El 22 de diciembre de 2020 se publicó la convocatoria pública de subvenciones para actuaciones de rehabilitación energética en edificios existentes (Programa PREE) dentro del Programa Operativo FEDER 2014-2020, mediante la Resolución del vicepresidente y consejero de Transición Energética y Sectores Productivos de 14 de diciembre de 2020 (BOIB n.º 212)</span>.</span></span></p> <p><span style="line-height:1"><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px">2. En fecha 13 de marzo de 2025, se publicó en el BOIB nº32, la Propuesta de resolución provisional del director general de Economía Circular, Transición Energética y Cambio Climático de 7 de marzo de 2025, por la que se aminora la cantidad de la ayuda en el marco de la convocatoria <span style="color:black">pública de subvenciones para actuaciones de rehabilitación energética en edificios existentes (Programa PREE).</span></span></span></p> <p><span style="line-height:1"><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"><span style="color:black">3. Con posterioridad, se ha detectado un error material en el anexo de la Propuesta mencionada en el punto anterior, en relación al número de uno de los expedientes que figuran en él.</span></span></span></p> <p><span style="line-height:1"><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"><strong>Fundamentos de derecho</strong></span></span></p> <p><span style="line-height:1"><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px">1. El artículo 56 de la Ley 3/2003, de 26 de marzo, de régimen jurídico de la Administración de la Comunidad Autónoma de las Islas Baleares, dispone que la rectificación de los errores materiales, aritméticos y de hecho en actas y disposiciones administrativas corresponde al órgano que ha dictado el acto o la disposición. Así mismo, la rectificación de errores tiene que especificar, si procede, los efectos jurídicos que se derivan y se tiene que notificar o publicar preceptivamente cuando haga referencia a actas que han sido notificados o publicados.</span></span></p> <p><span style="line-height:1"><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px">2. El artículo 109.2 de la Ley 39/2015, de 1 de octubre, del procedimiento administrativo común de las administraciones públicas, establece que las administraciones públicas pueden rectificar en cualquier momento, de oficio o a instancia de los interesados, los errores materiales, de hecho o aritméticos existentes en sus actos.</span></span></p> <p><span style="line-height:1"><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px">Por todo esto, dicto la siguiente</span></span></p> <p style="text-align:center"><span style="line-height:1"><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"><strong>Resolución</strong></span></span></p> <p><span style="line-height:1"><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px">1.
