&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;1. En el BOIB núm. 51 de 22/04/2023 se publicó la convocatoria del concurso-oposición del sistema de promoción interna para cubrir ocho plazas de Oficial de la Policía Local de Calviá, correspondiente a la oferta pública de empleo de 2022 (BOIB núm. 68, de 26/05/2022). &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;2. En fecha 10/04/2024 se nombró a las personas que habían superado el proceso selectivo de funcionarios/as en prácticas de la categoría de Oficial de Policía Local en el Ayuntamiento de Calviá. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;3. Vistas las actas de los días 09/12/2024 y 08/01/2025 del tribunal calificador de la convocatoria mencionada con la relación de personas aspirantes que han superado el período de prácticas y, por tanto también el proceso selectivo, debe procederse a nombrarlas personal funcionario de carrera con la adjudicación del correspondiente puesto de trabajo.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:0px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;4. Una vez ofrecidos a las personas aspirantes los puestos de trabajo a cubrir, es necesario adjudicar los puestos de trabajo según lo solicitado por la persona interesada teniendo en cuenta el orden de puntuación. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:0px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Por todo ello y , en virtud de lo que establece la Ley 4/2013, de 17 de julio, de Coordinación de las policías locales de las Islas Baleares y el art.21.1h) de la Ley 7/1985, de 2 de abril, reguladora de las Bases de Régimen Local, esta Alcaldía dispone lo siguiente &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;3. Requerir a las personas nombradas funcionarias de carrera para que tomen la posesión de las plazas el día 2 de abril de 2025 a las 13,00 horas en la Sala de Plenos del Ayuntamiento de Calviá. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:0px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;4. Notificar esta resolución a las personas interesadas y dar traslado de la misma a la Jefatura de la Policía Local y al Servicio de Recursos Humanos. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:0px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Contra esta resolución, que agota la vía administrativa se podrá interponer por parte de las personas interesadas recurso potestativo de reposición en el plazo de un mes ante el mismo órgano que lo ha dictado (art. 123 y 124 de la Ley 39/2015, de 1 de octubre, del Procedimiento administrativo común de las Administraciones Públicas). También pueden interponer directamente el recurso contencioso administrativo en el plazo de 2 meses a contar desde el día siguiente de recibir esta notificación, ante el Juzgado Contencioso Administrativo (artículos 8.1 14.1.2ª y 46.1 de la Ley 29/98, de 13 de junio, reguladora de la jurisdicción contencioso-administrativa. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
