    <env:contingut rdf:parseType="Literal">![CDATA[&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;El Pleno del Consejo Insular de Menorca, en la sesión extraordinaria celebrada el 14 de marzo de 2022, adoptó el acuerdo de aprobación del Plan de Medidas Antifraude para la gestión de proyectos y actuaciones financiados con fondos europeos de los Next Generation EU, así como la declaración institucional del Consejo Insular de Menorca de asunción del compromiso contra el fraude (exp. 03135-2022-000002)&lt;strong&gt;.&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Por otra parte, el Pleno del Consejo Insular de Menorca, en la sesión ordinaria de 18 de marzo de 2024, aprobó la primera revisión del Plan de Medidas Antifraude para la gestión de los proyectos y actuaciones que reciben financiación europea de los fondos «Next Generation EU», así como la declaración institucional de asunción del compromiso contra el fraude (exp. 03144-2024-000004).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;El apartado 7 del Plan de Medidas Antifraude para la gestión de proyectos y actuaciones financiadas con fondos Next Generation EU, una vez aprobada la revisión, establece:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;ul&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;em&gt;«La Comisión Antifrauno estará compuesta, como mínimo, por los siguientes miembros:&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;em&gt;El responsable de la dirección insular encargada de la gestión de los fondos europeos Next Generation EU.&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;em&gt;La Secretaría General o persona en quien ésta delegue. ​&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;em&gt;La Intervención o persona en quien ésta delegue.&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;em&gt;Un técnico adscrito a la dirección insular encargada de la gestión de los fondos europeos Next Generation EU.&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;em&gt;Un asesor jurídico.»&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;/ul&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Visto los decretos de presidencia núm. 295/2022, núm. 191/2023 y núm. 81/2024, en los que se nombran diferentes miembros que, a fecha de hoy, ya no forman parte de la corporación u ocupan otros servicios que no tienen competencia para la tarea encomendada,&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Visto el acuerdo de Consejo Ejecutivo de día 8 de enero de 2024, relativo a la aprobación de la política y procedimiento de gestión del Sistema Interno de Información del Consejo Insular de Menorca y entidades dependientes y adheridas (exp. 1614-2023-000008).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Como presidente del Consejo Insular de Menorca, y en ejercicio de las competencias atribuidas por el artículo 21 de la Ley 4/2022, de 28 de junio, de consejos insulares,&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="text-align:center"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;RESUELVO:&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Primero&lt;/strong&gt;. Designar y nombrar a las nuevas personas titulares y suplentes de la Comisión Antifraude del Consell Insular para los Fondos Next Generation EU, a las siguientes personas:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Como responsable de la dirección insular encargada de la gestión de los fondos europeos Next Generation EU&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;TITULAR:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Sra. Juana Mari Pons Torres, directora Insular del Servicio de Promoción Turística y Fondos Europeos del Consejo Insular de Menorca. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
