&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;1. Mediante la Resolución del consejero de Educación y Universidades de 19 de febrero de 2025 (BOIB núm. 24, de 22 de febrero) se autorizó la modificación de la configuración del centro privado de formación profesional ADEMA Escuela Dental de Mallorca, de Palma, con la implantación del CFGS de Electromedicina clínica (ELE35) de la familia profesional.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Como consecuencia de esta modificación, el centro quedó configurado de la siguiente forma:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Adscripción administrativa:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt; &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;los ciclos formativos de grado medio y de grado superior quedan adscritos al CIFP Francisco de Borja Moll, de Palma (código 07015884).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;2. En fecha 12 de enero de 2024 (GOIBE20252/2024), el representante del centro privado de formación profesional ADEMA solicitó la ampliación de la oferta formativa con dos nuevos ciclos formativos de formación profesional para el curso 2024-25 y presentó la documentación correspondiente.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;3. En fecha 8 de febrero de 2024 (GOIBE80479), se registró nueva documentación complementaria en la solicitud de día 12 de enero de 2024, adjuntando el Proyecto de actividad de las instalaciones.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;4. En fecha 20 de mayo de 2024, el Departamento de Formación Profesional y Cualificaciones Profesionales emitió un informe desfavorable sobre la solicitud de autorización de los diferentes estudios solicitados por parte del centro privado de formación profesional ADEMA, Escuela Dental de Mallorca,&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt; &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;dado que el representante del centro informó de que todavía no habían terminado las obras donde se habían solicitado.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;5. El 19 de noviembre de 2024 (GOIBE763321/2024), el representante del centro registró nueva documentación con relación a la solicitud de día 12 de enero de 2024, e informó que las obras de acondicionamiento del espacio donde debían impartirse los ciclos habían finalizado. También se adjuntó una declaración responsable del cumplimiento de requisitos de titulaciones del equipo docente y de cumplimiento de requisitos de espacios y equipamientos.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;6. El 21 de enero de 2025 (GOIBE36694/2025), los solicitantes registraron documentación complementaria a la aportada en entregas anteriores, en respuesta al requerimiento de documentación de los técnicos del Departamento de Formación Profesional y Cualificaciones Profesionales y del Servicio de Infraestructuras Educativas, después de la visita técnica del 28 de noviembre en la que inspeccionaron las nuevas instalaciones del centro de formación ADEMA, situadas en la calle Tren, 72 de Inca.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;7. En fecha 23 de enero de 2025, se emitió informe favorable del Servicio de Infraestructuras Educativas en el que se concluyó que la documentación presentada acreditaba que las instalaciones del centro y externas cumplían los requisitos mínimos establecidos para la legislación vigente para la configuración solicitada.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;8. En fecha 27 de enero de 2025, el Departamento de Formación Profesional y Cualificaciones Profesionales emitió informe favorable. Sin embargo, en el informe se especificaba que estaba condicionado a que el centro se comprometiera a facilitar una copia de las facturas referentes a la adquisición de los equipamientos propuestos en las facturas proforma.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;9. En fecha 12 de febrero de 2025 (GOIBE91602/2025), el representante del centro registró el compromiso de presentar las titulaciones del profesorado que impartiría los ciclos formativos solicitados.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;10. En fecha 10 de marzo de 2025, la jefa de Departamento de Planificación y Centros emitió un informe favorable sobre la modificación de la configuración del centro privado de formación profesional ADEMA Escuela Dental de Mallorca con la implantación de una unidad del título CFGM de Técnico en Confección y moda (TCP21) y una unidad del título de CFGS de Técnico superior en Diseño y producción de unas.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;11. En fecha 10 de marzo de 2025, la directora general de Planificación y Gestión Educativas propuso la modificación de la configuración del centro privado de formación profesional ADEMA Escuela Dental de Mallorca con la implantación de una unidad del título CFGM de Técnico en Confección y moda (TCP21) y una unidad del título de CFGS de Técnico superior en Diseño y producción de calzado2 y complemento de calzado y complemento.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Fundamentos de derecho&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;1. El Estatuto de autonomía de las Islas Baleares, aprobado por la Ley orgánica 1/2007, de 28 de febrero (BOE núm. 52, de 1 de marzo), el cual establece, en el artículo 36.2, que, en materia de enseñanza, corresponde a la Comunidad Autónoma de las Islas Baleares la competencia de desarrollo legislativo, de competencia y desarrollo legislativo y de competencia.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;2. La Ley orgánica 8/1985, de 3 de julio, reguladora del derecho a la educación (BOE núm. 159, de 4 de julio).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;3. La Ley orgánica 2/2006, de 3 de mayo, de educación (BOE núm. 106, de 4 de mayo), modificada por la Ley orgánica 3/2020, de 29 de diciembre (BOE núm. 340, de 30 de diciembre).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;4. La Ley 3/2003, de 26 de marzo, de régimen jurídico de la Administración de la Comunidad Autónoma de las Islas Baleares (BOIB núm. 44, de 3 de abril).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;5. La Ley 1/2022, de 8 de marzo, de educación de las Illes Balears, que establece en el artículo 102, punto 2 de creación de centros que la creación, supresión y transformación de centros privados debe someterse a la autorización administrativa correspondiente.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;7. &lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;12. &lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;14. &lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;15. El Decreto 91/2012, de 23 de noviembre (BOIB núm. 177, de 29 de noviembre), por el que se establece la ordenación general de la formación profesional del sistema educativo en el sistema integrado de formación profesional en las Islas Baleares.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;16. El Decreto 12/2023, de 10 de julio, de la presidenta de las Islas Baleares, por el que se establecen las competencias y la estructura orgánica básica de las consejerías de la Administración de la Comunidad Autónoma de las Islas Baleares.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Por todo ello, y de acuerdo con la propuesta formulada por la Dirección General de Planificación y Gestión Educativas en fecha 10 de marzo de 2025, dicto la siguiente&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;/ul&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Adscripción administrativa:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt; &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;los ciclos formativos de grado medio y de grado superior quedan adscritos al Centro Integrado de Formación Profesional (CIFP) Francisco de Borja Moll, de Palma (código 07015884).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;4. Inscribir esta autorización en el Registro estatal de centros docentes no universitarios del Ministerio de Educación, Formación Profesional y Deportes (RCD) y en el Registro de centros de la Dirección General de Planificación y Gestión Educativas.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;5. Comunicar al citado centro que queda obligado a cumplir la legislación vigente ya solicitar la revisión oportuna de su configuración cuando deba modificarse cualquiera de los datos que figuran en esta Resolución.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;6. Publicar esta Resolución en el &lt;/span&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Boletín Oficial de las Islas Baleares.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Interposición de recursos&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Contra esta Resolución, que agota la vía administrativa, se puede interponer un recurso potestativo de reposición ante el consejero de Educación y Universidades en el plazo de un mes a contar desde el día siguiente de la publicación, de acuerdo con los artículos 123 y 124 de la Ley 39/2015, de 1 de octubre, del procedimiento administrativo común de las administraciones públicas, y el artículo 57 de la Ley 3/2003, de 26 de marzo, de régimen jurídico de la Administración de la Comunidad Autónoma de las Islas Baleares.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;También se puede interponer directamente un recurso contencioso administrativo ante la Sala de lo Contencioso Administrativo del Tribunal Superior de Justicia de las Illes Balears en el plazo de dos meses a contar desde el día siguiente de la publicación, de acuerdo con los artículos 10 y 46 de la Ley 29/1998, de 13 de julio, reguladora de la jurisdicción contencioso-administrativa.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
