es necesario, en una entrevista personal para completar el estudio. El resultado será de apto o no apto y quedarán eliminadas las aspirantes que no obtengan una valoración de apto.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Las pruebas e instrumentos utilizados para la evaluación tendrán que contar con los requisitos de fiabilidad y validez propios de la psicometría. Así mismo, los cuestionarios de personalidad dispondrán de escalas de deseabilidad social y/o sinceridad que el evaluador tendrá que considerar.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Todos los aspirantes dispondrán de un plazo de &lt;strong&gt;tres (3) días hábiles&lt;/strong&gt;, desde el día siguiente en la publicación del anuncio con los resultados provisionales de cada una de las pruebas en el tablón de anuncios de la sede electrónica del Ayuntamiento, para efectuar las reclamaciones u observaciones oportunas o solicitar la revisión de su examen ante el tribunal. Una vez resueltas las alegaciones se publicarán los resultados definitivos, o bien se indicará que los resultados provisionales acontecen definitivos en caso de que no haya modificaciones, y se convocará el siguiente ejercicio. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Finalizados todos los ejercicios de la fase de oposición, el tribunal hará pública en la sede electrónica del Ayuntamiento, y podrá publicar en la web de la Corporación, las listas provisionales de personas que lo hayan superado. La relación de personas que han superado la fase de oposición será determinada únicamente por la superación de todos los ejercicios eliminatorios. La calificación final de la oposición tiene que ser la media aritmética de las puntuaciones otorgadas en las pruebas evaluables mediante puntuación. Nuevamente los aspirantes dispondrán de un plazo de tres días hábiles para efectuar reclamaciones. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;FASE DE CONCURSO&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Finalizada la fase de oposición, se otorgará un plazo de manantial (10) días hábiles, contadores a partir del día siguiente de la publicación en el tablón de anuncios de la sede electrónica municipal de la lista definitiva de aspirantes que han superado la fase de oposición, porque las personas que figuren presenten los documentos acreditativos de los méritos que se aleguen en la fase de concurso. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Los méritos a valorar encontrarán su límite temporal en el último día de presentación de solicitudes para tomar parte en el procedimiento, de forma que no se valorarán aquellos méritos obtenidos por los aspirantes con posterioridad. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;La documentación se aportará preferentemente en formato PDF, en el mismo orden que figura en el baremo, mediante originales o copias aportadas por los interesados que se responsabilizarán de su veracidad en conformidad con el previsto en el artículo 28 de la Ley 39/2015.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Si esta documentación estuviera ya en el Ayuntamiento (artículo 13 de la Ley 39/2015, de procedimiento administrativo), se tiene que declarar a la solicitud, aportando suficiente información para poderla localizar.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Los méritos alegados y no justificados, o que no estén adecuadamente y claramente acreditados por los aspirantes en la forma indicada, no serán valorados por el tribunal calificador.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Toda la documentación que se presenta en lengua extranjera tiene que ir acompañada de la correspondiente traducción jurada a la lengua catalana o la castellana.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;La fase de concurso no tendrá carácter eliminatorio y se podrá obtener una puntuación máxima equivalente al 40% del total del proceso selectivo. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Los méritos a valorar sueño los que figuran en el Anexo 4 del Decreto 40/2019, de 24 de mayo, por el que se aprueba el Reglamento marco de coordinación de las policías locales de Baleares. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Séptima. VALORACIÓN DEL CONCURSO-OPOSICIÓN.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;7.1 Concluida la valoración de los méritos, el Tribunal hará pública en el tablón de anuncios electrónico del Ayuntamiento las puntuaciones provisionales otorgadas a cada aspirante, desglosando en los apartados señalados en el Anexo 4 del Decreto 40/2019, de 24 de mayo, por el que se aprueba el Reglamento marco de coordinación de las policías locales de Baleares. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Los interesados podrán solicitar revisión y/o audiencia al tribunal de la fase de concurso dentro de los tres (3) días hábiles siguientes a esta publicación. A esta revisión podrán asistir acompañados de un asesor/a.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;El tribunal resolverá las posibles reclamaciones y, a continuación, tiene que hacer pública la lista definitiva de los méritos, por orden de puntuación obtenida.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;En el caso de no haber alegaciones acontecerá definitiva la lista hasta el momento provisional. En esta, o en una nueva publicación, el tribunal hará público el listado definitivo del concurso-oposición, ordenando a los aspirantes por orden de puntuación total obtenida y proponiendo al candidato/a para ser nombrado como funcionario/a de carrera.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;La puntuación total se obtiene de la suma de las puntuaciones en las dos fases. La puntuación de la fase de oposición representa un 60% de la puntuación alcanzable en el proceso selectivo y la fase de concurso representa un 40% del total de la puntuación alcanzable en el proceso selectivo.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;La puntuación final del concurso oposición se calcula con la siguiente fórmula:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:0px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;O: puntuación máxima de la fase de oposición&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:0px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;o: puntos obtenidos en la fase de oposición&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:0px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;C: puntuación máxima de la fase de concurso&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:0px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;c: puntuación obtenida en la fase concurso&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;7.2 En caso de empate en la puntuación final del concurso oposición de algunas de las personas aspirantes, el desempate se tendrá que resolver atendiendo a la puntuación otorgada en la fase de oposición. Si persiste el empate, se tendrá en cuenta el cómputo del tiempo de los servicios prestados y reconocidos como personal funcionario de carrera en cualquier categoría de policía local y si todavía persiste el empate, se dirimirá según el nivel de catalán acreditado. Si el empate no se ha resuelto, finalmente el Tribunal resolverá el empate por sorteo público.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;7.3 Resueltas las reclamaciones, el Tribunal tiene que aprobar la relación definitiva de personas aspirantes que han superado el concurso oposición por orden de puntuación y publicarlas en la sede electrónica del Ayuntamiento. Esta relación será elevada al órgano competente del Ayuntamiento de Andratx, para su aprobación.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Cuando el objetivo establecido a la disposición adicional 3ª de la Ley 4/2013 de Coordinación de las policías locales de las Islas Baleares de que el 25% de las plazas ofrecidas a la presente convocatoria, tienen que ser cubiertas por mujeres, no se consiga, se dará preferencia a las candidatas mujeres sobre los candidatos hombres, hasta cumplir con el objetivo perseguido siempre que:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;a. Haya una equivalencia de capacitación determinada por la superación de las pruebas y ejercicios de la fase de oposición del sistema selectivo.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;b. Ninguna de las candidatas mujeres seleccionadas por la aplicación de esta preferencia tenga un diferencial de puntuación en las fases de oposición y de concurso, superior al 15% frente a los candidatos hombres preteridos.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;c. No concurran en otro candidato motivos legalmente previstos que, no siendo discriminatorios por razón de sexo, justifiquen la aplicación de la medida, como la pertinencia a otros colectivos con especiales dificultades para acceder a la ocupación. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Las plazas no cubiertas por mujeres en el porcentaje establecido del 25% serán cubiertas por el resto de aspirantes que hayan superado las pruebas.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Con el fin de asegurar la cobertura de las plazas convocadas, cuando haya renuncias de personas aspirantes seleccionadas antes del nombramiento como funcionario en prácticas o bien, las que se han propuesto no cumplen alguno de los requisitos de la base 4, el Tribunal elevará al órgano convocando una relación complementaria de las personas aspirantes que estén a continuación de las propuestas, por orden de puntuación, por su posible nombramiento como personal en prácticas&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;7.4 Finalizadas la fase de oposición y de concurso los tribunales tienen que publicar la relación de aprobados por orden de puntuación y tienen que elevar al órgano convocando la propuesta de las personas aspirantes porque lo apruebe. La aprobación de la relación de aspirantes que han superado el proceso selectivo y que tienen que ser nombrados como personal funcionario en prácticas será publicada en el Boletín Oficial de las Islas Baleares.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Las persones aspirantes disponen de un plazo de veinte días hábiles, desde la fecha de publicación de la resolución de aprobación de la relación de aspirantes que han superado el proceso selectivo y que tienen que ser nombrados funcionarios en prácticas, para presentar los documentos que acreditan que cumplen los requisitos que exige la convocatoria.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;El incumplimiento de este plazo supone la pérdida del derecho a ser nombrados funcionarios en prácticas y quedan sin efecto todas las actuaciones anteriores relativas a su nombramiento.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;También causa estos efectos el hecho que, de la documentación presentada, se deduzca que las persones aspirantes no cumplen los requisitos que exige la convocatoria&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Octava. PERIODO DE PRÁCTICAS.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;El proceso selectivo se completa con la superación de un periodo de prácticas. Este periodo está integrado por la superación tanto del curso de capacitación como de la fase de prácticas en el municipio.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Los/las aspirantes que no superen el periodo de prácticas de acuerdo con el procedimiento de calificación previsto decaerán en su derecho a su nombramiento como personal funcionario de carrera, mediante una resolución motivada del alcalde a propuesta del órgano responsable de la evaluación del periodo de prácticas.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Si alguno/a aspirante es calificado/a como no apto a la fase de prácticas, abandona las prácticas antes de su calificación o es expulsado/a, a la misma resolución se puede requerir los/las aspirantes que hayan aprobado todas las pruebas, por orden de puntuación obtenida a las pruebas de la oposición, para ser nombrados/as personal funcionario en prácticas. En ningún caso estos/as aspirantes se podrán incorporar en un curso ya iniciado y se tendrá que aplazar la incorporación a comienzos del curso de capacitación inmediatamente posterior.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Contra la resolución mencionada, que agota la vía administrativa, se puede recurrir en los términos que establece la Ley 39/2015, de 1 de octubre, del procedimiento administrativo común de las administraciones públicas. Durante el periodo de prácticas se percibirán las retribuciones según el que establece el arte. 34.bis de la Ley 4/2013.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;8.1.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt; &lt;/span&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Curso de capacitación&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Los/las aspirantes nombrados/as funcionarios/as en prácticas tendrán que realizar y superar el curso de capacitación de oficial, impartido u homologado por la Escuela Balear de Administración Pública, a que hace referencia el arte, 34 de la Ley 4/2013, de 17 de julio, de coordinación de las policías locales de las Islas Baleares, excepto en los supuestos en que la normativa de aplicación exima de la realización de este curso.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Las personas que acrediten haber superado el curso de capacitación de la categoría de oficial o superior antes de la entrada en vigor de la Ley 11/2017 y lo tengan debidamente actualizado quedan exentas de realizar esta fase de las prácticas.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Incumplir las normas de régimen interno establecidas a la resolución correspondiente de la persona titular de la Consellería de Hacienda y Administraciones Públicas a la cual hace referencia el arte. 178.2 del Decreto 40/2019, de 24 de mayo, por el cual se aprueba el Reglamento marco de coordinación de los policías locales de las Islas Baleares y se modifica lo Decreto 55/2017, de 15 de diciembre, del fondo de seguridad pública de las Islas Baleares, puede dar lugar a la no-superación del curso de capacitación en las condiciones establecidas.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Las faltas de asistencia no justificadas durante la realización del curso de capacitación implicará la disminución proporcional de los derechos económicos, sin perjuicio de la incidencia sobre la evaluación de este.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Los/las aspirantes que no superen el curso de capacitación no podrán realizar el periodo de prácticas en el municipio y perderán todos los derechos a su nombramiento como funcionarios/as de carrera, lo cual se declarará mediante resolución motivada del órgano municipal correspondiente.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;8.2.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt; &lt;/span&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Fase de prácticas en el municipio&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;La fase de practicas en el municipio tendrá una duración de seis meses. La fase de prácticas en el municipio se puede compaginar con la realización del curso de capacitación. Las personas exentas de la realización del curso de capacitación empezarán directamente la fase de prácticas en el municipio&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;La evaluación de las prácticas se tiene que llevar a cabo según el que establecen los artículos 180 al 182 del Decreto 40/2019, de 24 de mayo, por el que se aprueba el Reglamento marco de coordinación de los policías locales de las Islas Baleares y la Resolución de la consejera mencionada en el párrafo anterior.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Al final del periodo de prácticas, la persona responsable de la supervisión de estas, con el visto bueno de la jefatura de policía, tiene que realizar un informe individual para cada persona aspirante, reflejando si se ha superado o no este periodo.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;El informe de valoración final se tiene que remitir al presidente del Tribunal Calificador del proceso selectivo, junto con el certificado del curso de capacitación.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Quedan exentas de la realización de esta fase de prácticas las persones aspirantes que hayan ocupado en comisión de servicios o como personal funcionario interino un puesto, en el Ayuntamiento de Andratx, en una categoría igual o superior a la que se refiere la convocatoria del proceso, siempre que haya obtenido una evaluación favorable de este periodo según el que establece el apartado 12 del artículo 192 del Decreto 40/2019, de 24 de mayo, por el que se aprueba el Reglamento marco de coordinación de los policías locales de las Islas Baleares y que la duración de la evaluación sea igual o superior a la prevista en estas bases.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;La exención no será aplicable si en los doce meses inmediatamente anteriores al inicio de la fase de prácticas del proceso selectivo la persona aspirante deja de prestar servicios en una categoría igual o superior a la que se refiere la convocatoria del proceso.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;El Tribunal calificador tiene que elevar a la Alcaldesa de la Corporcació la lista definitiva de las personas aspirantes declaradas aptas y no aptas en el periodo de prácticas en el municipio, además de las personas exentas.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Novena. FINALIZACIÓN DEL PROCESO SELECTIVO.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;El Tribunal elevará a la regidora del Área de Recursos Humanos la lista definitiva de los/las aspirantes declarados/as aptos y no aptos en el periodo de prácticas, la cual resolverá y ordenará la publicación en el plazo de 15 días hábiles en el BOIB, y también en el portal de transparencia de la sede electrónica del Ayuntamiento.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Contra la resolución mencionada, que pone fin a la vía administrativa, se podrá recorrer en el términos establecidos por la Ley 39/2015, de 1 de octubre, de procedimiento administrativo común de las administraciones públicas.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Decena. NOMBRAMIENTO Y TOMA DE POSESIÓN&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Una vez concluido el procedimiento selectivo, se hará el nombramiento oportuno. La persona nombrada tendrá que tomar posesión de la plaza en el plazo de 30 días naturales contadores desde el día siguiente de la fecha de la publicación en el BOIB del anuncio del Decreto de nombramiento como funcionario/a de carrera. Si no toma posesión dentro del plazo indicado, sin causa justificada, no podrá acceder a la condición de personal funcionario de carrera de este Ayuntamiento.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Dentro del plazo indicado en el párrafo anterior, la persona aspirante que supere este proceso de selección tiene que presentar:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Declaración responsable de no incurrir en causa de incompatibilidad de las previstas en la Ley 53/1984, de 26 de diciembre, de Incompatibilidades del Personal al Servicio de las Administraciones Públicas&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Compromiso a llevar armas y, si procede, utilizarlas, mediante declaración expresa.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;El anuncio de convocatoria de este procedimiento selectivo se publicará en el Boletín Oficial del Estado (BOE), las presentes bases se publicarán, íntegramente, en el tablón de anuncios del Ayuntamiento de Andratx y en el Boletín Oficial de las Islas Baleares (BOIB). Después de la publicación de la convocatoria y de las presentes bases en el BOIB, los sucesivos anuncios relativos a procedimiento selectivo se publicarán al tablón de anuncios de la sede electrónica del Ayuntamiento de Andratx y podrán publicar en la web de la Corporación. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Docena. &lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;De acuerdo con la Ley Orgánica 3/2018 de 5 de diciembre, de protección de datos personales y garantía de los derechos digitales, se informa a las personas aspirantes que los datos contenidos en la solicitud de admisión y documentación que se acompañe a la misma o la generada a resultas de la presente convocatoria, se incorporarán a un fichero de datos personales del que es responsable el Ayuntamiento de Andratx, la finalidad del cual es llevar a cabo los procesos de selección de personal de la Corporación.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Los datos personales necesarios podrán ser utilizadas para llevar a cabo las publicaciones propias del proceso de selección.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

En caso de no interponer el recurso potestativo de reposición se podrá interponer directamente recurso contencioso-administrativo, según el artículo antes mencionado y 45 y siguientes de la Ley 29/1998, de 13 de julio, reguladora de la jurisdicción contencioso-administrativa, ante el Juzgado de lo contencioso-administrativo, en el plazo de dos meses a contar del día siguiente de la publicación en el BOIB.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

Por cada mes completo de servicios prestados y reconocidos en la categoría de mayor: 0,066 puntos.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;g. Por cada mes completo de servicios prestados y reconocidos en la categoría de comisario: 0,075 puntos.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;h. Por cada mes completo de servicios prestados y reconocidos en la categoría de intendente: 0,083 puntos.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;2. Antigüedad&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;La puntuación máxima de este apartado es de 4 puntos, de acuerdo con los criterios siguientes:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;a. Por cada año completo de servicios prestados y reconocidos como personal funcionario de carrera en cualquier categoría de policía local: 0,2 puntos por año.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;b. Por cada año completo de servicios prestados y reconocidos como personal de la Administración pública en cualquier otra categoría, lugar o destino, de acuerdo con el que prevé la Ley 70/1978, de 26 de diciembre, de reconocimiento de servicios previos en la Administración pública: 0,1 puntos por año.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;La fecha de referencia para hacer la valoración es la de la finalización del plazo para presentar la solicitud de participación y se tiene que acreditar mediante un certificado expedido por los ayuntamientos.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;3. Estudios académicos oficiales&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Únicamente se valoran los estudios académicos oficiales con validez en todo el territorio nacional. En caso de presentación de títulos de estudios cursados al extranjero, se tiene que acreditar la homologación concedida por el Ministerio de Educación, Cultura y Deporte.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Por la posesión de titulaciones académicas oficiales superiores a la que se exige para la categoría a la cual se accede o a partir de una segunda titulación académica oficial igual a la que se exige para la categoría a la cual se accede. La valoración como mérito de un título implica que no se valore el de nivel inferior necesario para obtenerlo, salvo el caso que las titulaciones correspondan a ramas diferentes.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;La puntuación máxima de este apartado es de 21 puntos, de acuerdo con los criterios siguientes:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;a. Por cada titulación académica de técnico de formación profesional de grado superior, enseñanzas profesionales de artes plásticas y diseño de grado superior y las enseñanzas deportivas de grado superior, como también todos los títulos que hayan sido declarados equivalentes: 1 punto, hasta un máximo de 2 puntos.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;b. Por cada titulación académica de diplomatura universitaria, arquitectura técnica, ingeniería técnica o titulación declarada equivalente: 2 puntos, hasta un máximo de 4 puntos.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;c. Por cada titulación académica de grado universitario o grado de la enseñanza artística superior: 2 puntos, hasta un máximo de 4 puntos.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;d. Por cada licenciatura universitaria, arquitectura, ingeniería o titulación universitaria equivalente: 3 puntos, hasta un máximo de 6 puntos.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;e. Por cada máster oficial y otros estudios de posgrado oficial universitario: 0,25 puntos por cada 30 créditos ECTS, hasta un máximo de 1,5 puntos. Los estudios de grado con carga lectiva de 300 créditos ECTS, además de obtener los puntos del apartado c, obtendrán 0,5 puntos, según el artículo 12.10 del Real Decreto 1393/2007, de 29 de octubre.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;f. Para cada título de doctor: 1,5 puntos, hasta un máximo de 3 puntos.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Solo se tienen que valorar la posesión de los títulos de nivel superior al que se exige para el ingreso en la categoría a la cual se accede o la posesión de una segunda titulación académica oficial igual a la que se exige para la categoría a la cual se accede.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;La valoración como mérito de un título implica que no se valore el de nivel inferior, o el primer ciclo que sea imprescindible para su obtención, salvo los títulos de posgrado (máster y doctor), que se suman a la titulación correspondiente, o que las titulaciones correspondan a ramas académicas distintas.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;4. Valoración de los conocimientos de lenguas&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;4.1. Conocimientos orales y escritos de lengua catalana.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Se valoran los certificados expedidos por la EBAP, expedidos u homologados por el órgano competente de la Consellería de Cultura, Participación y Deportes o reconocidos de acuerdo con la normativa autonómica vigente hasta una puntuación máxima de 2,50 puntos:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;a. Nivel A2 (antes nivel A) o equivalente: 1 punto&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;b. Nivel B1: 1,25 puntos&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;c. Nivel B2 (antes nivel B) o equivalente: 1,50 puntos&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;d. Nivel C1 (antes nivel C) o equivalente: 1,75 puntos&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;e. Nivel C2 (antes nivel D) o equivalente: 2 puntos&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;f. Conocimientos de lenguaje administrativo (certificado E): 0,50 puntos&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Se tiene que valorar solo el certificado que corresponda al nivel más alto aportado por la persona interesada (excepto en el supuesto de que sea requisito para participar en el concurso estar en posesión de un determinado nivel de catalán, caso en que el nivel de catalán aportado como mérito tiene que ser superior al que se exige como requisito). En el caso del certificado de conocimientos de lenguaje administrativo, la puntuación se acumula a la del otro certificado que se acredite.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;4.2. Conocimientos otras lenguas.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Se valoran los certificados acreditativos de los conocimientos de cualquier lengua oficial de las otras comunidades autónomas o de una lengua extranjera expedidos por las escuelas oficiales de idiomas (EOI), las universidades, la EBAP, otras escuelas de administración pública y otras entidades, y que sean equivalentes a los niveles que establece el Marco común europeo, con una puntuación máxima de 5,40 puntos según los criterios que se indican en la tabla siguiente:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;De una misma lengua, solo se valoran las titulaciones de nivel superior.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;5. Valoración de los cursos de formación&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Solo se valoran los diplomas o certificados de cursos y actividades formativas impartidos por las escuelas de formación de las policías locales, los cursos impartidos por la Escuela Balear de Administración Pública o que tengan la condición de concertados u homologados por la EBAP, los cursos de interés policial manifiesto superados en universidades en el ámbito de la Unión Europea o en otras administraciones públicas del Estado español con centros de formación acreditados y los efectuados dentro del marco del acuerdo de formación para la ocupación de las administraciones públicas (AFEDAP) o plan similar.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;En cuanto a la formación en linea y a distancia no reglada, solo se valora la que impartan y homologuen la EBAP o las universidades del ámbito de la Unión Europea y la efectuada dentro del marco del acuerdo de formación para la ocupación de las administraciones públicas (AFEDAP) o plan similar.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Los cursos en materia policial hechos antes de entrar en vigor la Ley 4/2013, de 17 de julio, de coordinación de las policías locales de las Islas Baleares, también se valoran. En este apartado también se valora la impartición de cursos de acciones formativas relacionadas con las funciones propias del lugar al cual se acceda en centros formativos oficiales, acreditada mediante un certificado en que conste el curso, las horas y las materias que se han impartido y los créditos de los títulos, másteres propios no oficiales y de los cursos de experto universitario que tienen el carácter de titulaciones propias de una universidad determinada.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;5.1. Formación relacionada con el área profesional&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;5.1.1. Acciones formativas relacionadas La puntuación máxima de este apartado es de 4,5 puntos. Se valoran, para cada puesto de trabajo, las acciones formativas siempre que estén directamente relacionadas con las funciones propias del puesto a que se accede.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;En concreto, solo se valoran los cursos referidos en las áreas profesionales de policía, seguridad, emergencias, salvamento, ciencias forenses, criminología, violencia de género, diversidad sexual y de género, delitos de odio y formación sanitaria relacionada con la profesión de policía local de acuerdo con los criterios que se indican a continuación:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;a. Por cada certificado de aprovechamiento: 0,005 puntos por hora.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;b. Por cada certificado de asistencia: 0,0025 puntos por hora.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;c. Por cada certificado de impartición de cursos de acciones formativas relacionadas con las funciones propias del lugar al cual se acceda: 0,0075 puntos por hora.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;En cuanto a los cursos o actividades expresados en créditos, se entiende que cada crédito equivale a 10 horas. No se valoran los certificados que no indiquen el número de horas o créditos, el contenido de la formación o que tengan un contenido indefinido. No se valora la formación que constituye una parte de los cursos de capacitación correspondientes al periodo de prácticas ni tampoco la de los cursos de capacitación para acceder a cualquier categoría de las fuerzas o cuerpos de seguridad.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Tampoco se valora la formación repetida, salvo que se haya hecho un cambio sustancial en el contenido.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;5.1.2. Formación universitaria no oficial relacionada con las funciones del puesto de trabajo convocado La puntuación máxima de este apartado es de 3,5 puntos.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;a. Título propio de graduado en seguridad y ciencias policiales de la Universitat de les Illes Balears: 1 punto.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;b. Títulos propios de graduado universitario, relacionados con las áreas de policía, seguridad, emergencias, salvamento, ciencias forenses, criminología, violencia de género, diversidad sexual y de género, delitos de odio y formación sanitaria, con carga lectiva de, como mínimo, 180 créditos ECTS: 0,75 puntos por título, hasta un máximo de 1,5 puntos.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;c. Másteres, expertos y diplomas universitarios relacionados con las áreas de policía, seguridad, emergencias, salvamento, ciencias forenses, criminología, violencia de género, diversidad sexual y de género, delitos de odio y formación sanitaria: 0,1 puntos por crédito ECTS, hasta un máximo de 1 punto. Los títulos con carga lectiva inferior a 30 créditos ECTS no se valoran en este apartado.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;5.2. Formación no relacionada con el área profesional&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;5.2.1. Acciones formativas no relacionadas La puntuación máxima de este apartado es de 2 puntos. Se tienen que valorar, para cada puesto de trabajo, las acciones formativas que, aunque no estén directamente relacionadas con las funciones propias del lugar al cual se accede, se consideran de interés general. En concreto, solo se tienen que valorar para todas las categorías los cursos que estén relacionados con las áreas temáticas de la formación continua de la EBAP.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;a. Por cada certificado de aprovechamiento: 0,005 puntos por hora&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

Formación universitaria no oficial no relacionada La puntuación máxima de este apartado es de 2 puntos.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;a. Títulos propios de graduado universitario, sin relación con las áreas de policía, seguridad, emergencias, salvamento, ciencias forenses, criminología, violencia de género, diversidad sexual y de género, delitos de odio o formación sanitaria, que se consideran de interés general con carga lectiva de, como mínimo, 180 créditos ECTS: 0,5 puntos por título, hasta un máximo de 1 punto.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;b. Másteres, expertos y diplomas universitarios sin relación con las áreas de policía, seguridad, emergencias, salvamento, ciencias forenses, criminología, violencia de género, diversidad sexual y de género, delitos de odio o formación sanitaria, que se consideran de interés general : 0,05 por crédito ECTS, hasta un máximo de 1 punto. Los títulos con carga lectiva inferior a 30 créditos ECTS no se valoran en este apartado.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;6. Reconocimientos honoríficos&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Valoración de los reconocimientos honoríficos.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;La puntuación máxima de este apartado es de 2,5 puntos, de acuerdo con los criterios siguientes:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Por cada condecoración y distinción al mérito policial de la Comunidad Autónoma de las Islas Baleares o de los ayuntamientos prevista en la normativa:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;a. Cree al mérito policial con distintivo azul de la Comunidad Autónoma de las Islas Baleares: 0,75 punto.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Se tiene que acreditar mediante un certificado expedido por la consellería competente en materia de coordinación de las policías locales.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Únicamente pueden valorar a efectos de concurso de méritos las felicitaciones otorgadas por los ayuntamientos si han sido aprobadas por acuerdo plenario y están motivadas por alguna de las causas que prevé el artículo 134 de este Reglamento. La puntuación por una felicitación pública puede considerar solo en los procesos selectivos del ayuntamiento que la ha concedido.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;7. Valoración de los certificados de actualización de las pruebas físicas&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;La superación de las pruebas de actualización de las aptitudes físicas previstas en el artículo 165 del Reglamento marco con un nota igual o superior, en conjunto, a 7, tiene una puntuación igual a la nota obtenida multiplicada por 0,1, hasta un máximo de 1 punto.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;8. Las convocatorias se tienen que publicar en el Boletín Oficial de las Islas Baleares&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Los méritos que aleguen las persones candidatas se tienen que acreditar mediante la presentación por Registro electrónico de la documentación siguiente:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;a. Servicios prestados y antigüedad: certificado expedido por los ayuntamientos o administraciones públicas correspondientes.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;b. Estudios académicos oficiales: copia compulsada correctamente del título o del resguardo acreditativo (anverso y reverso). En caso de presentación de títulos de estudios cursados al extranjero, se tiene que acreditar la homologación concedida por el Ministerio de Educación, Cultura y Deporte.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;c. Conocimiento de lengua catalana: certificados expedidos por la Escuela Balear de Administración Pública (EBAP), expedidos u homologados por el órgano competente de la Consellería de Cultura, Participación y Deportes o reconocidos de acuerdo con la normativa autonómica vigente.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;d. Conocimiento otras lenguas: certificados expedidos por la Escuela Balear de Administración Pública, por las escuelas oficiales de idiomas (EOI), por las universidades, por otras escuelas de administración pública y otras entidades, equivalentes con los niveles de Marc común europeo.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;e. Cursos de formación: certificados de aprovechamiento, certificados de asistencia y certificados de impartición de cursos de acciones formativas expedidos por las escuelas de formación de las policías locales, por la Escuela Balear de Administración Pública u homologados o concertados por la EBAP, por universidades del ámbito de la Unión Europea, por centros de formación acreditados en otras administraciones públicas del Estado español o centros que imparten formación dentro del marco del acuerdo de formación para la ocupación de las administraciones públicas (AFEDAP) o plan similar.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;f. Reconocimientos honoríficos: certificados expedidos por la consellería competente en materia de coordinación de las policías locales o el ayuntamiento correspondiente.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Contra este acuerdo que agota la vía administrativa se puede interponer alternativamente recurso potestativo de reposición en el plazo de un mes a contar desde el siguiente al de la publicación del presente anuncio, delante de la Alcaldía de este Ayuntamiento, de conformidad con los artículos 123 y 124 de la Ley 39/2015, de 1 de octubre, del procedimiento administrativo común de las administraciones públicas, o recurso contencioso- administrativo, ante el juzgado del Contencioso-Administrativo de Palma, en el plazo de dos meses, a contar desde el día siguiente al de la publicación del presente anuncio, de conformidad con el artículo 46 de la Ley 29/1998, de 13 de julio, de la Jurisdicción contencioso-administrativa. Si optara para interponer el recurso de reposición potestativo no podrá interponer recurso contencioso-administrativo hasta que aquel sea resuelto expresamente o se haya producido su desestimación por silencio. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Todo esto sin perjuicio que pueda interponer se, cualquier otro recurso que pudiera estimar más conveniente a su derecho.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
