    <env:contingut rdf:parseType="Literal">![CDATA[&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Mediante acuerdo del Pleno de la corporación municipal, en sesión ordinaria celebrada el 19 de diciembre de 2024, se aprobó inicialmente el expediente de modificación del Reglamento de régimen interno de la EI Es Vedranell. Dicho acuerdo aparece publicado en el BOIB nº172, de 31 de diciembre de 2024. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Finalizado el plazo de exposición pública sin haberse presentado alegaciones, el acuerdo hasta entonces inicial se entiende definitivamente aprobado, de acuerdo con lo que dispone el artículo 102 de la Ley 20/2006. Por lo que se publica el texto íntegro del Reglamento de régimen interno de la Escuela Infantil (EI) Es Vedranell, que a continuación se transcribe: &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="text-align:center"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;“&lt;strong&gt;REGLAMENTO DE RÉGIMEN INTERNO DE LA EI ES VEDRANELL&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;ARTÍCULO 1. &lt;span style="display:block; line-height:1.6; margin-bottom:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt; &lt;/span&gt;MARCO LEGISLATIVO Y DEFINICIÓN DEL SERVICIO&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;1. Marco legislativo&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;- El Estatuto de Autonomía de las Illes Balears, aprobado por Ley Orgánica 2/1983, de 23 de enero (BOE n.º 51, de 1 de marzo), y reformado por Ley Orgánica 1/2007, de 28 de febrero (BOE n.º 51, de 1 de marzo).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;- El Decreto 23/2020, de 31 de julio, por el que se aprueba el Texto Consolidado del Decreto por el que se establecen los requisitos mínimos de los centros de primer ciclo de educación infantil (BOIB n.º 135, de 1 de agosto de 2020).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;- Decreto 28/2020, de 21 de septiembre, de Principios Generales de los Procedimientos de Reconocimiento de la Condición de Familia Monoparental y de la Condición de Familia Numerosa (BOIB n.º 164, de 22 de septiembre de 2020).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;- Decreto 30/2022, de 1 de agosto, por el que se establece el currículo y la evaluación de la educación infantil en las Illes Balears.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;- El Decreto 30/2020, de 28 de septiembre, por el que se aprueba el Texto Consolidado del Decreto por el que se establece y regula la red de escuelas infantiles públicas y los servicios para la educación de la primera infancia de la Comunidad Autónoma de las Illes Balears y se crea el Instituto para la Educación de la Primera Infancia (BOIB n.º 167, de 29 de septiembre).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;- Resolución del consejero de Educación y Universidades, de 6 de septiembre de 2023, por la que se aprueba el modelo de Convenio Específico de Colaboración entre el Gobierno de las Illes Balears y los centros de titularidad privada de la red complementaria para establecer la gratuidad del servicio de escolarización básica del primer ciclo de educación infantil (BOIB n.º 124, de 7 de septiembre). &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;1.2 Definición del servicio&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;La escuela infantil Es Vedranell nace por iniciativa del Ayuntamiento de Sant Josep de sa Talaia, del Consell Insular y del Govern Balear. La escuela está adscrita a la red pública de escuelas infantiles de las Islas Baleares.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Este centro de educación infantil de 0-3 años en el municipio de Sant Josep de sa Talaia, que consta de 6 unidades, está justificado por la falta de plazas escolares (0-3) existentes en el municipio de Sant Josep de sa Talaia que dificulta que muchas familias puedan acceder a una plaza en un centro de educación infantil tanto público como privado.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Según el Decreto 71/2008, de 27 de junio, por el que se establece el Currículum de Educación Infantil en las Islas Baleares, la educación infantil constituye la etapa educativa con identidad propia que atiende niños desde el nacimiento hasta a los seis años. La etapa de educación infantil se ordena en dos ciclos y tiene carácter voluntario. El primer ciclo comprende hasta los tres años y el segundo, desde los tres hasta los seis años.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;La finalidad de la educación infantil es contribuir al desarrollo físico, emocional, afectivo, social e intelectual de los niños.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Esta etapa tiene que atender progresivamente al desarrollo afectivo, al movimiento y a los hábitos de control corporal, a las manifestaciones de la comunicación y del lenguaje,&amp;nbsp; a las pautas elementales de convivencia y relación social, así como al descubrimiento de las características físicas y sociales del medio en que viven.&amp;nbsp; Además, tiene que facilitar que los niños elaboren una imagen positiva y equilibrada de sí mismos y que adquieran autonomía personal.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;La escuela infantil Es Vedranell atiende el primer ciclo de esta etapa educativa, es decir, niños de 0 a 3 años.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;ARTÍCULO 2. &lt;span style="display:block; line-height:1.6; margin-bottom:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt; &lt;/span&gt;LUGAR Y CALENDARIO DE IMPARTICIÓN DEL SERVICIO&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;2.1 Lugar de impartición del servicio&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;El servicio se prestará en la EI Es Vedranell, situada en la zona escolar del pueblo de Sant Agustí des Vedrà, por el camino des Pou d'en Mosson, dentro del municipio de Sant Josep de sa Talaia.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;2.2 Calendario de impartición del servicio&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;La escuela infantil debe funcionar durante 12 meses anuales, entre las fechas que se establezcan para cada curso escolar, según el calendario escolar y lo que determine el Ayuntamiento. En concreto, el servicio educativo de la EI Es Vedranell empezará el día 1 de septiembre y finalizará el 30 de junio. Durante los meses de julio y agosto se ofrecerá un servicio de escuela de verano.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;La escuela estará cerrada durante el período de vacaciones escolares de Navidad y Pascua y los días festivos que la Administración determine.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;Si existe suficiente demanda, a criterio de la entidad que gestiona el centro, podrá ofrecerse un servicio de guardia y custodia durante las vacaciones escolares de Semana Santa (días no festivos) y durante el período comprendido entre el 1 de septiembre y el inicio de las actividades lectivas, de acuerdo con el calendario escolar que publica la Consejería de Educación anualmente. En caso de ofrecer este servicio, la entidad que gestiona el centro deberá tener en cuenta que el profesorado debe disponer, de acuerdo con el calendario escolar, de un determinado número de días para la organización del curso antes del comienzo de las actividades lectivas. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;ARTÍCULO 3. &lt;span style="display:block; line-height:1.6; margin-bottom:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt; &lt;/span&gt;HORARIO DE IMPARTICIÓN DEL SERVICIO&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;La jornada escolar comprende todas aquellas actividades que se desarrollen desde que los niños entran en la escuela hasta que salen, incluyendo en la misma las actividades relacionadas con la acogida y recogida de los niños, con la alimentación, con la higiene, con la seguridad y con el descanso.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:0px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;La EI Es Vedranell ofrece los siguientes servicios en los horarios que figuran a continuación:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;** Mediante acuerdo de Pleno de 20/12/23 (BOIB n.º 175, de 28/12/23) se aprobó la suspensión de las cuotas del servicio de escolaridad (9 a 13 h) y matrícula (105 €) de los alumnos matriculados en el primer ciclo de educación infantil de la EI Es Vedranell del municipio de Sant Josep de sa Talaia durante el período de septiembre a junio (10 meses) mientras dure la vigencia del Convenio Específico de Colaboración entre el Gobierno de las Illes Balears y el Ayuntamiento de Sant Josep de sa Talaia para establecer la gratuidad del servicio de escolarización básica del primer ciclo de educación infantil, cuya firma se ha aprobado por Decreto n.º 2023-4230, de 26/10/23.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;El tiempo máximo de permanencia de un niño en la escuela será de 8 horas diarias.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;El equipo pedagógico de la EI Es Vedranell tiene que confeccionar la distribución de los horarios del aula, que quedarán recogidos en la Programación General Anual de la escuela y serán comunicados a las familias a principios de curso.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Los horarios de entrada y salida serán los siguientes:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;- Entrada: &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:80px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt; &lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:80px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;de 7.30 a 7.59 (primera acogida)&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:80px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;de&amp;nbsp; 8.00 a 8.45 (acogida)&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:80px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;de 8.45 a 9.15 horas&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt; &lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;- Salida: de 13.00 a 13.15 horas, de 14.00 a 14.15 horas, de 15.00 a 16.00 horas.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;- En las horas complementarias se podrá traer y recoger a los niños durante todo el tramo horario. Pasados los 15 minutos iniciales, se facturará la hora completa.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Salvo los horarios de entrada y salida, la EI Es Vedranell estará cerrada y no se permitirá la entrada de los niños que lleguen tarde sin motivo justificado.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;En cualquier caso cuando la puerta ya esté cerrada, la educadora o educador recepcionará en la entrada de la escuela y no se permitirá el acceso de la familia en el aula.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Los padres y las madres o personas tutoras de los niños tienen que comunicar a la educadora o educador la entrada o la salida esporádica del niño por motivos justificados fuera del horario establecido.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;ARTÍCULO 4. &lt;span style="display:block; line-height:1.6; margin-bottom:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt; &lt;/span&gt;CARACTERÍSTICAS DEL SERVICIO&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;4.1. Servicios de carácter general&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Los servicios que se ofrecen durante la jornada escolar son:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;4.1.1. Servicio de escolarización&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Este servicio es el principal. Consiste en la permanencia de niños de 0 a 3 años, durante el horario establecido en el artículo 3, así como la atención educativa apropiada a los niños de esta edad, de conformidad con la normativa aplicable.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;4.1.2. Servicio de acogida y recogida&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Este servicio consiste en la permanencia en el centro durante el espacio de tiempo anterior al horario escolar de la mañana y posterior al horario escolar de la tarde. Este servicio aporta más flexibilidad en el horario a las familias usuarias de la&amp;nbsp; escuela. Este servicio se concreta en servicio de acogida por la mañana y servicio de recogida por la tarde.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Este servicio se convierte en un espacio global de atención a los niños que están atendidos por el personal profesional del centro y que ofrece por la mañana un espacio con un clima tranquilo y seguro de acogida al niño y por la tarde un espacio potenciador del juego.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;4.1.3. Servicio de comedor&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Este servicio tiene como objetivo básico la alimentación del niño, pero aparte de esta necesidad biológica, en este rato de la comida intervienen otros factores de socialización, de adquisición de hábitos de higiene, de descanso, etc., que hay que tener en cuenta.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;El servicio de comedor se cubrirá con un catering.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;El personal de atención educativa directa de la escuela se hará cargo de la asistencia y la atención del alumnado durante el tiempo de comedor.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;El servicio de comedor se ajustará a la normativa vigente sanitaria y tendrá las autorizaciones sanitarias preceptivas.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;4.1.4. Servicio de escuela de verano&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;El servicio de la escuela de verano se ofrece durante los meses de julio y agosto. Es un servicio voluntario y opcional para familias. Las cuotas para este servicio serán las mismas que las estipuladas en los artículos 3 y 9 del citado Reglamento.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;4.1.5. Servicios de atención a la diversidad&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Estos servicios se dedican, principalmente, a la prevención, la detección y sobre todo al apoyo educativo a niños escolarizados o no con dificultades educativas y especialmente con necesidades educativas especiales.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;4.2. Servicios de carácter voluntario&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;El centro podrá ofrecer los siguientes servicios:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;4.2.1. Servicios destinados a fortalecer las capacidades educativas de las familias. Estos servicios pretenden la atención educativa de niños menores de tres años no escolarizados y de sus familias, sea cual sea su ámbito de residencia, destinada a la socialización inicial de los niños, al fortalecimiento en las familias de concepciones positivas respecto de la educación durante los primeros años de vida, a la difusión de conocimientos y competencias educativas y a la promoción de la cultura de infancia. Las plazas que no queden cubiertas por niños no escolarizados podrán ser ocupadas por niños escolarizados. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Se tienen que estipular las actividades, el calendario y el horario dentro del marco de la programación general anual del centro y en coordinación con la&amp;nbsp; Concejalía de Educación del Ayuntamiento. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;La coordinadora de los diferentes programas será la dirección del centro.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&amp;nbsp;Los recursos materiales tienen que ser los propios de la escuela o los que el Ayuntamiento ponga a disposición del centro a este efecto.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;El espacio donde se llevan a cabo estas actividades habitualmente tiene que ser la escuela, aunque en algunos casos se pueden determinar otras instalaciones.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Antes de empezar el curso, el Ayuntamiento y la escuela tienen que definir cuáles serán los espacios donde se harán las actividades con familias dentro del marco de la programación anual del centro (PGA).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Las cuotas por el servicio de fortalecimiento de las capacidades educativas de las familias serán las siguientes:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;4.2.2. Servicio de guardia y custodia, destinado a facilitar la conciliación de la vida familiar y laboral, durante las vacaciones de Semana Santa y las primeras semanas de septiembre antes de iniciar las actividades escolares. Este servicio de ofrecerá si hay suficiente demanda, según el criterio de la entidad que gestione el centro.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Las cuotas para este servicio serán las mismas que las estipuladas en el artículo 3 y 9 de este Reglamento, pero la empresa o entidad que gestione este servicio de guardia y custodia podrá suprimir alguno de los servicios estipulados en el artículo 3 si, por falta de inscritos, el mantenimiento de de este servicio se hace inviable. Podrán suprimirse alguno o algunos de los servicios de recogida y el servicio de comedor siempre con el conocimiento y acuerdo de la Concejalía de Educación y Cultura.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;ARTÍCULO 5. &lt;span style="display:block; line-height:1.6; margin-bottom:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt; &lt;/span&gt;GESTIÓN&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;1. La escuela infantil Es Vedranell depende, a todos los efectos, del Ayuntamiento de Sant Josep de sa Talaia, que tiene la titularidad del servicio.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;2. La gestión de este servicio socio-educativo se podrá llevar a cabo por cualquiera de las formas previstas en la normativa reguladora de régimen local.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;​​​​​​​&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;ARTÍCULO 6. &lt;span style="display:block; line-height:1.6; margin-bottom:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt; &lt;/span&gt;ORGANIZACIÓN&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;6.1. Personas destinatarias&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Las personas destinatarias del servicio son niños con edad comprendida entre los 0 y 3 años. En el caso de niños de 0 años, en el momento del inicio del curso escolar tienen que haber cumplido los 4 meses.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;6.2. Distribución del alumnado&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;1. Las agrupaciones se tienen que hacer por tramos de edad no superiores a un año de diferencia. Cualquier otra agrupación tiene que ser autorizada por la Consejería de Educación y Cultura.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;2. No se pueden agrupar en la misma unidad niños de primer ciclo de educación infantil con niños de segundo ciclo de educación infantil, con excepción de aquellos niños con necesidades educativas especiales a quienes les sea conveniente y que tendrán que ser autorizados por el Servicio Técnico de Inspección Educativa o por quien determine la Consejería de Educación y Cultura.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;3. La distribución de los grupos de educación infantil será la siguiente:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;- 2 aulas de bebés (de 4 meses a 1 año)&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;- 2 aulas de niños y niñas de 1 a 2 años.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;- 2 aulas de niños y niñas de 2 a 3 años.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;La precedente distribución por aulas podrá ser objeto de modificación cuantitativa si las circunstancias de ubicación física así lo permiten, pero respetando siempre en cualquier caso los límites de número máximo de niños por aula.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;6.3. Ratios&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;1. El número máximo de niños por aula viene marcado por el Decreto 60/2008, de 2 de mayo, por el que se establecen los requisitos mínimos de los centros de primer ciclo de educación infantil.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;2. El número máximo de niños por unidad tiene que ser:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Unidades de 0-1 año: 7&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Unidades de 1-2 años: 12&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Unidades de 2-3 años: 18&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;6.4. Equipo educativo&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;1. Los niños serán atendidos por personal docente que tendrá que poseer las titulaciones académicas y la cualificación específica de educación infantil, exigidas por la normativa reguladora de aplicación que esté vigente en todo momento.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;2. El equipo educativo se reunirá semanalmente, para fijar objetivos, métodos, programas, revisar material didáctico y reflexionar sobre aspectos concretos de la educación y de las líneas a seguir. De estas reuniones se elaborarán las correspondientes actas.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;3. El equipo completo de personal docente se reunirá en claustro cuando sea necesario para tratar los problemas generales de la escuela infantil y también para elaborar propuestas dirigidas a la Alcaldía o Concejalía de Educación y Cultura del Ayuntamiento de Sant Josep. Al Consejo Escolar, que se creará de acuerdo con la normativa que le sea de aplicación, asistirá una persona en representación del Ayuntamiento de Sant Josep.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;6.5. Metodología de incorporación de los niños&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Los padres y las madres de los niños de nueva inscripción tendrán que mantener una primera entrevista con la educadora o educador de su hijo/a, con el objetivo de intercambiar información que facilite la entrada del niño en el centro escolar y pactar el día y horarios de inicio.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Con el fin de facilitar el período de adaptación, la incorporación de los niños en el centro escolar se hará de forma escalonada y siguiendo las indicaciones horarias marcadas por las educadoras.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;​​​​​​​&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;6.6. Régimen de inasistencias&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;1. Las familias están obligadas a advertir al centro de la inasistencia de su hijo.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;2. Si un alumno debe ausentarse durante un período inferior a 2 meses, por causa justificada, su familia o sus tutores legales deberán firmar un documento de compromiso de regreso al centro en una fecha que se indique en el mismo, y la plaza permanecerá reservada hasta entonces. Si superado este período temporal el alumno no se incorpora, el centro procederá a darlo de baja de oficio y esta plaza podrá ser asignada como vacante. Esta petición podrá efectuarse siempre que el niño haya sido escolarizado en el centro educativo un mínimo de un mes antes de proceder a la solicitud.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;3. Después de haber agotado las vías de comunicación con su familia, el centro debe comunicar al Servicio de Escolarización, Títulos y Legalizaciones la inasistencia de un alumno o la no incorporación en la fecha prevista sin causa justificada. Esta inasistencia puede suponer la pérdida de la plaza en el centro donde se haya formalizado la matrícula.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;4. La baja voluntaria de un niño requerirá su comunicación por escrito a la Dirección de la escuela.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;6.7. Orientaciones generales&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;1. Al inicio de curso, el concesionario informará a las familias sobre las normas sanitarias, normas de admisión de los niños, normas higiénicas, pedagógicas, sociales y de vestuario que los padres y madres tienen que cumplir.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;2. Estas normas, junto con los horarios y los programas de educación de la escuela, se comunicarán a la Alcaldía del Ayuntamiento de Sant Josep de sa Talaia, que las aprobará.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;3. La EI Es Vedranell no se hace responsable de los objetos y materiales ajenos al centro.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;4. Los niños tienen que llevar ropa cómoda y marcada, que facilite su trabajo y el del personal educador, teniendo en cuenta que el centro dispone de calefacción y sistema de aire acondicionado.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;5. Es recomendable el uso de la bata, ya que facilita el trabajo de la educadora o el educador a la hora de realizar trabajos que pueden ensuciar.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;6. Se tiene que traer ropa de uso personal de cada niño (toallitas de un solo uso, pañales, bolsa de ropa con muda completa y baberos) y se tiene que cambiar cada día.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;7. Para celebrar los cumpleaños o fiestas de los niños, se tiene que contactar antes con la educadora para que lo pueda coordinar.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;8. No se admitirán las visitas de los padres y madres, personas tutoras, familiares ni amigos durante el horario escolar, salvo en casos excepcionales debidamente justificados.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;9. Si a lo largo del curso se produce un cambio de domicilio, teléfono…, se tiene que comunicar a la dirección del centro, con el fin de facilitar el contacto con la familia.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;10. Se deben comunicar también todos los cambios de carácter administrativo, de domiciliación bancaria, de cuentas corrientes de bancos, etc.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;11. Si el padre, madre o persona que ejerza la tutela delegan en otra persona mayor de edad, la recogida de su hijo, tendrán que autorizarla por escrito, con nombre y DNI de la persona autorizada.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;12. Para que hermanos o familiares menores de dieciocho años de un niño lo puedan recoger es indispensable hacer un descargo de responsabilidad por escrito delante de la persona responsable de la escuela.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;13. Si el niño no participa, por motivos ajenos a la escuela, en las actividades que su grupo realice y que supongan la salida del centro, este día el niño no podrá asistir a la escuela.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;14. &lt;span style="color:black"&gt;De acuerdo con la legislación vigente, no está permitido fumar dentro de las dependencias del centro ni entrar animales. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;6.8. Alimentación&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;1. Los niños deben entrar en la escuela con la primera comida del día hecha y tendrán que llevar comida de su casa para desayunar a media mañana.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;2. Sólo se darán regímenes alimenticios especiales en caso de que se presente un certificado médico que lo prescriba por motivos de salud. Por motivos religiosos, se podrá realizar una adaptación de los menús.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;3. Por motivos sanitarios, ningún niño podrá llevar su propia comida de su casa. En el caso de los bebés, se ofrecerá un menú adaptado a sus características y nivel madurativo. Las familias informarán al personal educador de los alimentos que se vayan introduciendo en su dieta.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;4. En caso de que el niño tenga alergias a determinados alimentos debe presentarse la ficha (que la escuela facilitará) cumplimentada para cada uno de los alimentos y firmada por el padre o la madre y por el médico/a.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;5. El servicio de comedor de la escuela ofrecerá un menú equilibrado y adaptado a las necesidades nutritivas de los niños.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;6. A principio de mes se dará una hoja con el menú mensual, para que se pueda complementar correctamente con los alimentos que se den en el ámbito familiar.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;7. Una vez solicitado el menú, se tendrá que abonar el coste aunque entonces el niño no se quede a comer. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;6.9. Relaciones con los padres, madres y tutores&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;1. La relación entre las familias y el Centro tiene que seguir las pautas que señala la regulación general del servicio.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;2. El servicio que ofrece la EI Es Vedranell es voluntario y no obligatorio. La matriculación del niño presupone la aceptación de las normas de la Escuela y de este Reglamento.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;3. Cuando las relaciones de los padres y madres o personas tutoras de un niño con las personas responsables del centro impliquen un deterioro evidente del funcionamiento normal de éste, una vez agotadas todas las vías legales para solucionar el conflicto, se puede resolver la baja del niño mediante un informe previo del equipo docente y de los Servicio Sociales del Ayuntamiento de Sant Josep de sa Talaia, que lo comunicarán a la Alcaldía del Ayuntamiento.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;6.10 Derechos y deberes del personal de la escuela y de las familias&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;6.10.1. Del personal de la escuela&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;• Colaborar con la Dirección en la elaboración del PEC, el PCC, el PAC, y la Memoria Anual.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;• Atender e informar a las familias en relación al desarrollo integral de su hijo/a.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;• Atender las necesidades físicas y fisiológicas y de higiene de los niños, introduciéndolos en la progresión de adquisición de los hábitos.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;• Participar en las reuniones convocadas por la dirección y en las reuniones y entrevistas con las familias.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;• Realizar tareas educativas destinadas a aplicar las programaciones y a introducir valores y actitudes positivas a cada niño.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;• Realizar actividades de formación permanente.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;• Cumplir con el ejercicio de sus funciones docentes.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;• Guardar el secreto profesional en todos aquellos aspectos que lo requieran.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;6.10.2. De las familias&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;• Estar representados en los órganos colegiados que establece la normativa vigente.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;• Ser atendidos por cualquier miembro de la escuela.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;• Recibir información sobre el calendario, horario y actividades.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;• Recibir información sobre su hijo/a en referencia a su proceso de aprendizaje en la escuela, mediante reuniones informativas, entrevistas, informes de desarrollo y contacto directo diario con la educadora o educador.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;• Transmitir cualquier información relevante de su hijo necesaria para la correcta atención y cuidado.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;• Solicitar entrevista con la educadora o el educador y/o dirección siempre que lo crea conveniente.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;• Respetar lo establecido en este Reglamento.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;• Colaborar con el personal educativo en cualquier aspecto relacionado con su hijo/a.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;• Respetar la normativa de la escuela.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;• Cumplir las obligaciones establecidas como condición de personas usuarias.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;• Abonar las cuotas mensuales y de los servicios extras.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;• No llevar el niño a la escuela en caso de que padezca una enfermedad contagiosa, muestre fiebre o la haya tenido durante la noche.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;​​​​​​​&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;6.11. Normas de salud &lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;1. Al inicio del curso se informará a las familias sobre las normas sanitarias, higiénicas, pedagógicas, sociales, de vestuario y necesidades y cualquier otra que las familias tengan que cumplir.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;2. Cuando los niños empiezan la escuela y salen del reducido círculo familiar, se encuentran ampliamente expuestos a las infecciones comunes, siendo generalmente inevitable un aumento temporal de estos tipos de infecciones; esto contribuye a la maduración de su sistema inmunitario. Así mismo y con la finalidad de evitar contagios, es necesario observar las normas siguientes:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;- Se tiene que informar de las vacunas administradas y de las nuevas vacunaciones que se administren durante el curso. Se tiene que presentar una fotocopia de la cartilla de vacunaciones actualizada cada vez que se produzcan cambios.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;- Si el niño está enfermo no tiene que ir a la escuela. Por una parte se evita la posibilidad de contagiar a otros niños y a las educadoras. Y por otra parte, en la escuela no se puede dispensar la atención adecuada y el reposo que necesita un niño enfermo.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;- En cualquier caso, el niño no puede asistir a la escuela si tiene:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:80px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt; &lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:80px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;• Diarreas: hasta que se normalicen las deposiciones o haya autorización del pediatra, con indicación, en su caso, del tipo de dieta que el niño debe seguir.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:80px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;• Fiebre: de más de 38,5&lt;sup&gt;o&lt;/sup&gt;C rectal o 38,0&lt;sup&gt;o&lt;/sup&gt;C axilar. Si el niño se va de la escuela con fiebre, no puede volver a asistir hasta que hayan pasado 24 horas.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:80px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;• Letargo o somnolencia, irritabilidad o lloros persistentes, cuando son síntomas persistentes y en caso de no conocer la causa emocional.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:80px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;• Dificultades respiratorias.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:80px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;• Vómitos.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:80px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;• Lesiones bucales o úlceras diseminadas en la boca asociadas a la incapacidad del niño de controlar la salivación (excepto si el/la pediatra determina que la enfermedad no es infecciosa).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:80px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;• Erupciones en la piel, con fiebre, hasta que el/la pediatra determine si la causa es o no infecciosa.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:80px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;• Conjuntivitis purulenta (legañas con pus amarillo) hasta la curación.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:80px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;• Piojos: hasta que se haya empezado el tratamiento y se hayan eliminado las liendres (huevos de piojo).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:40px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;En el proceso de las siguientes enfermedades infecciosas no se pueden traer los niños al centro durante los plazos que se indican a continuación:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:40px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;• Enfermedades víricas:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:80px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;Varicela. Hasta que todas las lesiones sean costras (aproximadamente 6 días desde el inicio)&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:80px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;Parotiditis (paperas). Hasta después de 9 días de inflamación de las glándulas. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:80px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;Sarampión. Hasta después de 7 días de la aparición de las manchas.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:80px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;Rubéola. Hasta seis días después de haber aparecido las manchas.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:80px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;Hepatitis A. Hasta una semana después de la aparición de la enfermedad o la ictericia. En los casos de contacto con otros niños o educadoras hasta la administración de la profilaxis.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:80px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;Bronquiolitis por VRS. 2 semanas.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:80px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;Herpes simple. En caso de estomatitis gingival hasta la curación. Si es cutánea, hasta la fase de costra.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:40px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;• Enfermedades parasitarias y hongos:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:80px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;Escabiosis (sarna). Hasta después de administrar el tratamiento (se aconseja tratamiento simultáneo a todas las personas afectadas).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:80px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;Parasitosis intestinal (lombrices). Hasta que se haya completado el tratamiento y conseguido la normalización de las deposiciones.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:80px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;Muguet (placas blancas en la boca). Como mínimo un día después de haber empezado el tratamiento.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:40px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;• Enfermedades bacterianas:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:80px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;Tuberculosis. Hasta que el/la pediatra lo autorice.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:80px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;Escarlatina. 48 horas después de haber empezado el tratamiento indicado por el/la pediatra.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:80px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;Impétigo (infección de la piel). Hasta 48 horas después de haber iniciado el tratamiento.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:80px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;Faringitis estreptocócica (anginas). Hasta 48 horas después de haber iniciado el tratamiento. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:80px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;Tos ferina. Como mínimo 21 días después de haber empezado los ataques de tos, después de cinco días del inicio del tratamiento antibiótico.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

Hasta haber superado la fase aguda de la enfermedad o hasta haber completado la quimioprofilaxis.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:80px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;Enfermedades infecciosas bacterianas en las vías respiratorias (adenosi, faringitis, amigdalitis, sinusitis, otitis media, traqueobronquitis, prenimonia) que pueden excitar o transmitir el patógeno responsable (neumococo, &lt;em&gt;haemophilius influenza,&lt;/em&gt; strepteococus sp) como mínimo 48 horas después de haber iniciado tratamiento efectivo.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:40px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;• Enfermedades no comunes&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:80px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;Cualquier enfermedad no común: poliomielitis, neumonías, hepatitis infecciosa, meningitis, tuberculosis, difteria, fiebre tifoidea, etc., de acuerdo con el criterio del pediatra y presentando el alta firmada.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:40px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;• Enfermedades que no son causa de exclusión:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:80px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;Conjuntivitis no purulenta (lagrimeo u ojo rojo sin supuración)&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:80px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;Erupciones en la piel sin fiebre.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:80px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;Infecciones por citomegalovirus.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:80px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;Infección crónica por virus de hepatitis B&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:80px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;Infección por VIH&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;En caso de duda, lo mejor es consultarlo con el/la pediatra de los niños.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Si el niño ha padecido una enfermedad contagiosa, es necesario un certificado del/la pediatra indicando que ya puede ir a la escuela.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;En la escuela no se podrá administrar ninguna medicación sin una orden escrita del/la&amp;nbsp; pediatra del niño o la fotocopia de la receta debidamente cumplimentada.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;En el caso de que el tratamiento farmacológico sea superior a los 12 días, es indispensable presentar una fotocopia del tratamiento prescrito por el/la pediatra.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;En caso de duda la Dirección de la escuela puede solicitar un análisis específico a la Consejería de Salud y Consumo o al centro de salud correspondiente.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;6.12. Protección de datos personales&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;La entidad o persona adjudicataria del servicio y su personal tienen que mantener la confidencialidad de los datos que le sean facilitados. Al inicio de curso, el centro librará una hoja de autorización, con cuya firma voluntaria los padres y madres autorizan a su hijo/a aparecer en fotografías correspondientes a actividades escolares lectivas, complementarias y extraordinarias organizadas por el centro docente.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;ARTÍCULO 7. &lt;span style="display:block; line-height:1.6; margin-bottom:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt; &lt;/span&gt;DE LAS FAMILIAS&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;1. Los padres y madres podrán constituir-se en asociación de padres y madres.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;2. La presidencia de la asociación de padres comunicará a la dirección de la escuela y al Ayuntamiento su composición.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;3. Cualquier tipo de reunión promovida por la asociación de padres y madres, será comunicada al concesionario del centro con la antelación suficiente, con la finalidad de no interferir en el proyecto educativo de las escuelas.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;4. La relación entre las familias y el centro seguirá la pauta que señala la programación general anual del centro.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;ARTÍCULO 8. &lt;span style="display:block; line-height:1.6; margin-bottom:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt; &lt;/span&gt;PROCEDIMIENTO DE ADMISIÓN Y OFERTA DE PLAZAS. LISTA DE ESPERA&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;8.1. Oferta de plazas&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;1. La oferta de plazas se hará pública anualmente, siguiendo el calendario fijado por la Consejería de Educación y Cultura.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;2. &lt;span style="color:black"&gt;Durante el período en que se preste el servicio de escuela de verano, las eventuales vacantes que se puedan producir serán ofertadas al alumnado que haya sido declarado admitido para el próximo curso para que, si es de su interés, pueda anticipar su incorporación en la Escuela. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;​​​​​​​&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;Los ofrecimientos seguirán el orden de relación determinado en la lista de admitidos. Si aún así siguen quedando vacantes, éstas podrán ser ocupadas puntualmente por niños no escolarizados en el centro, que únicamente quieran asistir a la escuela de verano durante los meses de julio y agosto. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;8.2. Procedimiento de admisión&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;1) Las fases de preinscripción y matrícula se regularán por lo que fije anualmente la Consejería de Educación del Gobierno Balear.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;2) Sólo pueden solicitar plaza los niños que ya han nacido. La escolarización de niños no nacidos durante el período abierto de admisión deberá solicitarse a través de las solicitudes de fuera de plazo a partir de las 16 semanas de vida del alumno.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;3) En caso de que en el centro escolar no haya plazas suficientes para atender todas las solicitudes, la admisión de alumnado se regirá por los criterios que determine la Consejería de Educación, de conformidad con las previsiones de estas enseñanzas y dentro del marco de los principios generales que establece el artículo 2 del Decreto 43/2024, de 27 de septiembre, de la CAIB.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;4) Los criterios de admisión, tanto los prioritarios como los complementarios, vienen regulados por el Decreto 43/2024, de 27 de septiembre, por el que se establece el régimen de admisión de alumnos en los centros sostenidos con fondos públicos de la Comunidad Autónoma de las Illes Balears.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;8.3. Lista de espera&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;1. Los solicitantes que no obtengan plaza sólo figurarán en la lista de espera del centro educativo elegido en primera opción, que estará vigente hasta la fecha que determine la Consejería de Educación. Cuando se produzca una vacante, el centro avisará a la familia del alumno que figura en primer lugar en la lista de espera. La no aceptación de una plaza vacante conlleva la renuncia automática a la lista de espera.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;2. La lista de espera respetará la puntuación obtenida de acuerdo con el baremo establecido en la respectiva Orden reguladora del proceso de admisión.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;3. Pasado el plazo de inscripción y durante todo el curso, se podrán admitir solicitudes de inscripción que se atenderán cuando esté agotada la lista de espera. Estas solicitudes deben presentarse directamente en el centro o a través del Servicio de Escolarización.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;ARTÍCULO 9. &lt;span style="display:block; line-height:1.6; margin-bottom:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt; &lt;/span&gt;CUOTAS&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;1. La empresa adjudicataria de la gestión educativa tiene que cobrar las cuotas &lt;span style="color:black"&gt;mensuales a las familias.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;2. Las familias, mientras dure la suspensión de matrícula (105 €) durante la vigencia del Convenio Específico de Colaboración entre el Gobierno de las Illes Balears y el Ayuntamiento de Sant Josep de sa Talaia para establecer la gratuidad del servicio de escolarización básica del primer ciclo de educación infantil, cuya firma se ha aprobado por Decreto n.º 2023-4230, de 26/10/23, no tendrán que abonar la matrícula al formalizar la inscripción y al confirmar la continuidad del niño para el siguiente curso. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;3. Respecto a los servicios complementarios, las cuotas se aplicarán de la siguiente manera:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;a. Servicio de primera acogida. Se cobrará la cuota íntegra a todos los niños que lleguen a la escuela entre las 7.30 y las 7.59 (0'45 €/dia) (9€/mes).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;b. Servicio de acogida. Se cobrará la cuota íntegra a todos los niños que lleguen a la escuela entre las 8.00 y las 8.45 h (1,05 €/día) (21 €/mes). De 8.45 a 9.15 horas queda establecido como horario de entrada. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;c. Servicio de recogida de 13.00 a 14.00 horas. Se cobrará la cuota íntegra (1,05 €/día) (21 €/mes) a todos los niños que se queden en la escuela entre las 13.15 y las 14 horas.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;d. Servicio de recogida de 14.00 a 15.00 horas. Se cobrará la cuota íntegra (1,15 €/día) (23 €/mes) a todos los niños que se queden en la escuela entre las 14.15 y las 15.00 horas.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;e. Servicio de recogida de 15.00 a 15.45 horas. Se cobrará la cuota íntegra (1,15 €/día) (23 €/mes) a todos los niños que queden en la escuela entre las 15.15 y las 15.45 horas. La recogida posterior a las 16.00 h supondrá informar a las autoridades pertinentes. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;4. La incorporación al centro se hará efectiva cuando el niño haya cumplido 16 semanas de vida. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;5. Únicamente tendrán derecho a solicitar exención o reducción de las cuotas aquellas familias que tramiten la solicitud de plaza, derivadas de las unidades de Trabajo Social, y que aporten el correspondiente informe de los Servicios Sociales. Se incluyen dentro de este grupo mujeres víctimas de violencia de género, y en riesgo de exclusión social (inmigrantes, paradas, con discapacidad, de familia monoparental, pensiones de alimentos impagadas, etc.).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;6. Tendrán una bonificación especial del 20% de la tarifa por asistencia al centro durante los meses de julio y agosto (cuota del servicio de escolaridad de 9.00 a 13.00 h):&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;- Aquellas familias que tengan dos o más hijos/hijas matriculados en la EI.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;- Familias consideradas numerosas según la legislación vigente.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;- Aquellas familias que tengan un/a hijo/a matriculado/a con necesidades educativas especiales.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;- Familias consideradas monoparentales según la legislación vigente.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;En ningún caso estos descuentos son acumulables.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;7. La cuota mensual de servicio educativo (julio y agosto) y de los servicios complementarios contratados se cobrará en los primeros 5 días del mes, mediante domiciliación bancaria.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;8. Los servicios complementarios eventuales se cobrarán en efectivo, en el momento en que se soliciten. Se hará factura oficial de los servicios complementarios esporádicos a las familias que lo pidan.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;9. Las domiciliaciones de pago tendrán validez por tiempo indefinido, mientras no sean anuladas por la persona interesada o rechazadas por el establecimiento donde tengan que presentarse los instrumentos de cobro.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;10. Mientras dure la suspensión de matrícula y cuotas de servicio de escolaridad durante la vigencia del Convenio Específico de Colaboración entre el Gobierno de las Illes Balears y el Ayuntamiento de Sant Josep de sa Talaia para establecer la gratuidad del servicio de escolarización básica del primer ciclo de educación infantil, cuya firma se ha aprobado por Decreto n.º 2023-4230, de 26/10/23, las familias que formalicen la matrícula durante la segunda quincena del mes, siempre que ya haya comenzado el curso escolar, no tendrán que pagar el 50% de la tarifa que corresponda por servicio de escolaridad (meses de septiembre a junio). Pero si la matrícula se formaliza durante la segunda quincena de los meses de julio o agosto, se tendrá que pagar ese mes el 50% de la tarifa que les corresponda.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;11. La devolución del recibo bancario por causas imputables a la persona titular de la cuenta, supondrá el cargo de los gastos bancarios que se hayan podido originar.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;12. Si no se está de acuerdo con el importe cobrado, se tiene que contactar con la Dirección de la escuela para aclarar posibles dudas y evitar trámites innecesarios.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;13. Un retraso en el pago de más de una mensualidad de servicios extras como acogida, recogida, comedor, etc., así como las cuotas de la franja horaria de 9.00 a 13.00 h de julio u agosto sin motivo que lo justifique, obliga a la empresa adjudicataria a dar cuenta al Ayuntamiento y a pedir un informe a la Concejalía competente en materia de asuntos sociales, la cual propondrá las medidas pertinentes. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;14.&amp;nbsp;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;Los meses de julio y agosto no tienen consideración de servicio educativo por lo que el servicio ofrecido de 9.00 a 13.00 h, especificado en el cuadro del artículo 3, también deberá abonarse.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;ARTÍCULO 10. &lt;span style="display:block; line-height:1.6; margin-bottom:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt; &lt;/span&gt;CAMBIOS EN EL RÉGIMEN MENSUAL &lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;1. Los cambios en los regímenes de utilización de los servicios de la escuela serán de tipo mensual y se tienen que comunicar con una semana de antelación y por escrito a la Dirección de la escuela.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;2. Cualquier cambio que no haya seguido este proceso puede no tener efecto a la hora de aplicar tarifas económicas de régimen mensual.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;3. El alumnado que utilice los servicios complementarios de la escuela de manera esporádica pagará la parte proporcional del coste, teniendo en cuenta que se considera esporádico un máximo de 8 días mensuales. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;DISPOSICIONES ADICIONALES&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Primera.- Cualquier modificación de este Reglamento tendrá que seguir los mismos trámites que su aprobación. Será el órgano competente, el Pleno de la corporación.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Segunda.- En todas las cuestiones de índole organizativa que no se hayan previsto en este Reglamento, serán de aplicación, con carácter supletorio, las órdenes dictadas sobre esta misma materia por la Consejería de Educación y Cultura de las Islas Baleares.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;DISPOSICIÓN FINAL&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;El siguiente Reglamento con las modificaciones introducidas entrará en vigor cuando se hayan realizado los trámites establecidos en la Ley 20/2006, de 15 de diciembre, municipal i de régimen local de las Islas Baleares.”&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
