&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;1. En el BOIB núm. 128 de fecha 01/10/2022 se publicó la Resolución de la Consejera de Presidencia, Función Pública e Igualdad de 29 de septiembre de 2022 por la que&amp;nbsp;se aprobó la convocatoria, las bases, los temarios, los ejercicios y se designó el tribunal calificador de les pruebas selectivas del proceso unificado para cubrir las plazas de la categoría de policía de los municipios de Alcúdia, Algaida, Andratx, Binissalem, Bunyola, Calviá, Campanet, Campos, Ciutadella, Consell, Es Mercadal, Estellencs, Felanitx, Formentera, Inca, Lloret de Vistalegre, Llucmajor, Manacor, Mancor de la Vall, Muro, Palma, Pollença, Sant Antoni de Portmany, Sant Josep de Sa Talaia, Sant Llorenç des Cardassar, Santanyí y Son Servera.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;2. En fecha 27/03/2023&amp;nbsp;se nombró a las personas que habían superado el proceso selectivo como funcionarios/arias en prácticas de la categoría de policía en el Ayuntamiento de Calviá.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;3. En el BOIB núm. 89 de fecha 06/07/2024&amp;nbsp;se publicó la Resolución de la Directora Gerente de la Escuela Balear de Administración Pública por la que se publica la lista definitiva de aspirantes que han superado el proceso selectivo, incluido el período de prácticas, del proceso unificado.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;4. Una vez ofrecidos a las personas aspirantes los puestos de trabajo a cubrir, cabe adjudicar los puestos de trabajo según lo solicitado por la persona interesada teniendo en cuenta el orden de puntuación.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;Por todo ello y, en virtud de lo establecido en la Ley 4/2013, de 17 de julio, de Coordinación de las policías locales de las Illes Balears y el art. 21.1.h) de la Ley 7/1985, de 2 de abril, reguladora de les Bases de Régimen Local, esta Alcaldía dispone la siguiente&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;2. Publicar este nombramiento en el Boletín Oficial de las Islas Baleares. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;3. Requerir a las personas nombradas funcionarias de carrera para que tomen la posesión de las plazas el día 2 de abril de 2025 a las 13,00 horas en la Sala de Plenos del Ayuntamiento de Calvià. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;4. Notificar esta resolución a las personas interesadas y dar traslado de la misma a la Jefatura de la Policía Local y al Servicio de Recursos Humanos. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;Contra esta resolución, que agota la vía administrativa se podrá interponer por parte de las personas interesadas recurso potestativo de reposición en el plazo de un mes ante el mismo órgano que lo ha dictado (art. 123 y 124 de la Ley 39/2015, de 1 de octubre, del Procedimiento administrativo común de las Administraciones Públicas). También pueden interponer directamente el recurso contencioso administrativo en el plazo de 2 meses a contar desde el día siguiente de recibir esta notificación, ante el Juzgado Contencioso Administrativo (artículos 8.1 14.1.2ª y 46.1 de la Ley 29/98, de 13 de junio, reguladora de la jurisdicción contencioso-administrativa. &lt;span style="color: rgb(255, 0, 0)"&gt; &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
