&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;De conformidad con lo previsto en los artículos 17.3.b y 20.8.a de la Ley 38/2003, de 17 de noviembre, General de Subvenciones, se publica el extracto de la convocatoria cuyo texto completo puede consultarse en la Base de Datos Nacional de Subvenciones (http://www.pap.minhap.gob.es/bdnstrans/index): &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;PRIMERO. Beneficiarios&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:0px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;1. Pueden participar en este premio todas las personas físicas de entre 18 y 35 años (ambos inclusive).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:0px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;2. Cada persona participante puede presentar una sola obra al premio.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:0px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;3. No pueden optar al premio las personas ganadoras en la edición anterior.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:0px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;4. No pueden optar al premio las personas en quienes concurra alguna de las prohibiciones que establecen el art. 13 de la Ley 38/2003, de 17 de noviembre, general de subvenciones, y el artículo 10 de la Ordenanza general municipal de subvenciones del Ayuntamiento de Maó (BOIB n.º 12 de 25 de enero de 2018).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;SEGUNDO. Finalidad &lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Las finalidades de este concurso son impulsar la creación artística joven y promover la poesía en lengua catalana, así como fomentar la proyección de jóvenes artistas.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;TERCERO. Bases reguladoras&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Son las aprobadas por la Resolución de la teniente de Alcaldía de Educación, Cultura e Igualdad del Ayuntamiento de Maó núm. DA/2025/0000758 de fecha 25 de febrero, por las que se convoca el V Premio de Poesía para Jóvenes Gumersind Gomila, correspondiente al año 2025, publicada en el tablón de edictos electrónico del Ayuntamiento de Maó (https:/ /www.ajmao.org/Tauler/EdictesX.aspx?TIPO=01) y en la Base de Datos Nacional de Subvenciones&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;CUARTO. Importe&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;1. Se establece un premio en metálico y en especie por valor de 5.000,00 euros, con cargo a las partidas F01-3370-4840311 (2.500,00 €, correspondientes al premio en metálico) y C01-3346-2269901 (2.500,00 €, correspondientes a la edición de la obra) del Presupuesto municipal vigente, de acuerdo con el detalle siguiente:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;1. La inscripción se llevará a cabo mediante la presentación del modelo normalizado de solicitud, en el periodo comprendido entre el 11 de marzo y el 11 de abril de 2025 (ambos inclusive)&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
