&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;1. En el BOIB núm. 29, de 6 de marzo de 2025, se publicó la resolución de la gerente de la Fundación de Atención y Apoyo a la Dependencia y de Promoción de la Autonomía Personal de las Illes Balears, de 4 de marzo de 2025, por la que se aprueba la convocatoria del concurso oposición para cubrir, por el turno libre, 113 plazas de &amp;nbsp;personal laboral correspondientes a las ofertas públicas de empleo de los años 2022, 2023 y 2024.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;2. Se han advertido errores materiales en el anexo 4 (&lt;em&gt;Baremo de méritos) &lt;/em&gt;de la publicación de la citada resolución, que deben corregirse.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:0px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Por lo anterior, dicto la siguiente&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:0px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px; text-align:center"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;RESOLUCIÓN&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Primero.&lt;/strong&gt; Corregir los errores materiales detectados en el anexo 4 (&lt;em&gt;Baremo de méritos) &lt;/em&gt;de la resolución de la gerente de la de la Fundación de Atención y Apoyo a la Dependencia y de Promoción de la Autonomía Personal de las Illes Balears, de 4 de marzo de 2025, por la que se aprueba la convocatoria del concurso oposición para cubrir, por el turno libre, 113 plazas de &amp;nbsp;personal laboral correspondientes a las ofertas públicas de empleo de los años 2022, 2023 y 2024, en el siguiente sentido:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:40px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;a)&lt;/strong&gt; En el punto 2.1 (&lt;em&gt;Formación académica&lt;/em&gt;), &lt;strong&gt;donde dice&lt;/strong&gt;:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:80px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;em&gt;Por una titulación del mismo nivel al requerido para la categoría profesional: 1,5 puntos.&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:80px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;em&gt;Por una titulación superior al nivel requerido: 0,5 puntos.&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:40px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:&amp;quot;Times New Roman&amp;quot;,Times,serif"&gt;Debe decir&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:80px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;em&gt;Por una titulación del mismo nivel al requerido para la categoría profesional: &lt;strong&gt;0,5 puntos&lt;/strong&gt;.&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:80px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;em&gt;Por una titulación superior al nivel requerido: &lt;strong&gt;1,5 puntos.&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:40px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:&amp;quot;Times New Roman&amp;quot;,Times,serif"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;b) &lt;/strong&gt;En el punto 2.4 (&lt;/span&gt;&lt;em&gt;Conocimiento de idiomas de la Unión Europea&lt;/em&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:&amp;quot;Times New Roman&amp;quot;,Times,serif"&gt;), &lt;strong&gt;donde dice&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;ul style="margin-left:40px"&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;em&gt;Certificado B1: 1 punto por cada idioma.&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;em&gt;Certificado B2 o superior: 0,5 puntos per cada idioma.&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;/ul&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:40px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:&amp;quot;Times New Roman&amp;quot;,Times,serif"&gt;Debe decir&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;ul style="margin-left:40px"&gt;

Disponer la publicación de esta Resolución en el &lt;/span&gt;&lt;em&gt;Boletín Oficial de las Illes &lt;/em&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:&amp;quot;Times New Roman&amp;quot;,Times,serif"&gt;Balears y en la página web de la Fundación.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
